My children and grandchildren went to the Mere Point Oyster Farm. We had a blast!! My 6 yr old granddaughter who considers herself an oyster connoisseur was very pleased. She and I sat in the front row of the raft and she had a smile on her face the whole way there. We have memories for a life time!!!
Found Mere Point at the Newburyport OysterFest this past weekend: our hands-down new favorite! Not only are the oysters full of clean, briny flavor, but the staff are top notch as well - smiling faces, having fun, and loving what they do. Such a great vibe, fans for life!
We took the farm tour from Portland, what an incredible open water ride With Captain Kevin and mate Kate, on Buzzworthy. It looked like a big bumble be. We cruised out to Merepoint Oyster farm and met Kelly. She was the most , informative, down to earth, knowledgeable Oysterwoman you could or should ever meet. Such wonderful people to meet. Kelly knew her oyster business like she slept, ate , drank dreamed about them. You could tell by her passion the love she had for the hard work she is doing. This is definitely a must do. Her shucking ability, the briney, too me green olive taste of the oysterand the fact that the meat and liquor cover the whole inside of the shell made the trip even better. Thank you for the experience Kevin, Kate and the host Kelly. Keep doing what you do making the world a better place. Just a side note I being Native American could feel the love of life, nature and the respect for the environment.

Mere Point Oyster company's recent pop up at Flight Deck in Brunswick was amazing. The oysters, shrimp and lobsters rolls were incredible. Oysters were fresh, shrimp were meaty, lobster so delicious with an abundance in the roll and handsomely dressed and seasoned. Mere Point Oyster Company is a winner and a must visit--Mike & Mo Halmo
We had a tour of the Oyster farm by kayak starting from Wolfe’s Neck Farm Oceanfront Camp. The oysters were superb! What a great business, great people.
I serve on the board of a non-profit organization that grows organic food and flowers that are donated to food pantries in our region. Our largest fundraiser of the year is a beautiful social event and auction. It is mostly staffed by 50+ volunteers. This year, we hired Kelly to manage all the food and food service. Her presence elevated this event tremendously. She managed every aspect of prepping, presentation, serving and clean-up of the food with professionalism, efficiency and grace. The volunteers have expressed appreciation for the organization and clear guidance she provided. For our event, she only provided staffing for the oyster shucking, but it is an indication of the quality of her staff, that would get 5 stars as well. We are thrilled with the outcome of the event and the amazing feedback we have had. Kelly was key to that success and I could not recommend her more highly.

I usually purchase oysters from a local when I stay on Orrs island but he was sold out for the season. He recommended Mere Point and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. Kelly was outstanding and so communicative, such a breath of fresh air to deal with compared to what most of us are used to. I ordered the petite oysters and clams. Both were absolutely delicious and will be ordering again for sure! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Went on a sea kayak tour of mere point oyster farms with Maine Master guide, Alice. Could not say enough good things about this trip. Alice is so enthusiastic and thorough in her tour about all of Mere Point (as she is a native to the area). The oysters were delicious & you have to try Alice’s blueberry vinaigrette with them. Incredibly sweet, bring, flavorful Maine farm raised oysters. You can order ahead to pickup at the farm barn all year. The farmers "Talk to their oysters" while they flip cages or sort for size take them in and out of their growing bags or shake the babies or spat to grow faster and to sort them. I recommend these oysters at least three or four times a week.
Absolutely love Mere Point oysters! These are some of the best oysters in ME - nice n salty upfront and then sweet and refreshing flavor at the end. Customer service and support are also excellent! Kelly is so sweet and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely an all around favorite! X

Fantastic oysters! Out of the many that I’ve tried while in Maine, these are easily one of my favorites year after year. We visit the Brunswick farmers market while on vacation every year, and grabbing a bunch to eat while chatting with the friendly staff is a must every time. I live in PA and tonight I found Mere Point Oysters on the menu at BJ’s which is a steakhouse and oyster bar. I was super excited to see this, and to get a fantastic taste of Maine from here at home. They were so good! Whether you are in Maine, or central PA… these oysters are a great treat!
The oysters are unreal. We drove over from Vermont to get our haul. This will be our new go to spot. Highly recommend going out of your way to try them out. Kelly was super helpful. Great shell fish, great customer service!

Hands down the best overnight delivery experience ever! We ordered a couple dozen oysters to celebrate the birth of our first born and they were so delicious and perfectly shipped all the way to the Texas. Would recommend Mere Point 10 times out of 10 and we’ll be ordering from them again soon!

Mere Point Oyster Company catered my husband's 30th birthday and it was perfect! We had about 35 people over for raw oysters, grilled oysters with a habanero barbeque butter (delicious), chilled lobster tails, flank steak with chimichurri, shrimp skewers, roasted potatoes, and salad. Kelly was so helpful and communicative. Everything went smoothly and no one went hungry! The oyster quality was amazing. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a memorable event.
