Waiting 5 hours with my 84 year old father for a tow. I was continually told the driver will be there soon and they will have him call me. It never happened. Now they finally stopped answering the phone. Reporting them to the LPCS. Horribly run business by people that don’t care.
Sitting here waiting told me 20 minutes call back ask me to pay up front. Told me 20 mins still waiting been over an 1 1/2. Not good. Update this company made us pay up front never came and lied and said they will give a refund. They will have your life in danger waiting on a tow truck. Only thing they will tow is your credit card. They really get no stars. The get a big X.
Called around midnight and was told that it would be about 100 minutes top be picked up. After 2 hours I called top check, and the operator told she she would contact the driver abs call me back. I called back 20 minutes later, only to be connected to the driver who said he was 50 minutes out. I wasted another hour waiting, only to not receive help and the line was not answered.
Terrible experience. The operator sounded either asleep, or on heavy sedatives. The driver was rude and short on the phone. I highly recommend staying away from this company.
DO NOT USE! Worst service ever! These people gave me a price, then when I told them I had insurance they asked not to tell the insurance how much because they charge the insurance way more. They accepted the service request, had me wait 2 hours, then quit answering the phone and cancelled! Don’t get left stranded by these people like I did!
I paid two days ahead for my car to be towed for $375.00 when it can to the day of the car was never picked up from the shop. I called and they told me they forgot and promised me that the next morning it would be towed they showed up but had a trailer instead of a tow truck so the car could be moved I’ve been calling for a refund but they have been ignoring my phone calls since I don’t recommend this place to anyone
These guys are crooks. Do not trust them. They will lie to you and make promises that they will not follow through on. Regardless of the quality of work they provide when towing your vehicle, they are absolutely untrustworthy and will squeeze as much out of you as you allow. Do not recommend to anyone and do not use. You may very well regret giving them your business, just like me.
When my ride broke down in the middle of the night, and I was stranded alone. I called Freedom Towing. They were there in no time. Got me and my vehicle off the road and back to safety before I knew it !! As well as having very affordable rates!! Thanks Freedom Towing !
