We had them move a cottage for us, knowing its size they gave us an outrageous price knowing no one else wanted to do it. $30,000 to move a cottage!! I realize it's difficult but that was crazy high, the "no price". Honestly that isnt whats got me mad. I dealt with a guy named Steve who became annoyed with me when it took me a month to get the deposit money together and to him. Shortly after I sent it I wanted an update so I could figure into my schedule when to meet someone for a site visit or a time frame. He came when I wasn't around and didn't give me a heads up, he ghosted me for over a month, ignored my calls and texts. He finally reached out when they started to prep for moving. Rude and short with me, I called him out on his lack of communication. He acknowledged what I was complaining about was accurate but didn't bother with any sort of apology. Continued to ignore me, and and finally was short and annoyed with me when I wanted to ask about delivery and how to set my site up to receive the building. Totally frustrating. Then, insisted I pay in full before they would unload off the trailer, that was already sitting in my yard. I didn't feel good about that but I had no choice and he knew it. They did the work, sure, but dealing with Steve was an experience in and of itself. Buyer beware!
Just called to have my truck towed 10 miles to a shop and the woman was rude. told me they were unavailable and hung up the phone. Didn't even ask when I needed the tow. Great customer service HaHa
This guy has a truck for sale we agreed on a price i went to bank got a certified bank check sent a picture of it waited on a response on if was correct he told me yes an to start heading it was a 3.5 hour ride I explained prior I was a single father of 3 an was tight on money an it take a whole day work out of me. Sent a screen shot every hour until arrival i called when i got there and he stated he sold it. This effected me an my family significantly. Very sad people can do this
We had a issue with our 36' class A motorhome (diesel pusher) and had it repaired by P.E. O'Halloran road service. Steve O'Halloran and Dawn were great to work with. We were back on the road the next morning.
The owner was very rude and they have no customer service. They replaced a tire for us but broke the sensor in the tire. They took four hours to fix the sensor and then charged over 250 dollars to fix something that they broke. Don't use these crooks.
Just had Paul Ohalloran Inc. move 3 Amish built sheds. While they got them here for more money than anyone else, they damaged 2 of them in the process (which they at least promised they would fix). Besides that, they charged me for the use of their mule because they loaded the shed on the wrong way. If they had just asked me I could have saved myself $250. Every one of the staff that I spoke with had nothing good to say about the owner and the owner had nothing good to say about all his staff. They were all angry at each other which should have been a warning to me. So not only did I pay more than any other company I could have used, but also they damaged my sheds, charged me an extra $250 unnecessarily, and were unpleasant to work with.
Do not recommend for heavy truck recovery and towing. Despite the distance they will reach your location as slow as they want. Since the service price is $300/hour you have to pay a few hundreds for nothing. However the service is normal.
Sneaky con men. Told AAA they were coming to pick us up and 5 hours later decided to leave us stranded overnight and canceled with AAA. After being stuck for 10 hours, we set up our own pick up for the night and tow in the morning. However, they got out there early the next day and at 6 am informed us that they were picking up the car. We told them since they canceled on us the night before, we set up other plans and that they can’t take the car. By the time our tow truck got there (about 25 mins after this call) our car was gone. After canceling with us and AAA the night before, they took advantage of the situation, took the car and billed AAA. Sneaky con men- will take advantage of you and your situation.
Excellent service, excellent friendly people to work with.The address through Google maps put me at a wrong address. I called the office and they talked me through it. Upon arriving the front display has very nice "tiny homes" and a variety of storage units. These guys are very organized and ready to help with your vehicle repairs or towing 24 hours a day. They are also pet friendly. Thank you for the friendly service
I recently purchased a shipping container from here and they were great. I cannot say enough about the guy who delivered it Jamee Dennison he knew what he was doing and very pleasent to talk to.
