The people that are store in Franklinton in our community or simply the Best they go out of their way to help the customers and are very friendly and you never hear them complain there is a young guy with long hair that really helped me out. He helped me by putting the windshield wipers on my truck and helping me with a new battery. They are second to none
Scans my truck sells me a $75 dollar coil. I replace it in the parking lot. Truck still running bad I ask him to read the code again he says he don't have too he knows what it is and gives my friend a three page print out . Ask my friend to go in and get somebody who knows what he is doing same kid comes out to read the code. Says it's not reading any codes. So I let it sit for a few hours still did the same thing. . So while waiting for the tow truck. I kept starting and stopping the truck then the engine fired up and I made it home. It wound up being a $2 relay. So if the red headed step child scans your car I wish you luck.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help a local preschool with their employee and a teacher in distress there that needed transportation for her daily essential living items but it all was pending on a car part that she couldn't get, but you made that happen for her! Always helpful staff and the always clean and usually have the parts in stock or the next day. Really expensive on items for an oil change though which is why 4 stars. The same products are significantly cheaper at other retailers. Significantly cheaper.
Had an awesome experience at this AutoZone. Damien and Todd helped me find exactly the parts I needed and explained the difference between the options. They even offered the tools and supplies I would need to install it. Would shop with them again

I just purchased a radiator from the franklinton la store. The guy who waited on me was rude and not professional like he didnt want to be there. After I made my purchase and got to my car I realized I had rewards points of 20$ to use so I went back into the store to let them know that he didn't ask.me if I wanted to use my rewards that I had available since 3 20 20. I was told that was the date when I became a.member. I told them that was.not correct I have been a member longer then 5 months. I was told that was not the case So with that being said they will not get my. Business anymore
Bought a car battery and a few other things for my car today at Auto Zone. Everything was easy to locate and the cashier was very polite. I recommend this auto parts store to my friends and family. Not sure if there was a restroom available.
Terrible service when it's only the women working. I asked them to look up a part all they said was "it's not going to show anything". They wouldn't even try. Need more knowledgeable workers.
Had an eng light on, dropped in to see why. The staff there is ultra helpful and nice. The guy went out and read the code and looked it up for me. They didnt have my part but he told me what it was and gave me a print out of the info, they were super busy but he took the time. I always get good help there.
Staff has always been helpful, polite and knowledgeable. It gets busy and it's usually easier to walk in for your service than to try and call in for your questions.
