Brian was super quick with getting to us. Originally thought my car needed to be towed, which he quoted a very very fair price for. After arriving he realized my battery was off and was able to put a new one in for me and charged only for that. Extremely honest, professional, polite and fair man. Will recommend to everyone and will be a repeat customer if needed again. Absolutely amazing service.
I had the best experience you can possibly have when you have to have your truck towed home. It was on a Sunday they were available immediately to help me and thankfully my truck is now sitting in my driveway. I would give them 10 Stars if I could. Thank you thank you thank you
1 star for no warning. An extra star for cheaper prices. I’m upset that we got neither a warning nor towed long ago. My significant other has been sleeping over periodically and was caught eight months after the fact. They proceeded to tell me that they’re supposed to be checking every car there when they’re obviously not. I’m not gonna waste my breath or make a case for this so we’re just gonna pay it out. We have visitor parking but there’s none by my building, so he would just park right in front of it and never suffered any consequences until now. I’d like them to explain the fairness of the situation, but they can’t.
After calling around price was fair and even cheaper than some.. Brian was courteous and very knowledgeable on helping direct me, will definitely use again if needed !!!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. I was forced into using Gary towing service by a state trooper because they needed to get my truck out the ditch. And my tow service people triple A had to sit on the sidelines while GARY’s towing service pulled my vehicle out and SWINDLED me a woman out of 350$ when I had my triple A service guy standing right next to me. So at the end of him pulling my vehicle out he threw a temper tantrum because he couldn’t swindle me out of more money so he packed and filled my tow hitch lots of dirt because my triple a guy was taking me home. He also SWINDLED ME FOR PULLING ME OUT THE DITCH.
I am very angry and very displeased with these people.
He was the best tow experience I ever had, and he made it a seamless experience definitely deserves a better rating than he has on here, highly recommend Gary’s towing service to everyone I know, you won’t be disappointed
I’ll never go to any other towing company again! Always willing to help and one of their guys Brian is my favorite. Had a blow out at 2 AM and he was so funny and really got me out of bind for a good price.
I used Gary's Towing, my truck was having transmission problems, and wouldn't start up. The driver arrived in a timely manner. When I say it was raining, I mean pouring. I have him the key and he dropped it off as he said he would. Thank you sir.
I had to call Gary's, to get a tow from my home to my mechanics shop in Lafayette. The driver was well mannered and safely and got my car to the mechanic shop in a timely manner. I have already referred them to many of my friends as well as family.
Showed up when he said he would. Got the job done. Was professional & very helpful. I always use Gary’s when I need my car towed. My daughter uses them also. Great business.
I’d give zero stars if I could. The original ETA was 90 minutes, then 2-3 hours. After 3.5 hours we called a third time (after no answer two or three times), and they said it would be another three hours for arrival. We called a different company who arrived in about ten minutes. Do not recommend this company for anybody.
Was having a major issue with Gary’s towing in New Orleans and called this number for help. Fortunately the two aren’t connected. this Gary’s helped me find further contact info for my area and was super helpful- even though I wasn’t using their service!!! I think the poor reviews must be from Gary’s in new orleans because i had the exact same experience, but this Gary’s went above and beyond for someone who wouldn’t even be their customer. Make sure you check the location before writing a review.
This was the absolute customer service experience I've had ever. I called Gary's # from USAA twice and was sent to voicemail. I only assume because I called from a 678 area code. So I told my wife to call the same number and the lady answer. Very rude to start off with, saying "it don't matter you called twice, I was on the other line". I've been waiting a whole hour before even calling. USAA said they would be to me within 30 mins. This woman told me that didn't matter either and I would be waiting 3-4 Hours. She proceeded to cut me off on ever statement I made made. At the end hung up. Worst experience ever. Had to call USAA and complain and order a whole new towing company. Who ever that lady is just let her go.
My daughter was in town and was robbed of her wallet, her keys, cc , and so she needed to have her car towed to the dealership. This tow company which we now find out has horrible reviews told her they would meet her at the car in 30 minutes. An hour later they said they were on their way but they were busy. 45 minutes later no show, and so it went for 3 hours. I called and they said they were 15 minutes away, and then after 15 minutes they said 45 minutes. My daughter was stranded and they left her for hours before we called another company to grab the car. They never called back and what kind of company would do this to a young women stranded. We are calling the dealer that recommended to let them know they should not use these people.
I gave it a 1 because I had to give it a star. My husband had a vehicle issue and we called toadside assistance, they accepted the job. The tracker was keeping us updated and tgen it says the driver was close, no more tracking.
We called, they said 25 more minutes, they never came and no call. We call back, now dispatch says they will tell the driver to call. 15 minutes later he calls to say he's in Metairie and it'll be 90 minutes.
At what point did it go from the driver is close to 90 minutes. My husband was out there for 5.5 hours...YES! AND THAT'S TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
Did we use their service? HELL NO!!
But we eventually made it to our destination thanx to a friend that had a trailer.

The man I spoke to on the phone was extremely nasty and disrespectful. I asked for an ETA 5 hours after they were supposed to arrive to tow my car and he was extremley rude and screamed at me saying I can cancel it so I did. very unprofessional do not give them your business
I had a great experience overall. My car didn’t want to start for me when I finished class. I had someone come give me a boost. When I boosted my car (a Chevy Malibu) the engine was running rough & the car was giving off warnings lights saying low engine power. Instead of driving it in this condition, I called Gary’s Towing service. When he made it to me, which was quicker than we expected, he checked out my car battery. Asked me to start it up & he was gonna boost it again if it didn’t start. When I started my car, it started rough, but it was running better than it was before I called. So Mr Gary was very helpful & cool during this whole process. I appreciated his service & his help during the night in the middle of the week.
Great experience! Pick up my vehicle, dropped it off to the location I asked and great communication times and I was able to pay over the phone. He let me know when it was finished and sent me a receipt.
Brian rescued when I got a flat on ambassador. We couldn't get the lug nuts off. He came quickly and changed the tire for us. $55 well spent. Thank you Brian!
Called to have a vehicle towed and I was oncall at home. Asked him if someone needed to meet him there with the keys and a check. He got very ugly with me on the phone. I hung up and contacted a different tow truck company. Please work more on your customer service skills.
For such an unpleasant experience of having my car break and needing to get it towed, Brian made the experience pleasant. He was very kind and made me feel a lot better about the situation. I have never had better customer service
Mr. Brian was awesome! My husband had a blow out on his way to work. He couldn't get the last two lug nuts off. I called pop a lock and they can out & stripped one of the nuts. So I had to call to get it towed to the dealer. (because no one else wanted to touch it) Called Gary's Towing told him the problem. He came out to meet us and fixed the tire. Thanks Brian again!
Bryan the truck driver came to deliver a vehicle at our shop. He demanded he be let in through the shop which is not allowed due to liability in any kind of work shop. Bryan had a horrible attitude to begin with and as we did not allow him to enter the shop he threw the keys at my associate and walked away. This "Family owned business" needs to step it up with customer service. If this is the kind of service they provide they do not need to be in the business serving customers. I will leave this review up as we tried calling and talking to a manager and there was no manager around. Poor excuse of a company. Don't hire these guys even if it's your last option.
I was pleased by the entire experience. My little truck died in the middle of traffic on a Friday afternoon and I placed one call to Gary's Towing Service and within 20 minutes the driver was pulling my dead vehicle. up onto the bed of his large towing vehicle and whisked it to my mechanic's place of business. (My fuel pump had gone out.) The driver was courteous, intelligent, safety-oriented and focused. I found the fee to be reasonable ($75.00) because I have been towed before. My case was handled with care and respect. The driver had to explain to a customer who called AFTER I had contacted him that she had to wait because I was first in line. Right after he dropped off my truck, he turned around to go get her problem solved. There was no drama, no trauma. Good service at a good price.
