I had an amazing experience with Steven’s Towing and Recovery tonight. I was stuck with a non-running vehicle that had to be moved this evening, and after trying all day with no luck, I went to Facebook and was able to connect with Steven.. He understood my situation, worked me into his schedule, and showed up exactly when he said he would. That reliability alone meant the world to me.
The best part? His pricing was extremely fair. I fully expected to pay a last-minute premium (and would have gladly done so), but Steven didn’t take advantage of that. Instead, he gave me a very reasonable rate, especially compared to other quotes I’d gotten. That honesty and professionalism set him apart from.
And here’s the icing on the cake: when I saw his company truck colors, I had to laugh—great minds think alike! That GREEN is absolutely ELITE.

USE WALLENS TOWING. Mans is fighting for his life in these comments. A decent human being would allow a person to get their belongings no matter why the vehicle had gotten towed. Attitude adjustment is definitely needed. The owner loves to kick people even further down than they already are. If you want to have a lovely experience and possibly a better day use someone else’s company :)
Worst experience of my life. Would not allow me to get my personal belongings at all. I would leave negative stars if I could. Man in charge has the worst personality and power tripping. Needs to be fired and replaced immediately.
I would leave negative 5 stars if possible but I can't. Worst experience I've ever had. You would expect someone you've known for years to be a little considerate about your situation. They have no sympathy no matter what your situation is.
These people call the police just to get my truck when I was already trying to get my friend towing company to come and get my truck then when I went to get my stuff out of my truck they would not let me get any thing if you can avoid this place do it
