I had such a great experience with this local auto shop. I first took my car to a Honda dealership and was quoted an extremely high amount for several repairs. I called this shop for a second opinion, and they offered a much more reasonable price that even included the additional work the dealership wanted to charge extra for. I dropped my car off that evening, and it was finished by early afternoon the next day. They were responsive, kept me updated, and even called to let me know about a small additional charge before doing any work, which I really appreciated. Fair pricing, fast turnaround, and great communication. Highly recommend!

Have been using this shop as my regular mechanics for about a decade now. They're honest, they're fair, and most importantly, they're competent - they've done everything from simple tire and oil changes all the way up to replacing a transmission. Strongly recommended. used to have a mobile mechanic who took care of all my cars, but he moved to Florida, so I started looking for a reliable local shop in my area. I found this place, and it’s been amazing. Their service is excellent, the prices are fair, and I truly feel confident that my cars are in good hands. I’m definitely looking forward to continuing to bring my vehicles here.

I went here from a referral and I'm so glad I did! The tech was showing and describing what needed to be done. They were so amazing and thorough in the repairs I needed. The prices they have me were completely fair and better than I expected. This is my go to shop in the area now!

Wow what a great experience! Reasonable prices on tires and labor as well as super fast service. This is how it should be done, I will always get my tires here.

This place was recommended by a friend when I moved here and I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the experience. They are thorough and communicative, and they are always sure to clarify what work needs to be done ASAP vs what can wait for a next paycheck. I've also never known mechanics to charge me a cost under their original estimates/quotes. It's a bit out of the way for me, but totally worth it.

I had my vehicle inspected at your shop, and it’s clear that you’re running a scam to overcharge customers. Despite having new tires, you failed the tire inspection and tried to charge me an unnecessary amount. I’m not the only one—you pulled the same stunt on my friend too. Your behavior was not only unprofessional but outright rude. It’s disappointing to see a business operate this way, taking advantage of customers instead of providing honest service.

Mike is great and the mechanics are amazing at their job. They fix my car every time! And I always get it back same day no mater how big the job is. Keep it up perry hall auto & tire center I'll never go anywhere else!

Amazing place! Mike does great work and has fair prices. I always know he will let me know what must get done but he is never out to gauge you. Great local place that does wonders on my BMW. Would definitely refer him, I have been using him for years.

headlights went out on me, went to multiple places prior including the dealership recently purchased my vehicle from, diagnostic charges left and right very costly! Perry Hall Auto. Found the issue without charging just to realize the bulbs both blown at Same time, so glad no cost find out the issue, under $70 replace and install my headlights on my 2017 chevy! Compared to a $190. or $80 not even to fix the issue! So appreciate the over all experience!

I recently had a crack in my windsheild. I was originally goign to safelite and they quited me $1100 for a replacement and callibration. We ended up calling perry hall auto and tire to see if they could do it and they could for half the price! I will for sure be coming back!

Perry Hall Auto and Tire was fantastic. I took my vehicle to a different shop previously and all they did was read the code reader with no diagnostics beyond it. I got a second opinion from Perry Hall Auto and tire and they saved me from an unnecessary repair that was quoted at over $3000. I will definitely be returning for all future maintenance.

I called ahead the day before to schedule an appointment for my state inspection. They told me that if I was able to drop the car off at 8am, it would be done in an hour tops. It took 3hrs. Why couldn’t they tell me that from the beginning or give me an update instead I was waiting around and wasted my whole morning

Just moved to Maryland and needed a state inspection. These guys will definitely try to scam you and I don't have much faith in their work. They gave me a few things that needed to be fixed that seemed reasonable - my tint wasn't the required 35% (it was 32% and they marked it as 28% but whatever fine). They also said my battery terminal was lose and it was, but they said it wouldn't fail because of that and tried to be "nice" and fix it for free but ended up breaking it instead. I also went to another shop and had them check out the other stuff that "failed" but they said everything looked fine. I went back to Perry Hall for reinspection but since I was 10 miles over the 1000 mile reinspection requirement they wanted to charge me another $90. If I didn't have to drive to that other shop to confirm there were no issues I wouldn't have been over the limit. When I said Ill just go elsewhere if I have to pay another $90 the guy tried telling me that another shop will find more problems and I won't pass... okay sure guess Ill find out.

Everyone I interacted with, from the phone to in person, were friendly and professional (sadly I’ve dealt with some very rude mechanics at big name companies). I needed a plug for my tire and got there a few minutes after they had opened. They checked out my tire, gave me a price for the plug, and I was done all within 10 minutes! I would definitely recommend this business!

Can’t say enough good things about this shop! Honest men doing excellent work. I’ve worked at a couple shops and have had my car worked on by many different places over the years. I’ve finally found my forever shop! No overselling of unneeded maintenance, always friendly and super helpful! 10/10 recommend!

My go-to for repairs. I’m an anxious person by nature but feel at ease bringing my car here. They have always been able to diagnose and fix the issue, regardless of my inability to describe symptoms accurately 😬. It’s also very comforting to know there’s a kind, trustworthy and reliable mechanic right within walking distance from my home. Thank you! Also, Mike is wonderful.

I needed a quick inspection after I failed at pep boys and got everything fixed. as I got my inspection I was told that I failed again and they gave me a list of things that pep boys and the people I went to get it fixed by never mentioned needed to be fixed. It was all a scam. He then told me it would be 1,000 dollars to fix nonsense. And that if I go to pep boys and pass the inspection right away that the person doesn’t know what they are doing and the police can come and flag my car . Just seemed like he wanted my money and assumed that I was an idiot. I went to pep boys the next day and passed right away. And the police have not been to my house. They have done this to my family friend before too they are all a scam if I could give them negative stars I would. A total waste of 80 dollars for the inspection. DO NOT COME FOR AN INSPECTION!!!

Came for an inspection twice not only was my car held for 7 hours both times. The first time i went I was told to fix 3 things with my car and bring it back in it to pass. I did exactly that and brought back in and they proceeded to give me a big list with things wrong with the vehicle. They kept marking me down for a light being out but it was on every single time. Was told cars break everyday and to fix everything and pass they want 2,000! Just seems like a money grab

I have been thru alot. To get my car repaired at other places. I took a chance to call Perry Hall Auto & Tire. The Owner Mike was very nice to me. He allowed me to just come in with no appointment. And he started my vehicle right away. Mike & The mechanic Mr. G was very very Proffessional. Nice with comunicating with customers. And Worked on my vehicle in a delicate way to make sure my repairs was done fast. Correctly. And installation of parts in a super good way. I will most definaly be back. For any repair needs of my vehicle. I encourage others even if you dont know this shop. Or here. About this place. Give them a try. You will Thank Me later. Over All I had superb work done. And Im a happy customer.

I’ve only had a car for the first time for the last few years so this was my first car issue. Perry Hall came highly recommended to me by multiple friends, for folks who don’t know squat about cars (I’m a DC politics nerd). These guys treated me with respect and honesty and got me a solid deal on replacement tires. I drove up from downtown Baltimore 30 mins away and will definitely do it again. This is an honest and fair business. Check them out.

Failed me for an md state inspection after taking two days longer than expected. Took same car to AAA same day for same service and passed with flying colors. Rip off artists. Tried to negotiate $800 worth of work that wasn’t necessary. Stole $90 from me via inspection lies then went to see if there’s more to give.

I wasn't exactly looking forward to paying over 500 bucks to have the thermostat in my Jeep Cherokee replaced as soon as I moved from Texas to Perry Hall, but it happened. I am glad I was able to pay that to PHA&TC though. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. I should add, that 500 bucks was 200 bucks cheaper than what another service center quoted me for the repair. Since I live here now, I might as well make them my go-to service shop.

I moved back to Maryland from PA and had to get my car inspected. I also needed an oil change and my tires rotated. I was very pleased with the service I received. The gentlemen were kind, quick, and very honest. I knew my car was in excellent shape and the only thing I needed was windshield wipers which is exactly what they told me. They will be my auto repair shop for all my vehicles. Thank you Ray for getting me in so quickly, I greatly appreciated it.

Great Service! Allowed me to purchase a used tire and had it installed in less than 15 minutes. I needed a tire badly before a 16hr drive and would not have been able to make it to the shop after work. I was helped right at 7:30 in a courteous manner. I will absolutely be taking future business there. Took a card just in case!

I’ve used this shop on 2 occasions. They Installed two new tires on my vehicle a few years ago and did an excellent job. Recently, they patched a tire for me on a Saturday at the last minute. Huge thanks to Tony for being able to help me with this! Both times everyone working there could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I would highly recommend this place for any of your tire or auto repair needs.
