This is the absolute worst company I've ever had to work with. Don't ever use this company. They destroyed the transmission in my truck. And then admitted to doing it and still will not pay for it. I'm having to take them to court, so they will pay for the damages. They have done absolutely everything they can to get out of it even with me having video and all kinds of other proof. I have an all wheel drive acura.rdx you cannot drag an old wheel drive vehicle without damaging the transmission when I called them. They admitted to dragging my truck because I couldn't get to it where it was at instead of using dollies. Extremely terrible customer service on the phone, extremely extremely unprofessional company. I hope nobody ever ever ever ever uses them again if you do it's at your own risk, because they're not going to fix anything they break. Will see them in court

Absolute worst customer service ever destroy the transmission in my truck it's an all-wheel drive Acura RDX they admitted to dragging my truck now when I got my truck back from the impound the transmission is slipping like crazy so I can't drive my truck at all cuz it'll get worse tried to talk to him very nicely and had this problem taken care of but they have done absolutely everything they can to make sure that they did not take responsibility for what they broke even when I have proven it to them they still refuse to take care of their customers when you own a business not every time will go perfect sometimes your employees mess up well their employee messed up and destroyed my transmission but then to admit to it on the phone that they drug my truck shows that they are the worst company in the world I am absolutely flabbergasted on how I was treated on the phone absolute worst company do not ever use them

The worst Customer Service ever, They took the key to my car off the ring, and then said they didn’t have the key to my car when I personally handed it to the police! Montgomery county police should not use them and either should you!
