Not from the area or LA. I called and from the moment they answered they were kind and helpful. They pointed me to the right direction for a hotel and a repair shop. Very grateful for this experience at 12:30 in the middle of the night.
On March 28th 2026, Mr. Todd Doucet showed up with his wrecker with a injured hand (NO EXCUSES), dispatched by Jonathan (very friendly and professional). Instead of towing me all the way back to Texas from Opelousas, he checked my rear end the best he could and let me know, he could save a ton of money if I would allow him to fix the issue at their shop. Jonathon showed up and took me to hotel, checked on me over the weekend to make sure I was good, and came to picked me back up Monday at checkout. Finished the work and saved my company a ton of money. I truly felt as a valued customer, not just a number. Nobody wants to be broken down, but I would use them again in a heartbeat. Honest, dependable, reliable, and Mr. Todd was funny as heck. Thanks again Doucet Towing for everything. Blessings to you all.

I was a walk in customer needing a piece of equipment unloaded from my semi trailer. With no upfront notification, they got me unloaded and out of there in less than an hour. Outstanding. I will do business here again.
Excellent service and a fair price for service. Might I add, some of the coldest tow truck drivers around. I have a gate that makes things a little difficult and the driver made it look easy!!!
I could not be more satisfied with my experience with Doucet Towing! No one ever wants their vehicle to have to be towed but it’s always easier when you have such professionals handling the job! Jonathan was fabulous, truck would not go into neutral to be loaded but he knew just what to do! I know our vehicle is in good hands heading to the dealership! I highly recommend them for any and all towing needs! Hopefully I won’t need them again anytime soon but if the need does arise, there’s no doubt who I’m calling!
VERY prompt!!! Today they picked up my son’s car first thing this morning, driving from their shop near Port Barre, to Ville Platte to pick up the car and to a Lafayette dealership. Todd and Jonathan were very helpful, courteous, and patient with my situation, and are a pleasure to work with! We call them for all of our towing needs.
