I like these guys a lot, kind, and not like others who screw ya over and don't pay what ya have for bottles. Nice to have a least one honest bottle company in town
Great people, hard working, and fast at what they do. They do get some busy spells and may have to wait , but always efficient, friendly, and welcoming
Great place, they do get a little busy sometimes but they are very fast. That lady that usually does the bottles when I go in can open, sort, count, and discard around 20-22 bags of bottles in 5-10 minutes. She and the other man that work there are very good at this, very professional, kind, and faster than any other person/machine I’ve returned bottles with.
Really wouldn’t say they are very nice, walked In with a bag of bottles waiting by the door with no acknowledgment and left, Least they weren’t Rude like the guy over in Orland
Friendliest folks around! Have been going to this redemption center for years and will continue until they decide to close their doors. The owner makes beautiful pillows too!
Pulled-in there was one other customer there with a stake body pick-up truck worth of returnables they'd started processing and filled up their bin for sorting while we stood there with about 10 cans to return, in our hands, and they just kept sorting the other guy with 3 people while we stood there for about 15 minutes before we walked away without them ever acknowledging us
Showed up at about 3:20. They close at 4. There was one other person ahead of us. We were told, at 3:30, to come back another time. I might've chalked it up to staffing problems if I hadn't seen multiple other reviews complaining about the same thing. BUT my son went once in the winter, there was no wait, and staff were helpful and polite. So I guess it's hit or miss.
Rude.... One counts for awhile then disappeared out back. Then another comes out and counts. Dirty small and little parking. Don't let the good reviews fool you.
It is always a pleasure returning my bottles there. The married couple who own it are very kind down to earth folks. The Mrs. makes and sells amazing blankets and pillows as well as masks!
Stood outside waiting so long that I was starting to burn. No idea what was taking so long, but after waiting behind the same 2 people I decided I had better things to do. I will find a different redemption center, hopefully one with parking, since I had to park down the street for this place.
Hardly any place to park and inside is even smaller. Went in today to return my bottles, which I had counted and put in separate clean bags to make their lives easier and I was told in a rude fashion "That woman is bringing more in," implying that I couldn't be inside if another customer was there. This woman had less bottles and cans than me and I stood outside in 10 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes. Pretty sure I heard them talking about me, too. I took my recycling and left. I'll give my business to someone else who is polite and actually has space for people to park and stand. I will never return again.
