So I had an interaction with one of their subcontractors yesterday. His subcontractor did not know I was wearing a body camera and it was active at the time of the incident. Let's just say I wouldn't want their subcontractor to tow my wife's vehicle if she ever needs help. I will be going out of my way to screw with this company legally.
And by the way I don't use my real name on here so good luck trying to figure out my real information.
By the way teach drivers in your subcontractors about body cameras they might say and do things that might end up on YouTube and admit to things that they don't want people to know about.
Very very non-professional very very non-professional and has an issue of not being able to tell the whole truth.

In January of this year, 2023, one of their tow truck drivers extricated me from the side of the road. He damaged my vehicle with his j-hook which I may have not immediately noticed had he not pointed it out to me himself. Mike Stowe, the owner, ignored my initial phone calls and emails for what I can only assume was in hopes of me giving up. Progressive insurance, their insurance company, estimated that it would be a measly $700 and change to pay for the repairs. Maine towing LLC would be responsible for a $500 deductible. After literally months of going back and forth with the insurance company and Maine Towing and AAA, I just had Progressive insurance company call me and say that they cannot authorize paying me any money for my damages due to the fact that Maine Towing is denying damaging my vehicle.
I'm not sure how anyone could work with a business with such dishonest ownership and employees.
At this point there is nothing I can do but accept that I have been wronged. Besides filing a claim with the better Business bureau I am done thinking about this.
It's just discouraging being the victim of dishonest people.
We needed a tow last night, triple A estimated it’d be ~3 hours. We called Maine towing and they were out in less than half the time. Mike was very helpful on the phone and Jesse was friendly and got us to the garage quickly. Great experience, thank you both!
Derick at Maine Towing was fantastic! His communication was fantastic even before he got there. He acted with such professionalism and had such a kind way of walking me through the process, and was able to keep me calm in a scary situation.
