Loud....Rude.....and Wrong!
The only reason I'm giving this place the one star I gave it is for the nice employee who finally got the job done. I called this location looking for windshield wiper blades. Whoever I talked to on the phone had a very nasty attitude but she did say anything specifically to or about me so I ignored it. I went into the store to buy the blades I had called about and yes she still had a nasty attitude. I don't know what her problem was but I'm sure it wasn't me being that i do not know her so again, I ignored it. I purchased my item and requested that it put on my car for me. Why did I do that??!! The guy I requested it from comes out and takes a look at my husband and start saying that my husband needs to learn how to put the item on my car and how he is going to "take my husband to school". Then he tries to get the blades onto my car and when he could not, he comes back into the store saying that the blades were cheap. He talked the blades i purchased being cheap without any regard to the fact that i bought what i could afford. If he wanted me to have more expensive blades, then he should have bought them. But I guess he couldn't being that when i asked him what brand of blades would he recommend, he did not have an answer. All he could say was was that they had to be more expensive. The young lady who i had spoke to on phone with the attitude immediately got defensive saying how she had did what we had requested her to do. I (the customer) had not said anything about the blades at all so I have no clue why she was so defensive. At this point I just wanted a refund, but then a wonderful employee stepped in and asked if he could try fitting my blades on my car. The guy who had couldnt get them on begin to tell him how they wouldn't fit but the other employee kindly insisted. As the kind employee and my husband walked out to my car, the guy who could not get them on was telling him that my husband needed to learn this and that. But instant karma because guess what, THEY FIT. Those cheap blades fit perfectly. After it was said and done, yes i did end up telling that employee that his behavior was rude and unacceptable. I never tolerate anyone trying to embarrass me or my husband or trying to trick me into buying a more expensive product.
Asked for a cabin Air filter, but was given an air filter. I wasn't asked for my phone number at check out, so there's no record of my purchase. I lost my receipt (that part is on me). They wouldn't let me exchange and pay extra for the item I need. The incorrect item I was given isn't something they stock on the sales floor either.
The person at the counter was courteous and helpful. Got me in and out of the store. Quick response to me entering the store. The visit was quick but enjoyable. 😁
Switched my business to advance cuz the guys were on point with advice and helpfulness. The competitor I usually went too werent exactly in the zone and kept giving me a different time for some leaf spring shackles I ordered and took longer than they said to come in so I switched. Two times I've been since I switched to advance and I have not regretted it
