Alan is wonderful ! He has worked on our 2015 Nissan Juke many times as well as other cars in our family. He and his mechanics do a fantastic job. Our Nissan Juke just got in an accident and we trust Alan and his staff to take good care of her. I highly recommend Alan as one of the most trustworthy mechanics .

I've had nothing but success with Alan's Automotive. They do a great job finding and fixing issues. I've been coming to their shop for probably 2-3 years and I absolutely trust that they'll get the job done.
Continues to say he'll work on my vehicle that has been there for over 4 months. He's checked in and I've checked in many times. There's always he just getting to my vehicle today. Then, the next time we talk he never got to it because he hired someone that never showed up or been so busy. Very disappointed in the terrible lack of services received. Vehicle only needed ac compressor replaced and hasn't been changed though part was ordered came with vehicle when dropped off. Then he claimed he reordered it twice and that it was in but still hasn't given a time and date will work on it. Gave us a time in date over and over in August and September but now has no time and doesn't know when he can work on it. He expresses easy job and could do the job. It sounds like that's not the case since my vehicle has been sitting for over 4 months.... I wouldn't recommend this provider.
I am visiting the Sanford area and had a problem with a brake sticking. Alan got me in and had me fixed up quickly. Everyone there was very friendly and professional. I would go back there for service again.
Honest, hard working team. You can always count on Alan for an honest quote. Integrity is something difficult to find this day in age, and Alan brings it in spades
Alan has been our mechanic for 36 yrs. and we've always been happy with him. He's always gone out of his way to help us and we couldn't have wished for a better mechanic. I've moved recently to San Antonio TX. and have needed Alan to both repair my car and get it ready for transport. Without Alan I could not have managed and I'll be forever grateful. You couldn't find a better person to service your vehicle.

Garage is a absolute joke. Wouldn’t give them any business whatsoever. Never returned phone calls, was extremely rude. Alan’s drained my brand new battery so they had to re charge it. When I brought up this fact to him he was very rude, in fact yelling in front of myself and other customers. Stay far way from this place. Wouldn’t even give it one star. Many of positive reviews about this place are old... I think things have changed.
Trust Worthy Service and the kind of people I like to have for friends. Over the years there have been times when something happened, unexpected and somehow they helped get me back working quicker than I expected while still serving others on time. One time they were about to close and I had run over a 3/8 bolt standing up in the road which punctured one of my duel wheels on my F-550 Firewood Time truck. Alan went the extra mile and put a big plug in it so I could work the next day. I tried to give him extra money and he refused....I have been more than pleased to be one of his customers and send others there too who have been pleased.
