DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP FOR WORK. They are the most incompetent “mechanics”. They had our car for 2 whole weeks, we gave them a list of things that needed to be fixed. They fixed 1 out of 8 things. Everything was paid for, we get our car back and see nothing was fixed and now they are saying we need to pay for ANOTHER diagnosis (we’ve already got that done plus gave them a list of issues) . They refuse to fix what was supposed to be fixed and WHAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR TO BE FIXED!!!! Please tell what you guys had my car for 2 whole weeks for if nothing was done????? Save yourself the aggravation and money.

Brought my truck in for a recall. Only needed for part of the day to complete the job. They had my truck for 2 days. On the first day I get a call at 4:30p to let me know my truck wasn't going to worked on, mechanics called out so there wasn't enough people. Asked if I could leave it another day and said it would be taken care of in the morning. By 3:00p on the second day I called to ask if my truck was ready and they hadn't touched it. This time I was met with the excuse that another job went sideways and that is why my truck isn't ready. Not sure what that has to do with not letting me know what was going on with my truck. Terrible customer service, call someone next time.

I've bought many vehicles throughout the years and my experience at Bodwell was absolutely top notch. If you want an enjoyable, courteous and professional buying experience this is the place to go. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Service Manager Mike and his team are awesome. Service writers are quick and efficient and work to accomadate my famile readily. I also have my Subaru worked on and they keep me running. I recomend Bodwells to family and friends..

Extremely rude staff. I brought in my 2022 RAM 2500 that was having battery/alternator issues. I’ve heard shady things about this dealer in the past, but was in a pinch to get my service completed. The service writer tells me my vehicles battery tested at 12.6 and I needed to buy a new battery and keep my vehicle in the shop for services diagnostics. (This is a brand new battery from Lee dodge, one week old that tests out at 14.1 dry) When I let them know I tested the battery and it is brand new from Lee, they started getting argumentative and tried to offer a free oil change. When I denied and said I’d leave them a review and inform the public of them ripping customers off, they gave my my keys back and said I’m welcome for my free service. No work on the vehicle was complete as they pulled me aside halfway through to try and sell me a battery and extra labor time on the vehicle. They quickly found out that I wasnt going to allow them to rip me or others off, and desperately wanted me out of the building. Just want to let everyone else know to be careful around these con artists.

Lou was very knowledgable of the different models and was very helpful in making up my mind for my final decision. NO pressure, more like a friendly visit with an old friend showing me his trucks. My new vehicle was all clean and polished at pickup, and the paperwork went off without a hitch. (thanks Chris!)

From the front desk, Chuck, Micah and all the others, they have always been courteous, and helpful. The mechanics have always done superb job and done their best for me. I'm a very happy customer!!

Appreciated the NO Pressure environment. Steve was super patient with me as I tested one car after another and even stayed open so I could make a decision that I was happy with. Bodwell’s has always be a professional and competent staff. The sales and service departments have always been ready to answer questions and provide feedback. My service visit was complicated by the fact that the key socket for the locking wheel lugnuts had been misplaced, This created a serious problem for the removal of the wheels for balancing! Fortunately, one of the mechanics had a collection of various key sockets he had collected over the years!! Problem solved!! Great resources!!

Chose to work with Bodwell because of the positive reviews I had read about this dealership. Met Steve Fowler last summer to order a 2025 Ram Tungsten. Steve kept me updated throughout the process. Steve and Evan Paione facilitated the delivery of my new Ram today. Both Steve and Evan made sure I was totally satisfied with my experience.

I was traveling when a battery problem cropped up. I was in the vicinity of Bodwell's so I decided to stop in for help. They were very willing to quickly look at it to see if they could determine the Problem. Then they said they would try to squeeze me in within the next few days. Fortunately, for me, it turned out to just be a battery problem, and not an alternator problem as well, which is what we had estimated for just in case. Batteries are still extremely expensive these days. But their customer service was exceptional! I appreciated their honesty and will definitely come back to do business with them again if necessary. Hopefully I will have no more problems! But if I do, I know where I'll go. 🙂

The person with whom I left the car was helpful and friendly. Although I never contacted the technician they solved the problem. They provided a loaner which was very helpful. The price of the actual part (a wheel bearing and hub) $540 was higher than I expected.

It is always a pleasure with doing business with the nice people at Bodwell. They are always polite, courteous, professional, and had my truck done before the time promised. This company always makes it real easy for me to figure out where my next vehicle will be purchased!

Great service department! I have had several interactions lately with other dealers on different vehicles that I own and this company does a great job . It's hard to find good service these days but these guys really deliver.

Have always been very happy with service and parts departments. They got my truck in and repaired in a few days instead of 2 1/2 weeks like what originally scheduled. They have always been great with turnaround times. I didn’t even buy this particular vehicle from them but have bought from them in past. Thanks again for fast service!!!

I stopped for a tire rotation on my Gladiator without an appointment and I was in and out in less than a hours. Jay in parts got my fob working and service was top notch fitting me in! I highly recommend them! I also send my Jeep Girls there. They are fair and honest!

Ended up not purchasing from Bodwell but the experience I had during the sales process was excellent. Erik got me all the info I needed in a quick and timely manner. Was also the salesperson that felt the most genuine. Will definitely look here first when I’m looking for a new vehicle.

Excellent good old fashioned service. They stand behind their vehicles new or used. We bought a used Chrysler Town & Country back in 2015 and we recently traded our old Tacoma truck for a very nice 2022 Dodge Ram Bighorn. They delivered our truck because my husband had shoulder surgery recently and we had no way to pick the truck up because we needed two drivers!

Update: I had purchased a new Ram 1500 a couple of weeks ago from Bodwell Chrysler Dodge Ram and everything went smooth. That’s about it. I tried reaching out to inquire about accessories and received a partial answer and then nothing. I am extremely disappointed and I regret purchasing from them. I cannot recommend Bodwell anymore because after you leave, good customer service does too.
