My mom hydroplanned in my truck, so I guess state police called crown. I was at least grateful to have it towed. But the wrecker driver didn't put my truck in neutral to pull it up. So he shredded my front tires. AND he tied the chain around my bumper instead of attaching to the frame. Basically, what anyone could've done with a good truck and a chain ended up costing $200. The only reason I'm even giving 2 stars is I'm at least happy to get my truck back.

Very unprofessional , hit a deer and driver refused to tow to my home 20 miles away (At my cost) because he was tired and his other drivers were having issues if you choose to be a wrecker driver you know the job is a on call 24/7 job if you cant meet the requirements of the job your in the wrong business but im sure they will make up the extra money they would have made towing it to my home in storage fees as i work the same hours they do and can't pick it up for 2 weeks because I work out of town. Just another form of Louisiana legal robbery

This place is very unprofessional took 2 hours to arrive at the location that was only 16 miles from their office then they send a person who didn't know what they was doing then the rude person just hops in the truck and leaves a single mom with 2 kids sitting in a cold vehicle in a not so good neighborhood

They pulled my car out of a ditch filled with water at 8:30 am on Wednesday. He was there in minutes, in the pouring rain, and had my car out and draining in seconds. Once the car had sat for a while, it started just fine. If I had had to wait for hours as the ditch filled up, water could have gone in the intake and ruined my car. Thank you!
