I live in Rochester, New York. While in Maine, I had a car emergency. Saunders was recommended to me by many local people.
I arrived Monday morning, without an appointment. I was supposed to drive home that day.
Despite the fact that Saunders had a full schedule of appointments, my car was taken right in. My brakes were checked and to ensure that I would be safe on the 9 hour ride home, my car was taken for a test drive.
When I went to pay for over an hour’s worth of time, the owner did not allow me to. His response? Merry Christmas.

I dropped my Jeep off for a front end alignment, studded tire removal, and an inspection sticker. I dropped it off after hours and picked it up after hours and paid over the phone. They finished it ahead of the scheduled time and the price was reasonable.
These guys do an amazing job! Always treat you right and steer your towards less expensive options where appropriate. For instance leveraging vehicle warranties or recalls.
