Had basically all the parts in the exhaust for the diesel emissions replaced. Waited almost 3 months for the diesel particulate filter. There were 4 other trucks waiting for same thing. The delay was not with Marc Motors but the company that makes the DPF. The only small complaint was if I didn't stop in the check on things I would.not have known what was going on. Other than that while I was there. They gave me all the information they had, and as soon as the part came in it was fixed the next day. Service dept was polite and they did the best they could under the circumstances.

Nicki is a rock star ! She took care of everything for me , scheduling second visit for additional work , got me an awesome loaner ( probably thanks Ben also) , eveything fixed promptly . She has a great personality and keeps me comimg back to Marc Motors !!

Last weekend my husband and I worked with Dawson and got just about the best vehicle I’ve ever seen, at a surprisingly affordable price. This was probably the quickest and most positive experience I’ve had at a dealership. I left feeling like I won the best prize you could win. BONUS * They have a children’s play room with a tv! We brought most of our children with us shopping (insane, I know) and even they had a blast. We barely heard from the until it was time to go. In short… excellent customer service, friendly and accommodating staff and kids playroom. It could not have been a better experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Crazy that my wife’s 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee’s battery is here under the passenger seat but lo & behold it is! And you have to take the passenger seat out to replace the battery. Steven @ Marc Motors CDJR service department was patient, professional and kind while I panicked thru this process trying to replace this myself. Recently purchased a CPO Ram 1500 from Marc CJDR. Process was one of the easiest and most straightforward I’ve been through. Never any pressure, everyone was honest, helpful and just easy to talk to. Our salesperson was Anthony Brooks and he was super friendly and helpful. We were driving quite a ways, and he made sure the truck was there and ready to test drive, which took some jumping through hoops since it had just been traded. Post-purchase I had a number of different questions, and he really meant it when he said I could reach out anytime. It never seems to be a bother at all and he gets back to me super quickly. Overall a great experience and would definitely purchase from Marc CJDR again in the future!

I hit a small deer and thought I had done no damage to my car. Found out I had damaged my transmission cooler and was leaking fluid. My dealership couldn’t see my car for almost 3 weeks. I called Marc Motors and they told me to bring it fight in. I had my car towed in and they were able to diagnose my problem and give me an estimate of cost to repair and a time window for completion , (4 days). Since I drive Uber for a living this was incredible to hear. Marc Motors really saved the day for me. The repair was a Jeep proprietary item so I was grateful they were able to get it repaired so quickly. When I picked it up they had even thoroughly cleaned the interior. Unexpected bonus! I love the Jeep product and will most likely buy my next Jeep here. Thank you Marc Motors!

Marc Motors was by far the most impressive dealership I have ever come across. All of the employees were friendly and particularly my salesperson, Zac Whitter, went above and beyond what I would ever expect. He was most helpful in matching the right vehicle for me and would make pertinent suggestions of things that I should consider. Zac is an exceptional listener and spent considerable time in locating vehicles that would suit my needs. His response time in getting back to me if I had questions or concerns, which were many, was nearly immediate every single time. I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Zac's professionalism, integrity, and hard work ethic. I would not hesitate to recommend Marc Motors and I can bet the other salespeople are similar to Zac. That kind of customer service is contagious.

Marc has the best team around! From the purchase of my truck to the service from there on out. It has been a very great experience throughout. The service team is so helpful they listen to what you say and act on the things you ask not on ridiculous suggestions. As a result My wife and I have been dealing with Marc since the early 2000's and they keeps us coming back car after car. This is our 6th vehicle we have bought from this dealership and when we are ready I am willing to bet 7 and 8 will come from here also.

The entire crew was very helpful in getting me into the vehicle that I wanted. The trade in price I got for my vehicle was fair. If you're looking to get into a new vehicle, make sure to hit Ben up! To start off we live over an hour away and I called looking for a 4XE Grand Cherokee. I spoke to lady named Aimee over the phone and she said they have a few different options of what I was looking for. She put me through to a sales consultant named Vic. and he was extremely helpful answering a bunch of my questions. I took a ride up without my wife to see if what they had was what I was looking for. When I got there I met Aimee and Vic and they were so nice (Not like some salesmen when you walk in the door they are on top of you). It was refreshing to say the least! Well my wife wanted a silver Grand Cherokee so Vic had it waiting for me when I got there. They also had the same model in like a dark red next to it. I seen that and called her and told her about the color and how sharp it looked. While I was looking at the Jeep I had Shane and Rick appraise my trade. They came back with a very fair number that I was happy with. I told them I will have to come back on Monday night with my wife and let her see the two different colors. We pulled in that Monday night and Vic again had both of them side by side. Well wife changed her mind and loved the darker red one. By this time it was 7:20 and it was after closing time so I told them we would be in touch within the next couple of days. We did some thinking and looking at some places closer to us the next day figuring it may be easier to have service done if we need it and I will tell you that we didn't have half of the experience at the other places we did at Marc Motors! We filled out the application on line and was very quick and easy. When we went back to pick it up we met Brendan the Finance Manager and he had everything all set. While we were talking to him it was like we had known him for years and it wasn't like rush come on and get this done. I was so happy with the process that I asked to see one of the owners and GM to let them know what a GREAT experience we had. After being introduced to Shaugn and Ben we felt like we were part of a family not just another person who bought a car. We would like to thank Ben, Shaugn, Vic, Brendan, Aimee, Shane, Rick, Brett the service Manager and Nicki the service advisor for an awesome buying experience!!!
