I heard a rattling sound in my car last night, and my family desperately needs use of my car for daily medical treatments and long drives. I was so worried I would have a costly repair and time without a car, needing to rely on rides from friends. I dropped my car off this morning with John, explained our urgent need to use the car this afternoon and asked if he could at least find time this morning to see what the issue was/if it could be fixed quickly. He called me within the hour and said it was a simple fix, and since I was in a time crunch, he went ahead and fixed it immediately. My car is safe to drive, and John took excellent care of me. I cannot express how grateful I am to have one big worry off my shoulders AND the ability to drive to a necessary medical appointment this afternoon.
If you need a good, honest, and reliable auto mechanic this is the place. They won’t upsell you with nonsense you don’t need. I even brought my vehicle to them and asked if my vehicle needed a service a “stealership” said my vehicle needed. They informed me the car didn’t need that service yet, but it would in the next 30k miles or so.
Horrible customer service. I went for gas, and the owner made a side comment to the employee, telling them to tell me next time to go to the ATM. (Loud enough where I heard it and someone else) It was $100, but if he didn’t want to give me change, or go get it he could’ve said so. It was uncalled for and as if walking into the other room that’s about 5 feet away to get it was a big hassle. I could’ve taken my business elsewhere. I was making an appointment for the summer deal…glad I didn’t.
I was having issues with my car others look at it l would take it home same issues. I didn’t know what I was gonna do until someone told me about this place. I took my car in. They looked at it. He was honest with me with the issues with my car. The price was reasonable and he fixed it and since then my car is doing well. Very pleased ! Definitely going back for maintenance upkeep
Went there around 1130am for a state inspection. They told me they had to finish a brake job on the car in the bay, and would do the inspection after that. By 1:15pm they called letting me know that the car was done and passed. Customer service was very good. I really appreciate it.
This place gets 5 stars all day long! Been there 3 different times and each time they have been fast, efficient, and genuinely courteous. They've done a phenomenal job with each repair. No haggle, No fuss. No games. No surprises. No wasted time!
My most recent issue was a nail in my tire. As usual, the repair was fast and reasonably priced.
One caveat, I've only been there for small repairs, so I can not vouch for major jobs; however, given the service I've received I'm thinking the same would apply for big jobs.
I'm happy to have found a reliable place!
Just got my oil changed at Redland Liberty. Asked Bill to check the brakes too, as my daughter was using the car for a trip. He recommended their summer maintenance package which checked more than just the brakes, but was still less expensive than if I’d taken it to a chain oil change place. I’m very happy with the service I got there. Brakes were fine by the way.
I want to praise Troy and his team for helping out my son when he had engine with his KIA. They were fair and extremely helpful after checking out the car and determining the engine was shot. They recommended we reach out to KIA for a replacement. Following Troy's advice we got a free engine replacement saving thousands of dollars.
Called a couple of minutes ago to inquire about the safety inspection and the person that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful. I simply asked if they do vehicle safety inspections and his response was, “Nooooo, it’s Sunday!” And he hung up the phone on me. Won’t be getting any business from me, sorry! That’s a sign of what lays ahead, in my opinion so, I’ll pass.
I brought my car in for an oil change and when I picked it up the interior reeked of cigarette smoke. The office also smelled so strongly of cigarettes that it was hard to stand inside to drop off the car or pay.
My wife said it was the best oil change experience she has ever had. I took my SUV there a few days later. They were very professional and courteous. Excellent customer service. Vehicle promptly and professionally taken care of. Work performed in a very timely manner. Best oil change experience for me and my children as well.

Trustworthy local mechanics. They've always went out of there way to give me a good deal and that is why I will even drive 30 minutes one way to get all my services done there.
The mechanics here are great. I have had them changing the oil on my car since I moved to the area. Great place for tune ups and brakes as well and there is a Alexis right next door you can wait for your car to be finished.
Bill and the gentleman at cash register are extremly kind and helpful. I needed to get Maryland Inspection in a short notice. Bill went out of his way to get it done in one hour. Price was very low compare to other places that I checked. I highly recommend this station.
Have used these guys for several years on different car models. See, reliable enough for routine oil changes and more complex vehicle issues. Very knowledgeable mechanics. A little annoying they got rid of their VIP cards, but in this economic environment what can a man do?
These guys are absolutely great everytime I interact with them. I especially feel that Ken is trustworthy after being skeptical that other mechanics take advatage because I am female. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
Got a tire plugged there. Very reasonable and got me in and out fast. pretty clean for a gas station and very friendly. I will try them again for some more complex work.
