I recently worked with Cody Barker to help my father sell my late mother's car. The process was was simple, streamlined and efficient. Cody scheduled drivers to retrieve the car from my house, located more than 45 minutes away from the dealership. He facilitated the transaction from afar with confidence and care, ensuring we knew exactly what we needed to have prepared. The drivers came on time with all the paperwork ready to be signed. The entire interaction lasted less than 15 minutes thanks to Cody's preperation and organization. I would highly recommend Cody and the team at LeeCars in Norway.

I can honestly say this was the best car buying experience I’ve had in my entire life. From the beginning Jim never pressured us on anything and searched around to get us the best possible interest rate for our loan. I have to say I am beyond impressed with with both Dennis at the service desk and Jim in sales, both in Norway. They both went ABOVE and BEYOND to get done what needed to be done. I work in customer service and know it can be difficult sometimes. Both Jim and Dennis took the time needed for each customer and genuinely cared for their customers. I’d hire either of them in a heartbeat and have to say they changed my opinion on car service! Great Experience with Cody Barker! We did some shopping around the Auburn area and had some of those stereotypical nightmare situations that people speak of when dealing with car salespeople. That was until we stopped in to Lee Auto in Norway! I called ahead and spoke with Alicia, who was delightful and asked a few quick questions. I wanted to let them know that I would like to swing by to see some vehicles I had seen on the website. I also had a very tight window in my work-day schedule. When I arrived, I was greeted by Cody who was expecting us. He was very calm and kind, and was able to show us the 3 cars we had mentioned. We took all three for a test drive and didn't feel an ounce of sales-pressure. Cody was also well-informed about the vehicles. This was so refreshing after going to another dealer who did not have the vehicles ready or even available, and acted irritated that we were even looking in the first place. The vehicles themselves all had that clean, new car-feeling that you would expect from a car dealership. Lee Auto had a variety of styles with varying mileage and fair prices, in good condition. The sales process was quick and easy. We asked if we could return the following day at a certain time to settle up. When we arrived, the car was pulled up, cleaned, and paperwork was all prepared. It was truly an easy, relaxing experience and Cody walked us through the different payment and warranty options. I would absolutely recommend Lee in Norway and Cody Barker to all friends and family!

I can't say enough good things about this location. I was very weary about applying to get a new vehicle but I knew that I needed one, so I went online and checked out some stuff and it led me to Lee cars in Norway. My initial contact was with a woman named Alicia who was very professional and great to work with. My salesman was Cody. I couldn't have asked for a better fit, he listened to my needs my budgets my wants my desires for my new vehicle that I had to have. He worked diligently, trying to find me the perfect vehicle and he did from start to finish it literally took this man 3 days to get me into my dream vehicle! I am so pleased with the professionalism from this entire establishment. Cody as long as you work at Lee, you will have me as a customer.

I called Lee Auto Mall in Norway yesterday for an appointment for oil change, tire rotation and an inspection of my fiat 500c. The woman on the phone making my appointment was very kind and professional. She even gave me an estimate of the cost right up front. I dropped it off at 7:30 and was greated by a wonderfully warm man that took my keys and info and said they would call when finished. I got a lovely message my car was ready at 9:30. The man ringing me up was upbeat and gregarious. I was charged what I was quoted and was sent on my way by well wishes from the entire staff. The place was clean and very well organized. I have definitely found my repair shop. Thank you all, it was such a great experience.

Jim went above and beyond to ensure that I had safe wheels. Very thankful to him and his team. I never once felt pressured to buy or stigmatized for my credit situation.

Very easy. No pressure. Very transparent pricing. Communicative team. Very streamlined process. Took me less than an hour to sign and drive. Also, very fair - knocked off a bit from the top to make me happy. It’s nice leaving a dealership without feeling like I need to puke. On April 26th we bought the truck of our dreams- a navy blue GMC sierra. Our salesperson was Cody Barker and he was IMMACULATE. We met with him first on monday- by friday he had us in the truck. He and his team worked non stop to find us trucks to fit our profile and never let up! Especially given our situation- trying to trade in a car we’ve owned for less than a year. Thank you very much Lee cars Norway Maine As we are currently out riding in our Toyota sienna.. also known as the canine cab Each of my furbabies picked a seat and they are loving their ride. This furMama is loving her new ride without having a crowded back seat for dogs. I highly recommend and refer anybody looking for a great value and an awesome vehicle that gets a 125 point inspection, which is far more in inspection point areas than any other dealership that I know of. They were very kind helpful respectful friendly made you feel right at home. Also they knew their business very well no pressure and they had everything done from beginning to end and I think a little under 3 hours I really appreciate their effort and everything they did to help me. I had a tremendously positive experience purchasing my new vehicle. With my financial situation wasn't expecting a whole lot. The Lee staff was friendly and very easy to work with. All I had to do was give John Westleigh a current pay stub and they took care of everything else to get me approve for the vehicle I wanted. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that doesn't have great credit
