Took my wife's jeep cherokee there for transmission problems, $700.00 later still not fixed..Took my 06 hhr in for oil change, one running light bulb and generic horn replacement.. $350.00 So I take my wife's jeep to another mechanic in Bogalusa and have a complete brake job and replace a front rotor and an oil change for $340.00 and I thought the dealership was EXPENSIVE..thier help has one speed, SLOW and EXTREMELY SLOW..

DISGUSTINGLY DISRESPECTFUL TO US AS A SENIOR COUPLE!!!!! Had our car 1 1/2 months with zero updates/calls. After 3 visits over that time although he accused us of being there every other day, so that makea him liar, checking (with me sending my husband) he WENT OFF on him to which he owes an apology. Then held my car hostage by not making an invoice until almost closing time after I sat for 1+ hour. But the Lord makes all things happen for a reason. Ours being put in the hands of a REAL EXPERT mechanic who is soooooooo respectful to us!!!! Thank you for your referral by your actions, again to seniors,to the EXPERT who now has our car!!!!! Hope your DISRESPECT is not being handed down from yourself.
