Have been dealing with Orilly’s for several years. They have always been knowledgeable about my requests for parts. If they don’t have what I need in stock it’s usually there next day. Have always been satisfied with service and quality of products.
Mrs Martha has completely changed the face of the store. No only was she helpful, she also gives you the feel of a mother that has mechanical experience. I look forward to bring my business there again.
I don't trust the people in there, they sold me 2 batteries telling me that my battery was no good that I brought in to get checked come to find out I took my batteries somewhere else after take buying the other batteries that they sold me I had a bad starter on my truck on my truck and I took the batteries back to the store that I purchased to get my old batteries back got them charged at another location come to find out they were good I didn't know that they worked off commission
Wasn't offered any help and when I asked they gave me the incorrect battery and had to return for the right one. Only then did I get actual customer service.
This location has always been willing to give advice when they can and actually had one guy help me through every step except the installation (so do everything he could possibly do) when in the process of buying a universal cold air intake kit. He wanted to make sure I was aware of certain aspects and had everything, including extra components, I needed to be able to complete the job.
Great service the worker are great they give good advice and they order a part for me i couldn't get anywhere else and they delivered it in the same day
these guys do the best they can to help you they are respectable , auto zone would keep you on hold for ten minutes then come back to the phone mad and being disrespectful who got time for that , thank you so much o’reilly .
Staff is on point. If you need a part, they will either have it or do their best to get it for you. They price match against Walmart, Autozone, and Advanced Auto.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. I drive a '96 Chevy Silverado and they have helped me on so many projects I have done.
Not good. Took 1/2 hour to find the part number, which I looked up on my cell phone when they couldn't find it themselves. Then 15 minutes to figure out don't stock the part.
So I went to their competitor 2 blocks away. Not only did they have the part in stock but the competitor's oil and filter combination was $12.00 less. And I was out of there in 5 minutes.
Just left from O'Reilly for a new battery. Won't ever be returning. They had very few customers, 5 employees but couldn't get anyone to help. A few were just standing around and when asked if they could help, we were told they were "busy". Yet no one was doing anything. Left, went to Auto Zone next. They had fewer workers and were busier and STILL had top notch,quick, friendly service! Auto Zone is definitely the place to go!!
