Not helpful at all. Came because of a code they said would go away and would be gone, came back and now they acting like it’s a bigger problem. Just don’t waste your time here

Only giving a 4 because I pre ordered my oil filter and when I got there, the filter I ordered wasn’t available at that store. The lady inside did an excellent job with assisting me. I would update to a 5 if the online inventory were more accurate. It shouldn’t be made available online for pre order if it’s out of stock. Other than that, everything was great.

I stood in line for over 10 minutes so I put items back and went to advance they had employees just standing around just talking when they should have been checking customers out faster.

They have the best employees!!! They really go out of their way to help you get in and out !!

Really great people and the helped me out of a bind. Cane out in the night and checked my battery and found the one that was dead. I really recommend this store.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes only for both clerks to go on break once I got to counter. No one greeted me or said word. Why would I spend $300 on a part here when I'm treated like dirt. On to O'Riellys I go. Thanks for nothing. There were however a few employees going above and beyond with the customers they were helping, and for that reason I rate the store 3 stars.

Worst place whenever I’ve seen. Rude staff. Manager is more rude than staff,don’t want to talk with ppl,max says few words and leaving. If you have a change go to Autoparts they are close to each other,pls go there,at least they will assist you as should be. This autozone has exactly nothing. They don’t even have tools to check “check-engine” ... The management really has to be changed.

Bought a duralast gold battery that clearly states online it comes with a two year warranty just to be told in store it only has a 90 day warranty. Never shopping autozone again.

Ordered brakes for a bmw.. uning VIN.. wrong parts (suprise) then they make be drive back up there to ORDER the correct ones.. could not order them and only make me come once to swap them.. Back to Oreilly's I go.

Service is very slow and only one staffer knows anything about cars. I waited over 35mins. for someone to help me get brakes (they have to get them from behind the register) for my car. The brakes the guy gave me were the wrong ones. Another time I waited for 20 mins. for someone to check me out. The cashier (there was only one working) was having a long conversation instead of checking out the 6 people she had in line. I ended up leaving and going to O'reilly.

Very competent & helpful staff at the Opelousas location. I was so glad the young man helped change my turning bulb. He must have saved me a hundred bucks & a half a day waiting around at a repair shop. Thank you Auto Zone!

I am very upset. I went to get my engine check on the machine at Auto Zone. I waited for someone to assist me which took almost 10 mins. A lady employee came and said someone would be with me in a few minutes but I didn't see her asks anyone to help me, 10 minutes later I'm still waiting. The same lady came to me and asked if I needed help and I told her the same thing that i needed my engine checked. By then it had just started raining so then she tells me nobody is going to go check it now it's raining. I mean are you serious!!! They have 4 employees working right now two of them been available. I am so damn mad.

So, they were helpful in they let me borrow some tools to replace my battery in the parking lot , but they didn’t give me a receipt for the battery so I didn’t think it would be a big deal to have them e-mail a receipt, WRONG !! Whoever it was I talked to was terrible at his job !!! But I did get my battery in !

I only had one problem with Auto Zone and they fixed it. With online competition like RockAuto, they try to be nice. But I find their parts too high.

Great and knowledgeable employees, if they don't have what I need, they'll have it within 1-2 days.

Stopped in with a check engine light on while passing through town. Employee was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place for your automotive needs!
