If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. These people are AMAZING!!!!!! They went above and beyond to help me. You don’t find many kind and helpful people nowadays. When you need roadside assistance it is never a good situation but Sherry and Spencer were so helpful they made me feel at ease. I can’t recommend them enough. If you need roadside assistance don’t hesitate to call them. Sherry and Spencer thank you from the bottom of my heart.
They passed down my street and would not get on their side of the road despite me being on my side. I had to stop and get almost in the ditch so I didn't get run over because he was in the middle. Drive better!
Excellent customer service! Sherri and her tow truck driver, Spencer, were so kind and personable, yet professional. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle to the shop safely and in a timely manner, all the while talking me down to a calm and relaxed state. I will definitely use this service in the future!
Our car got a flat on the I10, Sherry was so helpful. She sent her tow truck driver out to get us, found us a new tire and made sure we were all taken care of. I highly recommend this company.
I have to give a shout out to Ms. Sherri and the driver who helped me. Today I got stranded on I49 by sunshine John Deere, fuel pump took a crap. I called and talked to Ms. Sherri and she was very helpful and super nice. Driver got there loaded my truck up and brought it to my home in Lafayette.
I want to say my truck is my baby I take great care of it and I am a Daren about people being by it.
This driver took great care with it and got it to my house and unloaded it exactly where I asked him to. Huge thanks to them. From now on Paul’s is my go to!!!

Be aware of this company!!!!!! She charges way to much for a tow. I have heard the horror stories about this place but my lord $275 to go 2 miles and I was in a safe spot. Luckily I found a company that could do it for way cheaper. Don't let this woman's voice throw you for a loop.
Their tow truck drove past me and several other cars, throwing debris and causing a nick in my windshield. When I called the company, the woman who answered said the driver claimed the police told him to hurry—apparently justifying his reckless behavior and the debris flying through highway traffic. MY FAMILY OWN A TOWING COMPANY—SORRY, IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT.
Definitely recommend them. Got my car stuck in the ditch during the blizzard. They came out the next day and got ot out and brought my car back to me for a.very reasonable price compared to other companies I called. Other companies was trying to charge 600 for wrenching my car and delivery to me. This company was WAY cheaper!!!
My husband and I are traveling from California to Illinois. We are a military family Traveling to a new Base. Our tire blew out on the I-10. Super late at night and we called 6 places and no one answered.
I spoke with Sherri who answered immediately. She helped me through the process and was INCREDIBLY KIND.
She saved us some major heartache and frustrations as we travel to our new Base.
In the short amount of time I had with this company I have felt nothing but love and support. They are so warm and welcoming and it felt like I was calling family for help on the side of the road.

Every experience was great until I got in my car and the only two items that I left in it were gone. It was a bottle of Coach cologne and a bottle of Bath And Body Works cozy vanilla bourbon spray we’re missing. And they refused to give me my stuff back. They had my car for less than 24 hours. There was no reason for them to steal anything out of it. The driver who picked it up, even lied to my face and told me that he allowed me to take out the stuff in my glove box, but it was not in my glove box. It was in my door and he still took it. I think it’s bullshit that they’re gonna steal out of peoples vehicles. THIEVES!!!!

was Nick. I couldn't believe how he handled not only the tow, but maneuvering the truck into a most unlikely spot. Never complaining or 'giving up'. Great driver, grseat company. I highly recommend their services.BTW, absolutely no damage to the towed truck either!
Out of towner with only liability insurance on a car I’d bought 6 months ago. So tough stressful situation. I have never interacted with a towing place so accommodating, polite and helpful. Gave multiple recommendations for where to get estimates, local auto body repair shops and salvage yards.
My 21-yr old daughter was stranded on the Atchafalaya Basin Bridge due to car trouble. After contacting 5 other companies, Nick with Paul's Towing was at her location within the hour and even called me to let me know he delivered her and her car home safely. IMPRESSED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT! Only one other company was available and they wanted to charge me close to $500 for a 28 mile trip! Thanks Nick; it is much appreciated! #lifesaver
I will never use another towing service again if I can help it. Paul’s towing took the job although my insurance company could not find anyone to take it. Within 25 minutes of being notified, Nick arrived ready to get my vehicle home safely. He was extremely professional, kind and understanding of my situation. I have an extremely awkward driveway and needed my truck backed into the driveway. Nick was able to successfully maneuver the tow truck and back in the vehicle into the driveway although it was 10:45 at night. He did not go into the ditch or run into the median directly in front of the driveway. The owners wife was also amazing. This company is an honest company owned by honest people. Had the same exact thing worked on the opposite side of my truck from another company and these guys charged exactly double the cost! Talk about price gouging when you are down and out. Then to make it worse, the brake job failed 2 weeks later and they would not even help to fix it. Terrible service! Stay away, you've been warned!
Nik came out to jumpstart my diesel pusher RV. He found a wire that wasn’t connected, reconnected it and got a reluctant starter to kick on. I was impressed that he went the extra mile to make certain I got started. Highly recommend Paul’s Towing!
Nick was our driver very professional great customer service we had a tow from Lafayette to Baton Rouge it was a very comfortable trip he is definitely a people's person definitely would recommend ask for him by name you won't be disappointed
Ask for a jump start for my truck, they were according to their address about 1 mile from where I was, took them about 45 mins to get here, long story short they ripped me off with $125, totally on me for not having jumper cables and being desperately. Ask before you hire this company.
Nope Nope never again $ 275 to tow a ford F 350 18 miles picked up front of truck and took off like he stole it never dropped the drive shaft on my truck. Called to ask about it cuz now I have other problems cell phone is not receiving call at this time the very next day. ANYBODY BUT THIS COMPANY WOULD DO A BETTER JOB.
I will forever be using Paul's Towing for my roadside assistance. This was the first company after calling at least seven that not only showed customer service but was polite and willing to help. Just paid $175 for them to bring a jack so my husband could change our flat tire to a spare. Paying that much my husband who has back issues shouldn’t of been the one changing the tire. While the driver just wrote out a receipt for all the money we just paid them. That is crazy so glad I don’t live around here
Really poor experience; wouldn't recommend them even to my worst enemy. My wife was broken down at the gas pumps at a convenience store when I called them and was told by the receptionist "That'll be the next stop, probably thirty minutes". Thirty minutes later my wife gets a call from the driver 'Yeah, I'm ten minutes away but I haven't eaten yet so I'm going to lunch' - this while the station manager is threatening to have her car towed as well. Driver shows up forty minutes lafter that call, after she calls to find where he is - all this for $125? When these guys pop up first in your 'Google' search just keep surfing....
They were super nice when they came to pick up my car. The service was great! When i gave them a call, they said they would be about 30 minutes to get there, and they got there 27 minutes after i called! If i ever have another problem i will be sure to call them and i truly recommend Them if you have a problem with your car. Thank you so much Pauls Towing for the great service :)
