No sense of urgency AT ALL! Only 2 of 6 employees actually doing anything. DUSTIN can not properly communicate a timeline to the customer.

I have used Firestone for a variety of services and have been happy with their work. When there has been an issue they have been quick to make it right.

The SSS Dustin made this an incredible experience. Customer service was top notch I couldn’t e happier with the service here highly recommend this place

This is my second review...I have been a Firestone customer for over 15 years because of the professionalism, the great service and the great deals! I switched locations within the past few years to Nottingham location and I couldn't be more satisfied! The manager (Tim Burton) always makes certain that I receive stellar service in a timely fashion. Kudos to you guys!!!

Firestone tire warranty is defective. We purchased tires 2.5 years ago that had a 50k warranty at their Nottingham store We're both retired with others cars and we only had 13.5 miles on the tires in 2.5 years and received multiple reasons why the tires are not covered under Firestone's warranty. Look elsewhere for your tire purchase than the Nottingham. MD store.

Typically, I schedule to have my fleet vehicle serviced here. Lately, regular maintenance or for the check engine light. The last 3x the vehicle has been here, it takes them over 4 days to look at the vehicle. There is always some excuse as to why it takes so long. The first time, it was a system outage that lasted two days. The second time the technician was splitting his time between my vehicle and the others when my vehicle had been there for over 12 days. Most recently, they accepted the vehicle and a week later informed the fleet company that their technician was just back from vacation. The only reason the vehicle is even back at the shop is because they wont issue a refund on their mistake so we can take the vehicle to a more expeditious shop. We have to have it repaired by them. The fleet company is removing them from our approved list of vendors. Unless you are getting tires, this is not where to take your vehicle for repairs.

I usually take my car here for basic maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation, filters etc)., I am proactive and make appointments ahead of time. I made an appointment for Saturday 9 am for drop off. Typically, I expect my car to be at least 2-3 hours. However, my car was not finished until after 4pm. Not only is this ridiculous and unacceptable for a basic oil service and tire rotation to take 7 hours, I was not provided up update until I came back to the store until 3.

The Firestone location on Belair road in Nottingham provides Great Service 👍. Dusty the Service technician was Excellent !!!

Good discount on first customer service. Still very expensive for ordering new brake pads and rotors. It can be a long wait during down days

Needed tires and brakes. Was told I needed a battery and fluid and cabin filter. Was told by “Larry” who does not exist 2 hours. Dropped car off at 8:45am and still here at 2:10. My car on the rack and looked no one in the shop. Avoid at all cost. Spent $2,000.00. And they have not yet done anything. Do not shop here!

I have been coming to this location for years now, even though there are other places much closer to me, but they are worth the drive. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly, they're honest, they won't push to upcharge you on something that isn't necessary. They've always gone above and beyond for me, whether it's for a oil change or a whole new set of tires. I highly recommend coming to this location specifically.

Originally brought my car for an oil change and tire rotation. I was advised that the tires were put on incorrectly from another local mechanic I went to. The guys here were so nice and knowledgeable in helping me understand what was wrong with my car. Appreciate their honesty and service. Will definitely be coming again!

The service was fast and reasonably priced. The manager, Tim, was very knowledgeable and and polite. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. I plan on coming back and will recommend this location to others. Thank you!

Amazing experience! From start to finish but the star of the show was Mr. Calvin. I do not know anything about cars and he explained everything simply and made me feel comfortable! I would recommend this location 10x over!!

First I want to give 10-stars to Kaitlyn and Dave for their Excellent Customer Service. I shopped around all of the local tire stores before I finally decided to go with Pep-Boys on Pulaski Hwy Whitemarsh. I called at least 3-4 times constantly asking for more info on the tires and particulars of mounting/balancing etc…. Tire warranty and road hazard protection. Kaitlyn took the time to explain everything and was patient with all of my questions and concerns. And that was before I got there. When I did get to the store the service was perfect. I even asked if they could put their most experienced mechanic to do the alignment, and they did, I could immediately tell Dave knew what he was doing. They took the vehicle in immediately and in short time mounted, balanced and did a front end alignment all within about and hour and 15 minutes. Everything went smooth and as promised. Kudos to your Team at Pep-Boys Whitemarsh.

My boyfriend called firestone around 8am to ask if he can bring his truck in for an alignment. He specifically asked the guy that worked at Firestone over the phone, would it be done today and he replied yes for sure.He brought it to them at 2pm. So its now 5:15 they close at 5 due to memorial day, the truck has been sitting in the parking lot for 3 hours with no communication and they stated it would be done. NO SENSE OF COMMUNICATION PEOPLE!! Then a couple months ago my brother in law brought his truck for an alignment and firestone returned his truck broken! are you serious?

Terrible experience. Called to get pricing on an alignment for my vehicle. They told me what it would be. I brought the vehicle to get an alignment. Was in the waiting area almost two hours. Front person calls me up, shows me a paper stating that my rear wheels were the only portion of the vehicle that was out of alignment and they adjusted it. Felt that was off because my vehicle was certainly pulling to the right and the wheel wasn't center. This was the whole reason I brought the vehicle there. They charged me $200 and I left. Driving down the street noticed the vehicle was still pulling to the right and the wheel was not centered. Brought it back. Spoke with the front end person who took the paper in the back with the mechanic and stayed back there for about 15-20 more mins. He comes out and says, I'm sorry sir, my mechanic thought he did the alignment but we don't have the proper machine to do it for your vehicle. I said well why did you say it was done, showed me a paper stating it was back to even, took my payment and let me leave thinking it was done. He said your vehicle needed a calibration tool that we don't have, he than said my mechanic should have caught that and informed you from the jump. They offered me a refund, but 2.5 hours of my life wasted and had I not brought the vehicle back they would have gone on letting me think that the issue was corrected. They totally tried to scam me. No respect people or businesses that try to get over on people.

I always have a good experience with this Belair Rd location. I didn't have an appointment and I could see they were busy and was treated professionally. Getting close to closing he even called me with an update and waited until I came to pick up my vehicle.

I was disappointed with the overall customer service and communication throughout my experience. When I dropped off my vehicle, the doors were locked despite posted hours stating the location was open until 7 PM. Staff were visible inside, watching TV, but no one acknowledged me, so I left my keys in the drop box. The next day, I had to call to check on the status of my car and was told someone would follow up with me. Unfortunately, I never received that call. I ended up calling again around 6 PM and had to Uber to the shop, only to find out my car had been ready since 10:00 AM. One of the employees apologized and admitted someone was supposed to contact me. I was also told the manager would be reaching out to follow up—but that call never came either. To be clear, the actual work done on my vehicle was great. However, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and disregard for follow-through made the experience frustrating. A simple phone call could have made a big difference.

Been getting oil change etc. my last oil change was horrible the Mechanic was not working in car care mode. There was a center cap missing off my car and I believe he did not rotate my tires and I reported it to The Manager Mike at Belair Nottingham Store.He made excuses for him .and order a center cap replacement which I have not received as yet. Also I heard them say that they made 8 ,OOO off Customers a couple of days. I Believe all they do is Hustle Customers for up charge work on their cars . Customers Beware Of Their Games .Concerning Your Vehicle It's All About Money Not Service!!!

After just dropping in on a weekend due to a minor service need, I was extremely pleased with the friendly service that I received. My issue was resolved quickly and seemingly effortlessly. This company lives up to its Complete Auto Care name and will surely get my business in future.

My mechanic Mr. Greg & serviceman Mr. Tim are excellent employee's. They are kind, patient and most importantly very professional. I've seen many mechanic's & serviceman come and go at this location; however, these two gentlemen remain and I know it's because of the excellent service they provide to their customers. They should be commended for a job well done!

Mike and his team are awesome! I just came in today after getting a flat tire and they took care of me immediately!!!! I was in and out within two hours. I could not believe how available and caring they were on a random Saturday with people in line. I will definitely be back to give them more business. Thank you again.

We took my old Civic there to be checked because the brakes stopped working and they were super honest with us about it. We then took a used car we just purchased for them to look at, and they totally saved us! That car had so many things wrong with it and they said it wouldn't have even passed state inspection. Their advice saved us from thousands of dollars and headaches with a car that was majorly misrepresented to us. We were able to exchange that car for a different used car. Now, knowing that the dealership that we got it from was super shady, we of course wanted them to check it out for us as well. They gave us very detailed information and advice. We will definitely be going back there for any future service needs. Tim, Mike and Keith are the best!

Find somewhere else to go. This store has friendly employees, but the work is subpar and the company is not great. I had a leak in the front end in January 2023. They fixed something. Leak in June 2023, they said under warranty. Leak Jan 2024, they warranty fixed first part again, and added new fixes. When I got home, there was a part under the hood, a piece of a tool they left on the car). Then leak June 2024 and they said one part was faulty (fine, fixed for free) but recommended services they had done in Jan 2023 (brake flush, trans flush) and a cabin filter I had replaced myself within the last year. While they did honor their warranty, that's 4 visits in 2 years for for essentially one problem, that was attributed to faulty work/parts, and still had inspection fees and new "phantom" service recommendations. UPDATE - they did attempt to make it right by refunding a significant portion of what I paid, but that didn't stop the hassle of repeated visits and phone calls. And recommending service that they themselves had already performed within the past 6months. Go somewhere else.

Four of my cars get serviced here. Very disappointed past few times. Never ever is the fluid level checked. Made it a point to mention it to the service manager and was promised that nothing will be overlooked. Ran out of antifreeze and stuck on the side of road. Thank you firestone

Firestone was the last place I went to get an oil change. I have drove my car approximately 4,000 miles during the months following covid. I have been hearing funny noises when I started my car. Luckily my dad was in and took a look at a couple things just to find out there was literally no oil in my car. Since my car does not leak oil the only conclusion is they said they changed my oil and never did. I paid for a service that was never completed. I took a video parked out side of El Salto showing the dip stick, the milage and the sticker put on the glass by Firestone. I the sticker says 205,936 I haven't even hit 200,000. Do not take your vehicle here.
