From my experience services were great. They didn’t try to pressure me into getting things fixed. Addressed all my concerns. Fixed the problem with vehicle. Vehicle runs smooth and they offer a warranties on their work. Would recommend to anyone!

I reside literally 3 blocks behind this business. I have contacted them 3-4 times for an estimate and I'm told they will call me back with an estimate. They have yet to return my call. From the first time I walked over there until the last time I called, it's been at least a month. However, they are the closest shop to my home and the vehicle is not drivable and it's a simple fix. I simply don't have the proper tools to do myself. I'd love to know how good their work, but I can't even get a returned call for a rough estimate....

Good morning Chris. Everything was great but wish I could have fixed a couple of other things but I understand when things get antiquated or too expensive. But I was a little disappointed it's not a big thing but they forgot to put my cover over my fuse box in the front passenger side and the other cover that went over that and then my kick plate under my seat that they had taken out it wasn't attached. And unfortunately I can't bend over and try to do it so I'm going to see if I can get Bill to do it for me. But other than that yeah it's great
Not 100% sure the air is as cold as it could be but that might be all that can be done.My air was very cold but it would stop working at times.I brought the car in and immediately the compressor was replaced for $1200.Driving the car home the air started coming out not cold.I brought the car in and after keeping it for a week and not contacting me,they informed me it was working perfectly.Driving the car it continued to have the same problem,not working on and off.Then it would not work at all and the heat is always on.Brought the car back and they now have it again for almost a week without telling me anything.Car has been there for three weeks altogether and they apparently don't know what to do and I'm out $1200.

Horrible. Brought my truck too them twice. Both times they tried screwing me. First time charged me 1,200 for a 200 peice I fixed myself. Brought it in for a a problem the second time and they swear up and down there’s nothing wrong with it. Told me my rear tire is supposed to wobble. I’m no mechanic but I know that’s not right. Terrible service and terrible wait time and terrible mechanics. Also lied too me

Had a bad coil on one of my cylinders. Called Vallot Automotive and they were able to let us bring the car in that evening. They gave us a great price on replacing the other 2 that hadn’t been replaced yet so we went ahead and got them all done. I live close to Lafayette but nobody in Lafayette takes care of us like Vallot Automotive. I’ve tried other places but there’s no place I’m taking my vehicles to but Vallot’s. Amazing people and professional service!!! Can’t recommend them highly enough!
Take your vehicle to this shop! Chris and his staff are caring, knowledgeable and thorough. So easy to talk with, treat you with respect, and will work with you to get it done right. They have worked on my truck for several things and I am very happy with all of the repairs.
