Always prompt and professional. I woukd definitely recommend over a dealership for tire needs. The rotation service is super easy and convenient - no appointment needed!
The shop got us right in, we were able to select the tire we liked from the stock that was on hand. We also had windshield wipers installed. I was a bit disappointed in the alignment had to be done at a companion shop miles away due to the rack being down for more than 3 months. Some grease was present on the vehicle that my wife was unhappy with. But all in all I would return to the store for tire services.
I am a customer of tire Warehouse in Norway Maine. I had brand new tires put on in the month of December 2025. All the men working there are very courteous and very fast and efficient. After 25 miles I went in to have my lug nuts tightened. I did not have to wait they came right out and tighten them. I will continue to be a customer there at tire Warehouse.
This is the 2nd time this year that I have had to come to Tire Warehouse (Norway) for service and they were great both times! They were able to get me in the same day and get my tires taken care of. They are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Service was fast and I highly recommend them!
So I am unsure what to review this place. Had a very weird experience. We brought our car in to get a tire patched, they were able to get us in same day, and ultimately didn't charge us. Felt generous at the time, but now is highly suspicious.
The next day the TPS didnt work, tire blew and messed up the side wall - since our car is AWD we had to get a full set of 4 new tires. So this on the house tire patch turned into a $1K affair.
However, we had the car towed VIP right away, where they inspected the patch job, and supposedly found no issues and no reason why the tire could have blown like that. So take this review with a grain of salt - bad hack job or suspicious coincidence.

Recently had a visit there due to low pressure in tires, my tire light came on again after a few days so I went back to find that I had a hole in one of my tires. It was fixed immediately & problem solved. All the folks there are extremely pleasant & have always taken care of my problem, would highly recommend them, great service.
I purchased 4 Goodyear Assurance tires, 2 1/2 years ago. I got road hazard on those tires. Three of the tires ended up with road hazard. I finally decided to get rid of them. Rob made it very good on the change, financially. I am very happy with tire warehouse and especially happy with Rob and his crew in Norway Maine.
The people that work here have always been honest with me. They repaired my flat tire at no cost, which is why I chose to go with them when I needed four new tires.
No loyalty for their customers. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, took off work to get a simple alignment done on my car. The day of the appointment they call me as I'm on my way to norway just for them to tell me that their alignment tech doesn't get in till 9:00 a.m my appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m and then proceeds to tell me that their tech is booked all day. I won't be making any more appointments with these guys again. They blame the people that took my call for not communicating with them about the appointment, how is that my problem i scheduled the appointment and they failed to follow through. Thank you for nothing
DO NOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENTS THROUGH THEIR CALL CENTER! Made an appointment yesterday at 4:30 for an alignment and was told that I was all set. I show up for my appointment just to be told they were fully booked for the day. Not the shops fault but the call center or at least the girl who handles the calls should be held accountable as I and probably many others have wasted their time and gas to go there just to not actually have a appointment. I suggest anyone make their appointments in person to prevent this.
We were so pleased we went with this place for a tire repair. Superb customer service and honest work. We chose them because it was Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend and the usual place we patronize was already closed. The customer service at Tire Warehouse was unexpected, and earned our loyalty as future customers. Thank you!
Rob and his crew have always done a fantastic job providing excellent customer service in a timely manner, even in emergency situations they have always pulled through for me. Highly recommend doing business here.
I put my winter rims and tires on my truck. Had a shimmy in the truck so I called the tire warehouse and Bob answered the phone and told me that he could fit me in for a quick wheel balance. When I got there, he was super friendly, and they took my truck right in. They balanced the two front wheels which were out of balance and torqued all the lug nuts for me. A couple of the lug nuts were loose. Just wanted to give a big shout out to those guys who took care of me . I hope people are always as kind and friendly and helpful as you guys were to me. Thanks so much. I will go there again and again not only for service on my truck but for tires.
Will and the rest of the team were friendly, efficient and professional. They were helpful and took care of my tire issue quickly. Laura in the front is definitely on her game. As I sat in the waiting area I was able to see how she interacts with the customers & her co-workers.
She is all about the customer. She went above and beyond to get a positive outcome for a few customers. One of them being me. It was refreshing to deal with down to earth people who actually care about the people they are helping.
Laura and the guys at Tire Warehouse are amazing!! I came in for a flat repair and they got me right in and took care of me very quickly. It was very busy with phones ringing and customers walking in. Laura not only took care of the customers needs, but also did it with a smile on her face. Went here for some regular work and was in the lobby for a few hours. During my time, Laura at the front desk was not only super friendly to talk to, but was also really good with all the customers that came after me. The thing I feel as though makes this review worth a 2-star, is that the appointed “manager” of the establishment, Brandi I guess her name is, appeared to be out of office in her car the entire time I was getting my work done. As I left, the car seemed smoky and seemed to be smoking a joint. Someone who’s a manager should be “managing”. Not whatever was important enough to spend nearly three hours doing in her car. Lovely staff otherwise
What a great shop - Brandi the manager knows her stuff and runs a tight ship! I listen to her working with customers on the phone, training new staff, and she even helps me herself whenever my tire light comes on unexpectedly. All staff are great! I always leave here meaning to write a great review and then forget, so this is long overdue! Very happy customer!
Always great and prompt service. Today Savannah & Kyle helped us out as soon as we walked through the door even though they had been incredibly busy all day. I have been coming here for well over a year and have received nothing but stellar service. They're also very fair with their pricing and will usually do what they can to meet or beat other local shops, including their alignment services. Highly recommended!
Pulled together tires for my camper and my truck right away to get everything handled in one visit! Awesome service, even sent a driver to 2 other stores to get the extra off size tires.
As many of customers have stated in their reviews already, this tire warehouse is great. The staff is upbeat, helpful, and obviously know their stuff. They went above and beyond anything that I expected and were so kind. I had an awesome conversation with the guy that checked me in and he offered me some great information on a car that I had just bought. My husband and I have used them a few times now and cannot recommend them more. It is very clear to me that they respect their customers and are just all around great people. There is no amount of words that I could put here to explain how great they are and how much I have appreciated the help that they gave me today. If you want friendly people, knowledgeable mechanics, and exceptional service this is the place to go.
