Fast and reliable. I wrecked my truck on 97s in pouring rain wheel came off and all. Call Gene who I later found out was the owner. I was picked up within 35minutes and told to stay in the truck and warm up. While he hooked my truck up and even grabbed my tire which I said don't worry about cuz of terrible conditions I was just happy to be pickdd up. Well glad he did cuz a new rim was 400 dollars thanks again Gene.....

Used this company multiple times. Treats my vehicle like it was his own. There was a time when Gene knew I needed him ASAP, and he couldn’t be as fast as I needed him. He thought about the customer more than his self and had another company that could respond faster come help me. A company that cares about the customers more than their self. Hard to find!
Hit an object on the Key Bridge which caused some serious damage, called Elite Towing & Transport, they were there very quickly and extremely professional, didn’t over charge on the price, best service I’ve ever had, Gene the owner is awesome, so for all you towing and transporting needs I highly recommend them.
I highly recommend Elite towing and transport! I have used Gene for my personal vehicle's as well as my company fleet . He picked up the phone every time I had a truck down and believe me...it seemed like every other day. He always showed up and treated your vehicle as if it were his own. I also used Gene for storage for my suv that wasn't on the road yet and when I was ready to put it on the road he actually picked me up to get it on Holloween before rushing back to his wife and kids for his festivities. Elite towing and transport (Gene) does not disappoint!!

I have used this company for over 4 years owner takes pride in the business he has established and handles every vehicle and motorcycle as if it was his own. I've stored my motorcycle with him for the past 3 years. And they have taken care of it. Prices are outstanding. No one can come close to his price. Was on a moving job and went to turn around in a yard , while turning around I ended up getting stuck in the grass/mud (a lot of rain will do that to you) I was referred to the good brother Keith (owner) he quoted me a fair price and was there in no time. Called Elite to get a rate for towing. I left a voicemail and got a text back within 15 min. Not only was the price good, Gene kept me updated via text about his progress and was on time and extremely professional. While I don’t really want to need a tow again, if I did, my first call would be to Elite. Honest, dependable and professional!

I had a terrible metal sound coming from the right front. I contacted Elite because they were close to my repair shop and I was hoping that it would be cheaper. (Being an older woman I hate to be taken advantage) but the owner was nice and very fair. Would recommend to anyone.
