This store has amazing service and they are very efficient. Kenneth was patient and knowledgeable about all of the issues I needed addressed with my car. I have been coming to this location for years and I have never been disappointed!
Now I don’t know much about cars but I will say that the staff is kind and understanding!! The service really didn’t take long at all and the whole time I was watching a movie on the tv in the waiting room. 10/10 recommend, will be back in the future if needed!
Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to assist me with my concerns pertaining to my vehicle leaking and finding reasonable pricing for repairs. The workers here are very pleasant and professional. I will return.
Had brake concerns, apparently something dangled underneath the car, fixed issue. Recommended some fluid exchange services. They were friendly, honest and expedient. Can't recommend enough! Will be back again!
I appreciate the blessing of ntb staff at Nottingham today. They were quick, efficient and very helpful. I had a problem with my Audi in the snow and they made it all better so I could get to work as soon as possible. My appointment was set at 10 am, they got me in and out. A price was set the day before, which they honored. Very nice customer service. I will return, if needed
3rd time coming here, all times have been a pleasant experience. Great customer service, professional representatives, good price including the warranty first time, honored my warranty for tire repair the 2nd time and got a free tire patch the 3rd time due to a longer than average wait time!

They helped me choose the right set of tires for my car without trying to upsell anything I didn’t need. The installation was quick, the prices were fair, and they made sure everything was balanced and aligned perfectly before I left. My car drives smoother than ever. Simply speaking of my own personal experience this NTB provided very poor service. Service: Tire install x2 and wheel alignment. Waited over the last two days for 4.5 hrs total. Day 1 - 2.5 hrs spent installing two new tires and this was with a scheduled appointment ..only to realize the wrong tires were installed. Day 2 - 2 hrs spent replacing tires with originally ordered tires and address unresolved wheel alignment. My driver side carpet is unfortunately soiled with dirty/oil. Not one apology, not one explanation, not one attempt to make the situation right by adding a complimentary service nor partial reimbursement for inconvenience caused. Will not return to this specific location for any service. Corporate has already been notified of this experience. Common courtesy goes a long way, this is absolutely unacceptable.
I came to NTB Nottingham to fix my tire and get an oil change, and the service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and gave me attractive and reasonable prices with a discount. I’m very satisfied with both the price and the quality of the work. I’ll definitely be coming back and will get all my car services done here from now on. Highly recommend!
NTB in Nottingham is wonderful! I had a nail in my tire and the attendant graciously offered to fix it even though I couldn't pay for it then since I was just returning to work. God bless this place!!
My car was serviced here this past Saturday. The manager and staff were very knowledgeable and prompt in providing solutions / options. They also took the time to show me the issues with my batteries and informed me of what needed to be done.
NTB was very quick to respond to my walk in request for help with a tire!!! Inderbal was helpful and friendly, and was able to quote me a price for tire repair asap! I had TWO tires with nails in them. They patched and repaired quickly and effeciently! I have found my new tire dealer!!!!

Tried to charge me 90+dollars to replace a headlight bulb on my car.I have had my bulb replaced there before it was 65$.Labor & 1bulb total cost.Once I made a fuss about the price after I was told it would be 65 or at least 70 when my car was pulled in the back so I’m expecting to pay 65-70$.Everything has gone up far as pricing,I get that so 70 would’ve been cool. I walked inside the work area and asked why so much stuff was being put back ,what is so much they doing for high labor fee,like what’s up??The bald manger Ron screams in my face to go back into the lobby.So I’m assuming my light was fixed as I was told they was finishing up.By that time I’m pissed off. I was also told by the Indian guy he would give me a good discount and was working out my total due to being pissed about some 90 +$.Next thing I know Ron the manager yells at the India guy at register “NO CHARGE ITS A WIRING ISSUE ,WE REPLACED THE BULB AND THE LIGHT NOT COMING ON !!!WE CANT FIX IT…NO CHARGE “!!!!!!!Went straight to Firestone and was informed they unplugged my main power cord and didn’t put it back purposely due to the fact they was trying to scam me.My wires are fine in my front drivers headlight.Then to add as I was first sitting in the waiting area 2 mice ran the across the tv stand.Ron needs to be fired.It was done intentionally and he will be reported to Corporate Office Monday morning!! 10/18/25
I had a great experience with Eythan! He changed my tires and installed new sensors quickly and professionally. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before I left. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, but Eythan definitely earned that trust. Highly recommend his services!
Great customer ! I had a nail in my tire went to NTB Bel air rd. Nottingham, got there gave the keys , 20 mins after tire is done, pulled the nail plugged it ,its fixed, the best part is its free! Super honest manager in the front, unlike the other shop they trying to rip you off or overcharge you , kuddos to the people who works there this shops is what we need . Thank you for the great service, definitely coming back!
Came here 2x. Fixed my flat/plugged it at the end of day right before they closed and on my second visit they did a great job for my alignment! Reasonable price and honest people! Fast and efficient too. Coming here again for my needs.
0 Stars. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your souls. Stopped here today to get 2 new front tires and the alignment fixed. Albert, who prides himself in customer service, was great when he was collecting money… not so much when the right thing to do was give it back.
Something wasn’t tightened enough, so some reading was off… yada yada. Just do your job and when you screw the pooch, own it.
The car’s alignment went in to get fixed and came out with scoliosis. Which left me in a position where I had to hold the wheel, turned 20 degrees down to the left, to make the car go straight. This was after almost crashing not 20 seconds after I left NTB because when Inout the wheel straight for a second the tires and car went hard right, almost causing a multi car accident.
When I brought the car back, having to miss work the rest of the day… Albert reacted to me talking about his staff’s mistake, which put my safety and others in jeopardy… by telling me that I’m not perfect either and I make mistakes. Defensive ego for dinner anyone? King of Customer Service until it hits the old ego.
Albert firmly said I cannot give you any money back. Until within 15 minutes his corporate Customer Service manager told him to give me $50 back of the $119 that I paid for the alignment, to go with 2 new tires. Not to mention the $180 I lost for work which was supposed to be from 5-7pm… due to user error in the service department.
Now I sit here at 5:56pm, still waiting for the same way of thinking that got me into this problem… to try and fix the problem they made.
Plenty of fish in the sea and tire shops in the Baltimore area. Avoid this one like the plague…
Wheel still has to turn to the left to make the car go straight, after they spent more time “fixing it”. I asked the attendant when he gave me the car keys if it was working now. His answer… better than before.
Life is all about things being in alignment. This NTB location and now my car, are not.
Not only did they leave and get oil all over the inside of my car…door handles, dash, shifter, steering wheel, glove box, CLOTH light grey seats BOTH driver and passenger front seats, I take it to the dealer because of a burning smell all to find out they left my oil cap off causing oil to get all over the underside of my vehicle. TERRIBLE location
I had an amazing experience. I walked in without an appointment and they were able to quickly take my car figure out what was wrong. Get it fixed and I'm back on the road. I am so thankful.
I went here for a tire repair and wheel alignment. I was told all four of my tires have minimal tread and will need to be replaced. The manager Albert showed me and it does look almost bald. They could have went ahead with the alignment and took my money but instead gave me advice to replace the tires when I get a chance and then have the alignment to save me money. No hard selling. They did not force me to buy new tires with them. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely come back here when I am ready to purchase new tires.
