Let's say 5 stars +. This was my 2nd time in and the customer service is consistent. I appreciate the guy making eye contact and telling me one moment when he was on the phone. Genuinely a great experience. They also have a rewards program that has encouraged me to come back. The store is clean and organized. It shows that the owner cares and their over all attitude and willingness to help shows me as a newish customer , there is no other place to go for my car needs.

Michaela and Brandie sorted out everything I needed and resolved issues with previously returned parts, unbeknownst to them! 5 stars

I’ve been to a lot of auto parts stores, but this AutoZone easily stands out. The customer service and car knowledge here are the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff didn’t rush me, actually listened to what was going on with my car, and gave me spot-on recommendations that saved me both time and money. It’s rare to find a team this friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I can’t recommend this location enough.

Went Sunday night to get a cap for my coolant tank and the man with glasses behind the counter helped me and even went outside and helped me get it off! He was amazing answering all my questions and I appreciated him so much! Wish I got his name !!

Staff here are really friendly and awesome.

I needed to have headlights and a wiper blade installed. All the staff were nice and knowledgeable . The store manager, Craig, put in my lights. Great experience.

Went to afew other shops around town for battery issues. The team here helped test my battery and install a new one in about fifteen minutes. Excellent efficient service.

I had a hard time finding the right headlight bulb for my car and the wonderful, friendly girl that works here went out of her way to help me get the right one! They even gave me a good price on the bulb I was going to buy, but it wasn't in stock, so they hooked me up with a better bulb at the same price as the one that was out of stock. I highly recommend them! Thank you, AutoZone! ?

I'd like to personally thank Cowboy Joe for going out of his way and above and beyond. I was broke down at The Depot and Joe went out of his way to drop off some Jb Weld and permatex to me, which he paid for out of pocket and didn't charge me a thing. Just wished me luck and safe travels. Joe I'm truly grateful for what you did for me , I can't thank you enough brother. Thank you.

I hate having to buy car parts but it’s always a stress relief when Paul is there makes it quick easy and a great experience. Sanford AutoZone is the best place for parts and great customer service!!

I rolled into AutoZone feeling like a baked potato, sweaty, miserable, and one sigh away from melting into the seat. Enter: Paul, Parts Manager and low-key air conditioning wizard. This man didn’t just help me recharge my A/C, he resurrected my will to live in summer. He walked me through it all like it was just another Thursday (because for him, it probably was), but to me? It was a transformation. One minute I’m roasting like a rotisserie chicken, and the next? I’m driving through my own personal Antarctic expedition. I'm talking "frost forming on my lashes at a red light" levels of cold. It's glorious. Now I’m out here, windows up, sweater on, happy as a polar bear on paid vacation. If my car was any colder, I’d need a sled team. So yeah, Paul? Legend. AutoZone? Five-star chill zone. My only regret? Not doing this sooner. Would I return? Absolutely. But only if Paul’s there, and only if I can defrost in the lobby first.

The Sanford team is amazing. From ordering parts for your vehicle to windshield wipers for your vehicle. I bought 2 sets of wipers for 2 different suv's. The manager on duty help me change the back one for both vehicles. On an SUV they don't give you too much room to work with. So a big shout to Sanford Autozone. Thank you.

Great crew of people here in Sanford! They were all attentive and helpful. Will assisted me with a price match on a battery and even allowed me to use a tool from the shop to clean up some residue from the old battery. Beats most of the car part shops around the area!

Twice over the past four months I’ve had battery trouble and both times the whole staff there—especially Will—has helped me get things taken care of. Without his professional knowledge and easygoing manner, I’d have been stuck and overwhelmed with it all. It was also really cool that he remembered me between visits! Thanks again, Will!

Great Experience. I was desperate for a new battery as I had just had my car jumped by roadside assistance. Most places i called did not do installation. I called my local AutoZone for assistance and they not only had a new battery for my car, they informed me they could do the installation right away. I was shocked. I dealt with a great gentleman (Steve) who had not only had taken my call, he meet me in the packing lot to start my installation right away. I was home within an hour. Great customer service. I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

I was in search about 6 tubes of "Red and Tacky" tube grease for a piece of equipment, and Brandie from the store was very helpful in locating any tube's that the store had in stock. She was very courteous and definitely is an asset to the stores associate staffing.

I visited the store for the very first time yesterday and had a great experience. One of the most friendliest staff members came out to assist me and my boyfriend on a last minute car problem we had. He came up with a quick resolution to the problem and was just so happy to help us. I recommend stopping by this store because the staff really care about the customers and I am very satisfied by my experience and want others to have that as well.

Great prices Tony Winchell was a big help went out of his way to make sure he got the right part to fix my jeep window. He also was polite and helped another customer with a starter problem

This review is specific to Paul. Paul helped my mom (who had a recent hand surgery) get the correct bulb for her headlight. Prior to Paul’s help, she was actually given the incorrect bulb from a different employee. After bringing the wrong one back, he was quick to help her and install it as well. From the story I was told, it took a third bulb to get it to finally work, but I’m very happy he was able to help her as we (I) could not understand why the first one would not work. And as I mentioned before, her recent hand surgery made it difficult for her to insert the bulb herself. So, thanks Paul!

There is a new sheriff in town!! The new manager David, is fantastic. We were stranded down the road, and I needed to go work third shift soon. Despite the fact that they were about to close, David happily took my payment over the phone, and brought the battery to us. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to help. He even installed it for us!!! I will NOT be shopping anywhere else in town. Thanks David!! Whatever you make. It isn't enough!! P.s the battery works great.

I had to visit today due to a bad battery. Although I had an idea on what it was, Tanisha was able to hook up the battery tester and discover my battery was junk. She was so amazingly helpful and friendly, such an amazing personality, knowledgeable and good employee! She was also able to jump me so I could leave. I called twice more to check on total cost of a new battery and they were so helpful by phone too. I returned a few moments later and bought a new battery which Devin installed for me. Another great, knowledgeable, friendly employee!! He was awesome and took the extra time to make sure it was installed properly and ran additional testing to ensure my alternator or starter was not a problem as well. During testing and installation, both Tanisha and Devin kept conversation flowing, so it wasn't just an awkward encounter. I can not speak highly enough of these employees. They made visiting this store, in what should have been a stressful moment, fun, wonderful and an overall great experience! Please make sure to extend my thanks and appreciation, we need more employees like them at places we have to visit in not so good points (having car trouble) of our lives!!!
