This place is awesome! Super affordable and when I went to get a new battery, they switched it right out for me. I didn't even get to finish my free coffee they provided while I waited, before they had me all setup and ready to go!
I called and asked for a quote on a battery. I was quoted $99. My daughter arrived about 10 minutes later and they put a battery in. The service was quick and installation fee was great but they charged me $179. When asked the difference, he said it had to do with the type of battery in the car. When she said I had just called and spoken with him, he said he had spoken with so many people today. If you can't remember a quote that you gave for a specific car within a few minutes, there's a problem. A dishonest one.
The service person that helped me was the BEST, he knew what I needed and in a very timely manner he installed my battery and he was very friendly and helpful

Today, I found myself needing a jump start, so I headed over to Battery Warehouse, thinking I might have to buy a new battery. Thankfully, the technician tested mine and confirmed it was in good shape. He took a few minutes to clean the posts and tighten the connectors, which I really appreciated. He was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Before I left, he even said I could come back if I ran into any issues. Great service all around!

I needed a jump start earlier. I drove it to battery warehouse thinking I'd need a new battery. The tech tested my battery found it to be good, but cleaned the post and tightened the connectors...all within five minutes ..the fellow was friendly and I appreciate the quick service.
worst place I've ever dealt with i fell robbed i just got the battery about three weeks ago paid 120 it worked well for one week so i brought a charger to charge it up put it back in the car it started the car but after that it was dead again so i call them today because Im suppose to have a 2 year warranty he tell me to bring it so i get someone to take me there Just for them to lie and tell me and say its nothing wrong with the battery with a fake test reading print out of my battery saying its was good and if its a defect in the battery its nothing they can do save your money people they are scamming people very bad business poor customer service

Yes, it was a bit more expensive, but well worth the extra time and money.
It hasn’t lost any significant voltage even after a couple of hours of electrical testing and accidentally leaving the parking lights on for a very long time.

Got a battery from them called to see was it under warranty get there to get a new one only did them to tell me they don’t sell that type of battery that I purchased from them so when I asked was it away for them to look up to see if it’s they’re was told it doesn’t matter it’s not there battery wouldn’t recommend them to nobody
This location was awesome! As soon as I arrived it started pouring rain. They checked my battery, changed it out, and I was back on the road in 8 minutes!!! Highly recommend them. My battery was reasonably priced and a great warranty!❤️
In October 2011, I purchased a rebuilt battery here. And now, almost 10 years later, it finally died. Last fall , 2020, I went here to buy a new battery for my pickup. They tested it and talked me out of buying a new battery and convinced me that I needed a new starter. They were right. They could have just sold me a new battery and gained a sale, instead, they gained a loyal customer.
Prompt, friendly service. Gene excellent Manager and pricing is competitive and fair. I go here mainly because of the customer service. They always do what they say and its a friendly laid back environment.
It is sad and pitiful that your place of employment and who you know determines the service you receive. Cash is green and spends the same. I suggest better customer service and personal soul searching. GET A BETTER ATTITUDE!!!
If you have battery needs this is your place. Have used them for a number of years for car batteries and they have built out battery-modules for datacenter power systems - very competent and capable. Usually in and out in minutes. Highly recommend.
Technicians were great. Very polite and helpful. But the person at the counter was rude. He took my payment and did not say one word. So when he handed me my receipt I said thank you, he said nothing so I said thank you again. Before he responded with a Thank you. It doesn't cost a thing to say thank you. I don't know what's going on in his life but working with the public you have to be a little more pleasant. I pray your day gets better 🙏
A very nice experience. They know exactly the battery you need when you drive up. You get out fast too. Friendly people. Great service. I don't want to post a negative remark, but you will regret if you buy from I.B off Lake Charles Hwy.

Called and spoke with Dean, he seemed very knowledgeable but not friendly, actually kind of rude on the phone, it was like I was bothering him. 😒 Though they had a cheaper price by $10, their warranty was shorter by a year,
