O'reilly's is the best, i went to the competitor at first and They sold me the wrong part, and then I went to o'reilly's in Norway and Mike was like , no , that was the wrong part and sold me the correct part , and it fit my truck perfectly. Professional , understanding, and all around would recommend 5 stars..

I was very impressed with the staff at O'Reily Auto Parts in Norway, ME. They worked nonstop to help find a solution to a problem with my power steering pump. I had two different mechanics, one of which was Economy Auto Service in Mechanic Falls (tried to tell me I needed $11.000 in work, I call bull because they never sent me the alleged videos they took, they also unhooked my horn which almost caused a nightmare accident when I couldn't honk the horn when I was cut off) tell me it was my power steering rack causing my power steering fluid to pour out of my car like a sieve.
I really applaud this location, the high-pressure hose works and doesn't have power steering fluid pouring out. I now get to see the power steering rack so I am not out completely over $200.00. O'Reily's in Norway has my business.
The service folks at VIP O'Reilly Auto Parts in Norway , Maine ( in particular Toby and Cylas ) saved me from a very unfortunate experience when AAA randomly towed me there after my car broke down immobile on a steep hill in Maine 200-plus miles from my home on Cape Cod. i was at their mercy and they fitted me into their busy schedule , kept me informed on the diagnosis almost hourly , fixed the most pressing issues , of which there were many , and turned an inoperable car into not only one that would get me home , but one that ran better than I can remember it's run in years. The price was also quite reasonable in that they installed no unnecessary parts . I wound up paying only for know-how and labor. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely don’t trust many places but the o’reilly in Norway I def do trust! Honest, friendly and willing to help! The manager is very knowledgeable!!
They gave me the wrong battery, so had to drive another hour down there to get the right battery. You would really think a parts store might have a clue to the right parts
Heading out of town with the car packed, needed a quick repair that required a lift. They pushed us to the front of the line and got us in and out in no time.
Better website then most parts store. Makes advance auto look childish and prices are legit. If they need to get a part in it’s by far the easiest and fastest around
I had the luck of the call when Thomas answered the phone today. I needed some parts yesterday. He was genuine and friendly. He checked for what i needed, saw they didn’t have all of it, said he could have it for me in an hour. He promised to call when it came, I was so confident in his promise, I was on my way when I got his call. It gets better, when I entered the store, he stood out, I just knew which one had to be him even before I see his name tag. I must mention, the other two employees were also equally welcoming and attentive to my needs, but where I had been talking to Thomas, we were already bonded by potential purchase and the thrill of the search. O’Reily’s was not my first choice, but became my last. Did I tell you that Thomas brought my parts to my car for me?! (The parts were rather heavy, but I didn’t have to ask and he was most gracious). O’Reily’s was worth my time and my money. I enjoyed my experience. Thank you Thomas.
I came in to buy a replacement wiper blade. After paying for it, Tom asked me if I'd like to have him install it. Two seconds later it was done. It would have taken me half an hour to just get the broken piece of the old one out! Thank you Tom!
Every time I come here, they always have my parts and they are always able to answer my questions and suggest other places if they have not the availability that's what I am looking for!!
I brought wiper blades at Wal- Mart in Oxford. I could not put them on, blades would not come off of arm. I stopped at O'Reilly auto parts in Oxford, asked them if they could put them on for as I was having a problem getting them off, told him I would pay to put them on. He asked me if I brought them from them I told him no, he said he would not do it, I then said then I will buy them from you, he still said no, because of the weather. What ever happened to people helping people. I WILL NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM O'REILLY AUTO PARTS.
From my experiances the good o'reillys are the ones on sabattus street in lewiston and this one. STAY AWAY FROM LISBON STREET STORE, they are awful and will give you the wrong part and then get testy because you return it.
Mike and his team are great when and deed you have a ??? About your car if they know the answer they will tell and if they don't they would try there best to help you find the part or thing you are looking for O'Reilly in Norway I give a thumbs up!!!!!
I had some bad luck with other auto stores in the area, and Thomas at O'Reilly really helped me out. He helped me find the correct headlights for my Jeep and even installed them for me. I was very impressed with the service he offered and I am definitely going to back for any other auto need I might have. Thanks for doing right by me!
Arrived here during vacation with a faulty battery that would not restart. Logan quickly tested the battery and installed a replacement. We were on our way in 30 minutes. Very professional and polite.
I called VIP Tire and spoke to Matt. He was very courteous and helpful. He indicated they were very busy but if I could drop off the tire, they would squeeze it in for repair. We arrived at the shop and Matt took the tire right back. He returned and informed me the repair would be completed soon. The whole staff was professional and courteous. They worked quickly to get me back on my way. I would absolutely recommend VIP Tire for your tire needs. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you guys for your quick work!!!!
I recently purchased a battery for my SUV and installed it myself but I had a problem with the installation due to my particular vehicle. I returned to O'Reilly's in Norway ME and a young man, Nick, came outside in the very cold weather and exchanged the new battery for a larger more properly fitting battery. He worked on this rapidly and efficiently in spite of the cold. I found this to be extraordinary service and it was done at no charge whatsoever. Moreover, Nick adamantly refused to receive a tip (which he certainly deserved) for his work. He is a great representative for O'Reilly's and I most highly recommend this store for your auto needs.

As always great service, very knowledgeable staff, and they go out of their way to help you fix the problem. If they don't have the part you need either they can get it that day or overnight, Management is great the employees are just as great, I enjoy every visit.
