Imagine going to autozone to get assistance for your vehicle and the rep that comes out to check your battery, doesn’t know how to locate your battery. You assist him and ask for a charge, you’re told he’ll be right back. Still leaves the hood open in the rain, mind you, and doesn’t return. That’s the customer service at this autozone. So no need to imagine because it happened to me instead of being honest and making me aware the didn’t know what they were looking for. I went inside after 10 mins and the rep “oh I was looking for you” but never came back outside.
I go to the one in Edgewood....their awesome...this one..is confusing and the young girls do not seem too know much about car parts...which ..kinda is the business ..Applicants should show an interest versus putting on "Club Music"..
So we brought our friend to the store to get car parts and we parked at one of the closest spots. Our friend went inside and my fiance and i were having a conversation whenThis african American women who works here honked her car horn at him for standing in an empty spot she must want as its closer than ours by one. Extremely rude. Workers should not be parking in the front nor giving attitude to customers even in the lot on or off the clock. Never coming back. Hope shes fired or gets a lesson in manners. Wish this store had better workers. So sad
Stop this location for wiper blades and the number of other items for my vehicle they helped me at the counter find the exact part that I need it very happy with the service the store was clean and they seem to have everything.

Didn't have my air filter in stock. The one they had for my car was wrong. Had to go to another AutoZone to get the right part. Staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.
Store had exactly what I needed but the employees at the register are always preoccupied on their phone. The only one that appeared ready to help is the manager in the grey shirt
Had a more expensive battery than advertised. Bought it anyway and asked them to install. Had to wait for a qualified person to clock in to install the battery, not a huge deal. Then the technician that was to install the battery was having a bad day and was cold so he didn’t install it. I also didn’t get my “core charge” of $22 back. Don’t spend your time here. Totally disappointed and wasted my time and money here.
Decent service very fast no complaints except pricing is terrible. The workers can't fix that but in my experience buying here you tend to pay 30 to 40 dollars more. Than if you were to have the part delivered. But if they have your part in stock at a srore near you its worth it. If you have to get it delivered to the store or something just buy it somewhere else.
When you hire kids who would be better off living in their parents basements until 60 this is what you get. They have absolutely no idea of the automotive industry and it shows. Only go as a last resort.
I needed to replace a low beam bulb in my car’s head lights and Brett was very helpful and fixed it. All the guys in general were also very helpful in offering a solution.
Stopped in to ask what I would need to get my lug locks off after my lug key was stolen. Brett was super knowledgeable and really went the extra mile by helping me fit the exact socket needed.
Bad battery experience dropped off to get charged 6 hours later picked up and still not charged. All they can say is our battery charger not working. New store sure you should have new equipment. Also give them some customer service skills
I was trying to return my old calipers to refund the core charge. I'm carrying the 2 boxes with them in, walk up to the checkout line, and I stand and watch the employees fiddle with their computers. Nobody offers to let me come to them for a while. Finally, someone does, and then they refuse to accept my old calipers for the core charge. They say I need the store number and transaction number. I show them the receipt, and the information isn't there, they say I have to call customer service. So I spend 13 minutes in the store on hold waiting to talk to a person. Finally, I can get the required information and return the calipers. I ask the customer service representative how to get this information in the future. They told me it should be on the receipt or... drumroll...the store could call in and find it. This is what this store failed to do. Poor customer service.
We were serviced by Whaleta! She was patient, kind, and extremely helpful in helping us locate the parts we needed. We received EXCELLENT service. Would absolutely recommend.
AutoZone customers are always greeted with satisfactory and their service. They handle everything right there for you. They got to have a six and a half out of that five. Honestly keep going with you doing especially right here on Edgewood off of Pulaski highway. Y'all do great
Oh my goodness, I cannot stress enough that the gentleman Ty that helped me is the absolute best and I am not forever loyal to AutoZone, especially this location. I felt so well-informed. Ty is really knowledgeable about the products and efficient with the computer. I was in great hands. He is very kind and good at explaining things. I am honestly very useless when it comes to cars and now I feel like I know a thing or two haha. Seriously, the guy Ty knew his stuff and didn’t make me feel stupid at all. I felt like I had control of the condition of my vehicle for the first time in a while. I felt like I was actually getting help and not having a trick pulled on me when it came to money. The prices are great. I have never had such a positive experience with car places before. I’m team AutoZone for life. Thank you so much Ty, you’re the best!
I had the best customer service from Jeffrey and Alejandro, and they should definitely be recognized for it! They went above and beyond with their help and kind attitudes. They gave quick service and were very knowledgeable. I am extremely grateful and I will come here again in the future for any care needs I have.
Just leaving the AutoZone on Pulaski Highway in Rosedale and I am smiling from ear to ear. I received some of the best customer service with work accuracy and great timing...despite the busy atmosphere. Mr. David W. was awesome, amazing, and wonderful. Everything he did made me feel so comfortable about making my purchase and knowing that I will be just fine when I leave the lot/store. This will definitely be the location I will be using from now on and I hope I always get to see his pleasant face when we arrive.
15/10 Go see Dre! He went above and beyond to look for a part that wasn't matched with my vehicle but did fit it, he found a misplaced wiper blade for me, then recommended a good washer washer fluid. Excellent Service!
I had a great experience with my visit here today. Went to replaced my battery. I didn’t have to wait long, lady helped me choose the right battery for my car and then had a gentleman installed it for me. Everybody was nice.
There's an employee there named Amy who's just a nasty person. Not only is she nasty to her employees but she's nasty to customers. She would complain every time the phone rang. I really don't understand why she is in any kind of customer service position. I would never want to work with someone like that. I put my stuff down and walked out.
It was a very good service experience. I was made to feel important. I did not have to wait. One person came from the back and waiting on me. I was in the store less than 2 minutes. Good job !
The older gentleman (I think he is the store manager) that helped me was super helpful on the phone and even held the part for me without me asking. Only complaint I have is for the Landlord of the property. There were absolutely no lights on in the parking-lot at 8pm and it is very difficult to see and park. I know the AutoZone people have no control of this, but it is an unsafe situation and they said its usually like that.
