The dude Dillion, a straight up rude guy. He was rude to everyone including me. And when I called him out on his bs. The dude had a problem with me too? Not only is he rude he’s super unhelpful. The WORST guy in the place. The only nice one there was the guy I assume to be “Matt”. So if you are there avoid that rude old guy Dillion and let Matt help you. He is way more helpful and nicer than that dude Dillion. He needs to be fired MINIMUM. I’d rather take that twenty minute drive all the way to Bogalusa’s Orilleys’s than this place with HORRIBLE service.
Been there a couple of times and each time your employee Dylan was so disrespectful and rude and stuck up through the whole experience each time. Definitely should be fired cause if how shitty he treats customers. Never going back on days he is there. What a HORRIBLE employee.
Dillion the assistant manager is completely rude and unprofessional. He was rude to me, my freind and my girlfriend. And when he was confronted he said “so” he needs to learn how to be a good employee. I want to recommend to go to Matt he was super helpful and always nice when I or my freinds come in I would highly recommend him. We will be speaking to the manager Monday.
Hurried to get there before 9 pm when they close drove 45 min to get there. Talk to them on the phone and all...get there with 15 min to spare and the dude was locking door and was getting in his car closed the store 20 min before closing time.... had already shut systems down and all so must have closed 30 to 45 min early..... so now have to wait til tomorrow. But bet I won't be going here. I will go to autozone or Napa anywhere but here.
Called for battery installation, they told me they did install batteries. Got there to purchase battery but they "don't/won't" install on my vehicle. Said it needs professional installation.
I went to AutoZone, battery same price and they installed it.
Apparently there are no professionals working at O'Reilly's.
There charging more for cheap parts every time I go in there there prices has gone up more but management in the bogalusa store sucks and it is getting worse ever time you see are talk to him the should put Madison that works the counter over management the young man has been there for a long time and knows all the people that buys from there and every body loves the young man because he knows his parts and his job and knows how to treat the people that pays the bills at this store he is a great person and a great employee to top it all
Worse experience ever!! As soon as I walked in the door I got an attitude from the night manager DILLION like I interrupted his day. Had alternator under warranty and he claimed oil was dripping out it’s was clean and wasn’t dripping oil. I went down the road to a different oreillys and they swapped it no problems, this guy Dillion needs to learn professionalism and how to treat customers he’s the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with his attitude was totally in expectable if that’s the way oreilly managers treat people I’ll spend my money elsewhere
I like O'Reilly but at night they put the young guys or school guys and they are learning at least put a old school or someone that knows to. Help the others but other than that they are nice
I always come in here when I need anything for any of my vehicles. My man Keith always got the right parts and right on time. He is always professional. And a all out good guy and good place to go too.
I tried to order and part but they refused because it wasn't the right part for the truck I needed it for whi h I understand because I'm making a bud buggy truck and making shifting two trucks into one but still that's much business that shouldn't stop they from selling me the part I wanted.
The two men working the night my friend and I called about a part one answered the phone a pretend to not understand me on the phone even tho I could tell he could and hung up on me. When we pulled up not 1 minute they were both stand outside infront if the doors smoking. Service was terrible
The associate was very helpful and took out time of his busy schedule to putty battery on my vehicle and even went above and beyond to find me a bolt for my battery because one was missing I give them 10 stars.
Asked employee how much oil my 2015 5.3ltr Sierra would take , " salesman said 6 quarts ", drained oil and it actually takes 8 quarts.. Employee wasn't knowledgeable and wasn't ASE certified should give zero stars
If I could take the one star away I would. The counter workers are very rude, don't feel like wanting to help you, like turn roaters he wanted me to drive 20 miles home and then come back in three hours to pick up them. I told him why no one's here so you could do them right. He finally did it. He wanted to wait for someone else do it. Lazy people
