The service and technical folks were great again today. I had all four tires replaced on my suburban new sensors put in for the tire pressure. I had the front brakes replaced and an inspection all done in a couple of hours. Very fairly priced and great work.

Went in for routine oil change and tire rotation - alignment was off (not a surprise in winter with road conditions), so they pointed that out and offered a very reasonable price to perform it while wheels were coming off anyway. Also found a screw in 1 tire and were able to patch/plug, which was done as part of the whole service (no add’l charge). Service writers are great, explain all options in detail, and techs are fast & friendly. I’ve had 5+ great experiences here and don’t see any reason to go elsewhere ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just moved to the area last June. So when I needed a sticker, I googled state inspections in norway. I'm very pleased with the service, the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

They were very warm welcoming of my toddler and I, held doors open for us and even set up children shows on their waiting area TV. Wait time was very reasonable. Thank you VIP TEAM! 🙏🏼

Great friendly service from everyone there. I was visiting from Massachusetts and slid into a snow bank on a steep mountain road. I asked them to patch it up enough for me to drive on the highway back home. They were forthright that the damage was mostly aesthetic and did the minimum required to make it highway-safe.

These guys are amazing!! Shop is huge and clean. Got me in same day for a repair on the weekend and back on the road in an hour. Super friendly and professional! A+

Scheduled the appointment, everything was done on time, and being able to check online to see the status was honestly pretty cool. VIP has always treated us fairly. Tires are just expensive...

Efficient service ,polite staff at the Norway Maine location . The tire rotation was part of my tire warranty, was able to use my rewards to pay for the inspection. All done in less than 45 minutes .

Had an appointment for headlights in an out in an hour the tech had to add nuts and bolt a re wire . . . Perfect job! While I was there 3 women came in for help air in tire put licence plates on they were there to help the ladies out. . Very impressed

Spent 2 and a half hours getting 4 tires mounted and watched them roll my truck across the shop before seemingly explaining to the guy behind the wheel how to drive a manual. Most of the time I was waiting multiple techs were just standing at the front counter while multiple people were sitting in the waiting for extended periods of time. Then the person checking me out had to run out to the parking lot multiple times because no other employee had put in a single piece of information on my vehicle. Not very pleased. Fair pricing

I called VIP in an emergency. I had a flat tire that wouldn't inflate. They took me in immediately saying I might have to wait since they were booked solid. They squeezed me in, put the donut on and I was out in less than 20 minutes at no charge. Thanks VIP👍

I had called around the area in search of studded snow tires after a competitor couldn’t get any in for an appointment I had scheduled. I went to VIP that same morning and they got me right in, had studded snow tires and was able to do an oil change! The warranty on the tires is a deal and the service is so friendly and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had the oil changed in my son's car 12/7/2025, he's a UMO student home for the weekend. He didn't even make to Bangor and the Low Oil light came on. It's a reasonable expectation to assume the oil change would be done correctly. We had it towed to Dealership in Bangor.

The folks at VIP in Norway are always so helpful! You have a choice around the area, with multiple VIP locations. I've had good experiences at other VIPs, too, but the Norway location always exceeds expectations. Thank you!

I came in for a winter tire swap, and they spotted that my old tires/ tire was practically bald on the sides. The alignment was way off as well. So after speaking to them and knowing my options which were that tire is not inspectable and I’m going to ruin future tires if alignment stay off. We made the decision to get new winter tires, and do the alignment . I was comfortable with that decision knowing this was the last year with the old tires anyway. So now I have a fresh start new tires a straight car, and they even put my new plates on for me. 😊😊😊😊. This place will be seeing me again and again. I felt very at home and safe knowing they were very knowledgeable about all aspects of my visit. Toby was amazing and appeared to run the crew without a hiccup . Taking time with me and running around with everything else going on. It WAS BUSY. The whole team was awesome and they all seem to work amazing together like clockwork. The new place is beautiful , spacious and very customer friendly wonderful waiting area, always someone if not 4 at the front desk interacting with everyone there as well as phones that were hot. 110 percent happy and satisfied with this transaction. Thank you all and keep up that great work . It shows. P.S as a courtesy for Christmas you should give out tree scents with your logos and number. Imagine that hanging in peoples faces . JP made it happen! Hoping a quick tire repair would be a the solution we planned to slide the van in for a quick service BUT… a repair wasn’t the case, we needed a full new tire… JP made sure it got in and got done even with a jammed schedule!

A little more attention to detail is needed, at least in the services I received here. $2000 in tires and was sent off with a leaky old valve stem. They replaced all the valve stems and, then was sent out with tires out of balance. Came back to get them balanced/rotated and the tire pressure wasn’t even set properly afterwards. Service is okay but doesn’t inspire me to come back in the future.

They were able to get us in quickly after initial appointment request, and during peak busy season might I add. Everything was handled with care and efficiency.Excellent crew of workers as well, all polite and made for a positive experience. 5/5 recommend! Thank you VIP!

Professional staff, exceptional facility. Brand new building and site. Better location. I've never had a bad experience with VIP. The staff in Norway, Maine, is a good group of people.

Yes I bought my 2000 Dodge and have it check to see what it needed for a sticker. They check the truck over the only thing I had was a brake light out and said they would be no problem putting a sticker on it. But I still had 5 months on the sticker I just wanted to make sure it was going to pass they were very good about it and didn't charge me. I give him an a+

Came here because my low tire pressure light came on and I couldn't get in with my usual place same day. They were nice and told me that my tires were a little low and they put air in them for me. However he proceeded to say that my driver side wheel bearing was bad and close to breaking and that I should get it fixed sooner rather than later and proceeded to quote me around $600 to get it done. I took it to my husbands friend who double checked it and advised there is nothing wrong with my wheel bearings. So this guy saw that I was alone and a woman and assumed I was stupid enough that he could trick me out of $600. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous. Don't take what they say at face value get a second opinion!

Brought my tire in too be plugged. Customer service was great, accommodating, and the new Norway facility is great! Thank you for getting me back on the road in a timely manner. Great business for our community.

I stopped in to look at tires after being unsatisfied with a recent set I had purchased, and I was greeted by the very knowledgeable salesperson, Tom. We chatted for a few minutes and it was evident that he was really listening and he had a full understanding of what I was looking for, suggesting a couple different options that would fit my vehicle. Luckily, they had a set in stock and the pricing was competitive. They were able to Get my vehicle in right away. The free alignment check revealed that I needed an alignment, and they also discovered that my sticker had recently expired. They quickly took care of all of that. In the meantime, I sat in their lovely waiting area, enjoying a nice chat with another customer. Tom kept me informed of the progress up until the completion of the work when he and Tim took care of the paperwork, applying any credits and discount discounts that I was owed. The process was fully transparent, and couldn’t have been easier for me as a customer. Testing out my new tires this week, but I left feeling like a true VIP! I am confident that the new tires will perform as described I will definitely return to VIP in the future. Thank you to all the team from the front desk to the stockroom and the mechanics who serviced my vehicle! Outstanding job! Exceeded expectations all around

I have been getting my vehicle serviced here for years and have always received great service! Once they even diagnosed a noise in my car that literally no other shop could figure out even after a year’s time. The employees are polite, helpful, and conscientious. When they see a problem, they don’t overcharge me. If I must wait while my vehicle is being serviced, I know they always do their best to complete it in a timely manner and the atmosphere will be pleasant while I’m there.
