I can’t say enough about the team over at ATO. Sam especially went above and beyond to make my dream come true. I spent hours with Sam picking out every last detail that went into this build. Avoid this place at all costs. I brought my vehicle in for a plow mount/harness install, and the entire experience was unprofessional from start to finish. The owner, George, changed the price multiple times and even tried to demand cash only before releasing my truck — despite the shop clearly accepting card payments. He refused to provide an invoice before payment and created a completely uncomfortable, untrustworthy situation. No legitimate business should operate this way. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this spot. There are far better, more reputable shops in the area.

Chad took me in and rectified my dilemma in an instant! The place even did this work for free despite my ignorance of having the dealership rotate my tires instead of ATO! Lesson learned, never again. Thanks!

Preparing my truck for cross-country adventures. Purchased a smart cap, decked system, Platform, and four new all-terrain tires. Sam Was amazing at helping me through all of the options and choices. I had done my research and knew what I wanted. Couldn’t be more helpful and couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome.

very happy with my leer truck cap. Kevin was very helpful responsive. got me exactly what I needed & price was fair. good turnaround time. great installation. only constructive criticism is I didn't know all the boxes would be keyed the same as the emergency key in my clicker. not a huge deal but I would have liked the option to have a separate key. I don't like have to clip & unclip the emergency multiple times a day. would have been easier to just have a separate key off my key chain. eventually the little plastic button on my clicker is going to wear out & the only way to fix is to get a new clicker which is $$. also can't give a key to my boxes to anyone else unless I give them the spare clicker to my truck which I only have 1 of. just mentioning that for anyone in the future who may be in the same situation as me. ask about a separate key before putting cap on. I just assumed I would get a separate key like my previous boxes. other than that, very very happy with cap, boxes & service. I may look into seeing how much it would cost to have the locks rekeyed.

Sam and the guys at ATO are hands down the best at what they do. They installed a lift on my truck that came out even better than I imagined. Sam really knows his stuff and you can tell they take pride in their work. Will definitely be coming back again in the future.

Sam and all the guys at ATO are amazing. They put a Tonneaux Cover on our new Toyota Tacoma this morning. Only took an hour and we were able to wait for our vehicle. They were extremely kind and helpful showing us how to work the new cover. I highly recommend to anyone that has a truck need to check them out. Thanks so much for everything.

Sam and the whole team at ATO are awesome. This is my second time working with them and both times have been fantastic. This time, I bought a specific part they were installing for me and there were no included instructions. But they figured it out anyway and did a great job.

We came in to ATO Auto sports for a truckbed cover for our new truck. Sam helped us out and was super knowledgeable and friendly. From purchase to install we were in and out in under an hour. Couldn’t have had a better experience. We will definitely be back.

The staff at ATO was informative and helpful. Appointments are recommended as they are busy but they were able to fit me in as a walk in and I had zero problem waiting. The quality of their work was well worth the wait. I will gladly return to ATO for another spray in bed liner in my next truck. I can't speak for any of my friends but I do know a couple other people who have also been happy with going there so I would recommend making this your first stop/ call.

Sam was amazing and funny, but very professional at the same time, he had lots of knowledge and was very helpful. We bought a new set of wheels and bug shield. ATO really done everything we needed and more. Wish we had went there when we got the truck lifted. They will definitely be our go to from now on.

I only go to ATO to get my trucks worked on, Everything they have done for me has been top notch. Sam is a great guy to work with and is an expert in his field. He throws out a lot of good ideas and helps you along the way. SHOP LOCAL ! I almost made the mistake of buying my rims online, I’m so glad I didn’t. To many things go wrong with shipped rim sets and being right down the street from ATO I know I’m getting quality workmanship from a team of people that stand behind their work. Initially, I was searching the web for running boards. I was going to order them online and have my mechanic install them but after further investigation, I determined it was best to order from a reputable dealer and have a professional do it. Searched the web and found ATO in Middle River. I called ATO to ask if they had running boards for my new 2024 Nissan Rogue SV. I spoke to Sam who informed me that the 2024 was too new for running boards per his computer system, but upon further review, he did find running boards that would fit my car. He had researched this in detail and even double checked to ensure the running boards would fit. He assured me they would. Sam went over and above to assist. I gave him a deposit over the phone, scheduled an appointment and had the running boards put on. It took about two hours. In the interim, I received the CATGUARD catalytic converter label kit from the MVA. I called ATO the day before my appointment and inquired if they could put the label on while I was there. Spoke to Tyler and he wasn’t familiar with the program but told me to bring the label kit when I go for my running board install and they would review it. During the install, Tyler took the envelope with the label, did a search as well as reading the paperwork it came with. He spoke with the mechanic and between the two of them, they determined they could install the catalytic converter label at no charge. If you need running boards, don’t skimp! Get them professionally done. Thank you, Sam and Tyler!

Just had my 2024 Silverado trial boss in and couldn’t be happier with the customer service by Sam jazz and the workmanship from the guys in the shop! Sam worked with me to pick out the correct wheel and tire and lift kit and it definitely exceeded my expectations! Great stuff! Excellent service and quality workmanship. I used ATO to make multiple modifications on my truck from a level, to wheels, exhaust and cold air intake. Today I had an issue with a tire and they immediately got me in on no notice and quickly fixed my wheel and got me back on the road.

Sam was extremely helpful in explaining the process on a spray in bed for my Gladiator. The truck was done in less than 24 hours and I’m super happy with how it looks. My ride was late picking me up and Sam and other staff were available to answer my questions, they even let me spread out on the front counter to get some work done. I’ll definitely be in touch for any future modifications/additions.

Drivers side board broke after 1.5 years, returned to ATO who said its warrantied but can’t get the parts anywhere. Still charged me $40 to assess the issue. When I returned home I found stripped & loose screws plus the unit under the hood was flapping around. Will not be returning to ATO in the future since I found a replacement part online and will install it myself.

I had a great experience at ATO. Not only did the expertly install my steps rails and bed cover but the customer service by Sam and rest of the staff was impeccable. You will even save a few buck buying your custom Weather Tech items from ATO direct. Save that shipping fee! They are definitely a 6 Star business but I gave them 5 that was offered. I will definitely go back to ATO. Awesome spot!!

ATO is THE place to go for customization needs. I won't let anyone else touch my Ram or my wife's Jeep. It starts with Sam at the front counter. Sam consults you on making your vision a reality. He gives you additional radical ideas, explains exactly how his team will do it the right way, and then he gets it done at the best price out there.
