Brunswick Roadside Service was a real hero for me last night. Ray drove all the way from Brunswick to Camden to get me and my car at 11 pm, when no other tow driver would answer the phone. He came in the time he said he would, and worked quickly to get my car up on the tow. He was good company on the ride home and made what was otherwise a rotten experience (flat tire far from home late at night) much more palatable with his kindness and compassion. Thank you, Ray!

Ray was super quick, polite, and really professional. It was single digits today, coldest day of the year, and again, Ray was so quick and there wasn’t a single issues getting my car off the highway and towed up. I highly recommend this company.

He showed up within an hour of me calling, and charged what I think is a decent price, just over 300 to get my bmw from bath to Westbrook! Called with confirmation after drop off and even put my keys in the drop box for me! Was very careful while loading the car as well! Would recommend!
Ray is fantastic - and wonderfully kind, which meant a lot and made it much easier to deal with the unexpected expense and logistics of needing a tow. Especially just before the holidays and on top of spending 10 days navigating an inoperable car, rental, and new car purchase with each located in opposite directions and at a considerable distance from work, home, and friends who could help. When AAA wouldn't cover the tow because it was a trade-in, I scrambled to find someone willing to do the job with only a few hours notice. Ray was prompt and attentive in taking my call and provided excellent service. I really appreciated how thorough and thoughtful he was when he called to confirm everything was all set and even wished me luck with my new car. I hope I don't need another tow anytime soon, but would definitely absolutely call Ray again if I do!
Came to get us out of a snow bank on the worst Christmas storm I have ever seen. Waited longer than he probably should have for us to get back to the car once he arrived. We will forever be grateful for his service!

I was stranded when the trandmission went out on my truck, and Brunswick Roadside Service came out and got me and my truck home. Ray, was the driver, snd he was very kind, and helped me get my truck home, where I can figure out what my next step in fixing it will be. Very wondetful person, professional, kind, and comfortable to talk to on the ride home. Definitely highly recommend Brunswick Roadside Service if you ever need a tow or help when stranded along the road.
Came out of a store to find all my coolant dumped out in the parking lot, had a baby with me so family came to get us while I called BRS. Was able to pay over the phone and leave keys behind so we could leave, he was there within the hour and got my car to the shop before they closed. Super quick and friendly, will use again.

If You love your cars as much as we do there is no one else I would trust to have it towed Then by Ray at Brunswick roadside services. After calling multiple places because we needed a classic car towed over 60 miles and being told no by repeated companies. Ray Went above and beyond to ensure any fears I had about getting an older classic car towed, as well as Walking me through the steps on how to prep the car because I could not be there when he picked it up. I cannot recommend Ray in Brunswick roadside assistance enough And I will be spreading the word And all of my Car groups that I am in. Ray at Brunswick Roadside Service went out of his way to help me when I was broken down on the opposite side of the highway during heavy traffic because he saw I was in trouble. Most people just keep driving but he went to the next off ramp, double backed and came to offer help if I needed it, and I did! He was very nice, professional and even helped me get my truck into my garage when all the other tow truck drivers would have dropped and run! I cannot speak highly enough about his service, pricing and willingness to do what it takes to make the customer safe! I would trust him with my most cared about loved ones! Thank you Ray!
Roadside assistance dispatched this company. The man called asking me to get the spare tire out from under the vehicle for him. When he arrived he could not figure out how to lower the spare tire from under the vehicle, I did it for him. He then could not figure out how to detach the spare from the cable under the vehicle. He said “Maybe you can do it, I’m soaked” then he packed up his things and left without another word. He then called the roadside service I use and told them I did not provide him with the tools. Completely incompetent, unprofessional, and failed to provide any of the service he was called for.
EDIT AFTER RESPONSE:
It was a 2017 Ford Transit van, not a specialty vehicle. The next company that came took it off in 30 seconds, with HANDS! No tool was required it was a pin. Completely pathetic. It is your job to remove the spare tire, not the customer. Complete lack of professionalism to leave without saying a word.
Brunswick Towing is amazing. They are very reasonable and have amazing staff. I was in a bind and Ray helped me out in such an extremely timely manner. He was there to help me when even AAA would not help me out. I highly recommend Brunswick Roadside Services! If you need towing they are definitely the place to call!

Ray is awesome, I called him and needed my truck towed . He moved it quickly. Ray did a great job, very professional, very pleasant, and he takes the time to talk to you for a few minutes, which is nice. I highly recommend brunswick roadside services.
I called AAA for a tow. I was told it would be 2 hours. After waiting 1.5 hours, i was told it would be another 90 minutes. I called Brunswick Roadside Services directly and he said he was AAA affiliated and could help. I informed him where the car was, where it needed to go (both locations he was familiar with). I left the keys over the visor and he took care of it! That was it, that quick and easy. He contacted AAA and took care of it. I couldn't have been happier!
And then, imagine my surprise, when the next morning I get a call from my mother saying she locked her keys in her car at the store! So, I called Brunswick Roadside Services! He was there in about 30 minutes, and had the vehicle unlocked in about 5 minutes. It was very simple, the price was right, and Ray is a very knowledgeable and personable person!
I now have several business cards and he will always be my first call. I highly recommend Brunswick Roadside Services!
I love my little car, and when it suffered from an ailment, and I had to call a tow company, I was so happy that AAA sent my service request to Brunswick Road service. I didn’t have to wait too long for him to arrive, and, it was very obvious that Ray was very experienced and what he was doing. I felt totally comfortable handing over “Baby”.
