We have had a terrible travel day with a flat tire on our rental car 17 hours from home but the people who worked with us at Atlantic Coast Towing were wonderful and made the awful day a little bit better! ?

One of the best services I have come across. Vehicle disabled at night with young daughter - just had serviced at a location in New Hampshire that handles this type of vehicle. They put it on the flatbed that night, kept it on the truck to avoid any potential damage and next morning took it more than 2 hours back to facility at a great price. Was a high end vehicle, and they could have tried to gouge, but were extremely fair. I never post these things, but this company deserves 10 stars!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. It was after hours, and they showed up very quickly, were very professional, friendly, and took care of my towing exactly as it needed to be done. Worse tow company out there !!! They locked my sons keys in his brand new truck..I caught them with a ladder on the side of it and trying to pry the door open...did thousands of dollars of damage but didn't want us to claim it on there insurance , so they paid the company to fix the damages .....triple A dont deal with them anymore .... I have heard things get stolen outta vehicles when locked in there yard at tow company , they take possession of vehicles if u can't pay an attorney or your fees that they come up with. How this place is still in business ....is beyond me....oh ya.... Brunswick PD stands beside them !

They stole items out of a vehicle a vehicle I surrendered. I discovered a lot of my belongings missing when I went to clear out my car and signed the sale. They charge you a daily rate to hold your car that varies based on whichever employee you happen to deal with, which makes it impossible to accurately budget for retrieval of your vehicle.

Atlantic Coast Towing came to my rescue when I was stranded. They arrived quickly, were professional and courteous throughout the entire process, and took great care with my vehicle. Highly recommend!

The office person was helpful and kind. Derek, the driver, was fantastic! He assess my tricky situation and figured out quickly how to get my car out without any damage. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and nice. I would definitely recommend them period

Cannot say enough good things! I got a flat tire and needed a tow to get my car to get it repaired ASAP. The tow truck got to me in less than 15 minutes. The driver was very friendly as we chatted about cars en route to VIP. They got me out of a pinch and fast! Would highly recommend, although I hope I don't need their services any time soon.

Atlantic took my vehicle out of a ditch flowing an accident on 295 south near Yarmouth. They then towed my vehicle to Brunswick without my consent. Atlantic says the State Trooper told them to tow it, State Trooper says they never spoke to them. Lots of finger pointing. Regardless, this company's phone was disconnected when I called several times following the accident when I realized that my car had vanished. My AAA roadside driver was able to communicate with them to confirm they had my vehicle on Brunswick. Don't use this company. Read the other horrific reviews. They exploit people in emergency situations for their benefit. There is a reason AAA doesnt work with them anymore and they're hard to on cash. Not to mention their office is a dump.

DANGEROUS DRIVERS!!!!! Talegating, honking, passing ILLEGALLY! You are not an emergency vehicle! Cars do not need to pull over for you!! You have no right to pass illegally. YOU ARE GOING TO GET SOMEONE KILLED. Wait till one of your trucks cause an accident and you’re being sued, maybe then will you people smarten up and follow THE LAW!!

Dangerous Driver!! He was behind us and was not towing anything. Tailgating and driving to endanger. Lights were going, But how is a tow truck an emergency vehicle. Very disappointed. Stay away from this service!

Tonight while following an ambulance with my son inside my van broke down on 295. Ryan was the operator and so helpful and kind! Thank you for your prompt and professional service!

Deer came out of nowhere and smashed into my car on route 1 in Brunswick. Called the police and they sent out Atlantic Coast Towing to grab me. These guys have been great! This was my first accident so I was a bit distraught, but they were so kind and helpful. They even helped me grab my EZ-Pass when I forgot it after clearing out my car! Thank you Atlantic Coast Towing for helping me in my time of need.

Idk yet I am going there today to get my truck...so hopefully things go smoothly and not have a steep bill...B.P.D. officer Bernier was agitated saying my husband has a suspended license when in fact he had paid any and all fees,S.R. 22 insurance and liability on time paid...the B.M.V says different...so then he made my disabled husband, my daughter and I get out of truck and stay away...Iwe were getting picked up from work and then groceries and home..just doesn't seem like U.S.A. anymore

My car broke down on the highway just outside Bath, a day or two after Christmas. This review is long overdue! Where I broke down was a very scarey spot because it abutted water and there was literally no shoulder, only a very narrow breakdown lane. My car shook every vehicle that passed by. Officer AJ Fitzpatrick of the Brunswick PD came to my rescue, and offered if I wished to call a local tow company. Derrick from Atlantic Tow came and towed me over to Marong VW. I really appreciated all the help from both of these folks. For the complainers, yes I paid with a credit card, and AAA reimbursed me in full. What's the problem? When you're in a position to need help, you pay - its not a negotiating position. I appreciated Derrick getting me to a safe area before I got killed by someone not paying attention. Thank you Derrick and Atlantic Tow.

Just wanted to give accolades to Derek, the tow truck driver that rescued my RAM this morning! He was so kind in the setting of my stress and very skilled in his line of work. He explained everything he was doing and was so gentle and careful when getting my truck on and off of his tow truck. Derek is an amazing person and an extremely competent employee. Because of him, Atlantic Towing will be my go to for future Towing needs

One of there workers towed my sons car "as a favor". Charged me 200.00. Brought the truck to my home with a busted frame. Mind you reason for tow. Truck needed berring work. On top stole items in truck. He used an Atlantic towing truck.

I would like to thank the tow driver that showed up to help me out of the ditch for lying and telling me that I owed $150 for for a triple A scam. I pay for triple A my 2 minute tow out of the ditch on 295 should have cost nothing but this guy totally took advantage of my kindness. Don't worry Antlantic, Triple A is looking into your fraudulent business practices. Good luck!

I want to say thank you to the amazing driver #15 I want to say his name is Nick he said he was from Alaska. He was amazing and got there super fast when they gave us the 30-40 minutes waiting time he was there with in 15- 20 minutes to help us out. We had a flat tire and he put air in it and got it towed to vip for us. And he was so helpful. On his way to us he had called and asked if we was in a safe spot and let us know that he was on his way. He was an amazing man and made the whole process much better.thanks so much for the help. Hope if ever needed another tow we get him again.

Andrew - Truck #20 - helped me to open my car's door. He was really professional by inspecting the windows to make sure he could insert the instrument without breaking the window/door. It took him only less than 5 minutes to unlock the door. I really appreciate it.

I would have had a great experience had the lady that answers their phones knew how to talk to customers. Here's the story.. The other half has to go to work around 1 or 2 am every morning and we just had a healthy batch of snow. He slid off the highway at the 295 entrance going south from Brunswick. No injuries.. Just pretend a Chevy 1500 being an oversized sled and gliding through 16 inches of light fluff. Since he had to be at work, I was called in to trade vehicles and get the truck out (husband of the year nom would be appreciated btw!). My roadside service couldn't get anyone at that time of morning. So I called Brunswick PD who then got the Highway Patrol over to help. They managed to get Atlantic Coast out to help pull the truck back onto the road. I had no money.. Zero.. Because it's days before xmas! My insurance stated they would pay for the service so they pulled it out, let me go on my way, and all would be addressed during business hours. My insurance called them to pay the bill ($175), but the dispatcher lady refused to provide their tax id number that proves they are a legit business (required for business to business payments for insurance claims). She then told the adjuster that they'd be calling the cops on me for refusal to pay. Yeah.. Insurance literally waving the money at them and the lady refused. So, the adjuster told me that they'd just pay me, so that I could just pay directly. The payment took a few days to hit my account. I called them up to let them know that it was coming, but hasn't arrived because banking tech is still ancient. She continued to say that is fine, but she didn't want to have to call the police on me. Again, threatening police being called in.. Even though I've stated it's coming.. And she refused to go the easy route with being paid directly! Today I saw the money hit my account and I called to make the payment. A guy answered (who I assume is the owner) and was beyond nice. He wished a happy holidays and repeatedly thanked me for making the payment. I always pay my bills and was thankful for the service so early in the morning, but that lady just ruined what could have been a great experience. I get that they probably get people that stiff them, but she shouldn't assume that of everyone.

Our Honda Civic got stuck when it slid off the driveway as we were backing out. The right front tire was hung up on a retaining wall and the right front bumper was hooked around an iron railing. Nasty! Don and John extricated the car with the precision of surgeons. I really didn't think we were going to drive away from that one. Thank you, Atlantic Coast Towing!

Highly recommend Atlantic Coast Towing. About a month ago our family was involved in an accident where our vehicle was totaled. Casey was the driver that arrived and the patience, kindness and professionalism that he showed us at 9 at night was extraordinary. Due to being on vacation and over 7 hours from home we needed to get many items from our vehicle. Never once did he rush us and multiple times expressed to take our time. They even went above and beyond to help calm and entertain our two young children while we collected our items. Before departing multiple times Casey ensured us he would have the vehicle located in a safe location and locked to put our minds at ease as we were unable to bring much of our personal belongings. The kindness this company and Casey showed us was above and beyond. The next morning when communicating with the company regarding having to get our vehicle moved due to getting to an insurance adjuster they were patient, helpful and went above and beyond to help when our insurance company was being non responsive in terms of payment. Overall I wanted to post to say Thank You and to highly recommend this company. Their kindness in a time of high stress was more meaningful than can be expressed in words.

As a business owner, inventor, and marketer I am always on the lookout for exceptional people and they are extremely hard to come across. Don is literally the most exceptionally courteous and friendly service provider I've ever encountered in my 36 years. He was kind and listened patiently from the beginning. He also made both my girlfriend and myself literally laugh out loud! This is the kind of person and good soul that would make any and every company soar. I can't express in these digital words how professionally skilled and yet casually engaging he was to be around. Atlantic Coast Towing will be my only choice and only recommendation from now on.

Good service. Prompt. Personable and helpful drivers. Would definitely recommend. I've had multiple experiences with them, from dead battery to issues requiring towing. In all cases they were there quickly (it's all relative but to me they always arrive reasonably fast) and the drivers were friendly and helpful. They were also professional and did a good job. Can't comment on pricing relative to other places but prices seemed reasonable and if you have AAA it helps a lot with no charge for some services.

These guys are probably the first tow guys I've seen with a heart. Don was literally amazing. Not to be personal, but my life has been a wreck, and I was in a situation that was not my fault by any means. And Don listened to me and he and this company did their best to help out. I have had other experiences with them, and all have been professional and kind. But this last one takes the cake and had me coming to leave a review. I will sing your praise to aby who will listen. AAA offered me membership when I was locked out of my car. The rate was very reasonable and I feel safe knowing I have 3 more service calls this year. This saved me a lot of money because the last time I called a towing company for help, it cost me more than $80 for one call. They told me the truck would be there in 35 minutes, and Atlantic Towing's service tech, Neil, showed up in 20, beating the estimated waiting time by over 33 percent. The tech was respectful, friendly, and he even checked my tire pressure and filled tires that were low on air. I'm very impressed with the price, service and quick response.
