Thanks you so much to Boltons Towing tonight 1/24/25 my daughter was in an accident. Another towing company in the area wanted to charge 275.00 for a 0.9 mile tow and that’s from there shop to the scene to my house where the vehicle was gonna be dropped. 95.00 from you and the young gentlemen was above and beyond on kindness and everything 10 stars to him. It’s nice to know in our small town we still have people that care and not crooked and in bed with the local police department. Thank you again Boltons

Twice now we've had to call AAA and they sent Bolton's Towing. We had to wait several hours for them to show up just to refuse the tow. Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of our time. We live in the country so if you can't tow a vehicle from someone's house because you're afraid to back into there yard then maybe you shouldn't be driving a tow truck.

My truck broke down right before London on I 75. I found these guys, and they gave a fare price for towing, and they have a shop which is so convenient. They ordered parts and fixed the truck and got me right back on the road. I'm so happy that I met these guys. They are all professionals and definitely know what they are doing. No, bs, just straight to the point. Thank you!

Broke down in Corbin in the middle of Hwy 25 and was towed to the Ford dealer by a Bolton’s driver. He arrived quickly after the Trooper called for a tow, knew how to get my truck out of Park (as the battery was dead and wouldn’t shift) and was a genuinely nice guy. Dropped my truck at Ford, then jumped it using a high-powered jump box, then was nice enough to follow me to autozone so I could get a new battery, which cured all my woes. I highly recommend Boltons’s especially if that level of service reflects across all their drivers.

For a place that’s suppose to be open 24/7 they sure won’t let you get your car back at 3pm on a Friday. The woman that answered the phone talked to me rude and mannerless. She sounded like an elderly woman, I was nothing but nice to her.

Aaron was absolutely incredible with how helpful he was in going out of his way to get my car to the right place and going the extra mile to drop me off at a motel in town. I’m not from the area and he recommended everything from good places to stay, to where to eat. He went above and beyond what I’d ever expect and it was genuine and kind. Thanks Aaron!

Great company! I am very thankful for the driver who helped me this past Saturday as I was on my way from Georgia to Ohio and hit a pothole. Of course my tire burst in the most inconvenient location ever. No tire shop in sight for miles, and not able to get to my spare. I didn't catch my driver's name, but believe it was Aaron. I do believe he was angel sent to help me. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and understanding. They don't make many ppl like him anymore. Definitely a blessing in disguise

One of their drivers had a little road rage that I witnessed on I-75 passed the clays ferry bridge. They turned on their reverse flood lights and slammed on their brakes making a black jeep barely miss them. This guy driving needs to be fired for sure. Be careful if you use this towing company. Not sure why they were way out of their area.

Tony towed our car for us a couple of days ago and did a great job! He showed up within the time frame and was very careful with our car. Highly recommend!

We were heading on vacation in a rental car and got a flat tire on I-75. We waited almost 2 hours for our rental company to get someone, we finally had a local stop by and refer we call this local towing company. I called and they showed up in the time quoted at a decent price. The towing guy changed our tire to a donut tire, with cars flying by at 80 mph right beside him. He then advised the distance we had to drive to get to an open Enterprise to exchange vehicles is not recommended due to it being over 50 miles away, and interstate driving. He waited with us for another 30 minutes while we waited to be approved to be towed from roadside assistance. He then towed us to the only open Enterprise and hour thirty minutes away(airport), and helped us find where to go in the airport to exchange vehicles right before they closed at midnight. He was an angel in disguise. If you're ever stranded in this area call then first...they care about the safety of strangers!

I was greeted by the owners daughter with a pretty smile and a pleasant good morning. She assigned my repair to a knowledgeable mechanic who had me on the road in short order for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Boltons.

AAA member. I called for service to get my truck out of a ditch. They showed up had a second truck come out said they were unable to get my truck out and that I would have to make special arrangements and needed special equipment. They are the only provider for AAA in this area. So I called another tow company they came out and pulled it out in less than five minutes. Very unhappy with their service will never use them again! No point in being a AAA member in this area of Kentucky.

Had a flat tire on a Sunday evening 200 miles from home. Realized my new (to me) car didn't have a jack. Called Bolton's Towing and in under 30 minutes, they had me back on the road. Great customer service!

Carter is solid we broke down with our tractor trailer wheel almost fell off at 1:00 am and called them at 8:00 am. He was professional offered some solution got us fixed quick and was honest and solid person. We choose not to call other company in town due to the reviews. And glad they have a great friendly staff. Brit was great on phone got us fixed and headed back to Michigan.thank you again and Carter your SOLID.

Aaron is an Angel on wheels! My son and daughter-in-law broke down with their 7 month old baby and their dog on I-75 heading home from Tennessee. They were at their half way point and car lost power. The police were responding but were no help to get this family off the highway as the responding officer showed up only to leave immediately for a robbery call. Once again leaving them stranded on the highway. Aaron showed up, made sure they were all safe and got the car towed to Cincinnati. This momma got a speeding ticket trying to get to them to get them off the highway. My heart was running fast. Hot car with dog and baby on the highway was all I could think. Once I got the call that Aaron had secured them to a safe location and was going to take the car all the way home, I could slow down and focus. Thank you thank you thank you!!!! From the bottom of my heart! You are a blessing on earth!

Went to Boltons to fix the brakes and DEF on my Freightliner after calling another local shop and being told that they couldn’t look at it for another 2-3 days. They are very conveniently located right behind the Pilot Truck Stop. They were very honest and got me in and out as quickly as possible. They had to order parts that took a day to arrive but they were very efficient and cost a lot less than Freightliner would’ve charged me for the same service. I will definitely use them again if I come through Kentucky. The owner and his wife and brothers were awesome!

Kevin and Carter took amazing care of my motorhome and family while we waited for parts. The whole staff including the security guy made sure we knew we were with the best shop in Corbin and the surrounding cities. The amount of trucks that they helped in our 3 days here was amazing while our kids played in the motorhome. I highly recommend this shop to people needing help. Dynamax Force HD with cummins motor. They also do towing!!!

***BEWARE*** THEIR TOW DRIVER MAY STEAL FROM YOUR VEHICLE! I had Bolton’s tow service tow my truck 12-13-20 130 miles. During the tow the driver went through my truck. He stole all cash from my wallet, committed fraud on my credit card over $200 at multiple gas stations, took equipment from inside my truck, and took wireless earbuds. Total theft of $400+. The driver also attempted to break into my locked truck bed which was full of high value equipment. Bolton’s did not offer any help and denied all wrong doing. I have filed a police report with Laurel County Police and have contacted additional personnel. Their driver is a THIEF! Do not use Bolton’s if you value your belongings. Sleazy business!

GLEN WAS THE BEST TOW TRUCK DRIVER WE’VE EVER MET HE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND AND WAS JUST GREAT WE HIT A POT HOLE 430 in the morning called Triple Aaa by 530 Glen was 2 us by 6 finished by 630 even directed us on a better route to where we where going .

Yesterday we were on our way from Ohio to our grandson's wedding in Tennessee. The traffic was down to one lane a mile from the Williamsburg, Kentucky exit, and had barely moved for an hour. Our car started acting strange and all the lights came on and it died. We got it started again but had no power. We pushed it off onto the emergency berm and googled a tow truck. They told us it would be a 2-3 hour wait. Thankfully a very nice driver from Bolton's, named Chris, showed up a lot sooner than we were told. He informed us he was from the area and highly recommended a shop called Rowlands. He said they were very fair and good people. By this time it was after shop hours, but upon arrival the owner was still there. He was very kind and ordered the part needed while we phoned for a cab. He had no idea when he offered to give us a ride that we had just been told it was a two hour wait for a cab. This man was named Jim and he was a God sent angel. We needed a small act of kindness and he delivered. I can't praise his kindness enough. And thank you, Chris for an excellent referral.

The driver was extremely rude and unprofessional when we called we asked if they accepted credit cards and they said yes. Because we didn’t have cash on us. When he arrived to pick up my car 45 minutes later. After telling us they would be there in about 10 minutes. He was extremely rude and said no ones in the office I can’t accept a credit card. And told me to go to the atm to get cash. Which was fine. When I asked if he had change he said very rudely I don’t have any cash on me. You need to get correct change. Which most atms do not give smaller bills such as 5’s$ I will never use their service again. I understand everyone has a bad day. But you are already stressed out because your car is broke down. Having a tow truck company employee add to that stress is ridiculous. ?

My family was on our way home to Indiana from Tennessee when our rental car got a flat tire. Aaron was sent out to help us and towed the car and also took our family to the airport. He was fantastic and super helpful!!! If everyone at Bolton’s is like Aaron this has to be the best towing place in Kentucky! Thanks so much Aaron!!!

Car broke down on vacation on the side of I-75, they were the third-party service through AAA. Our driver, Eddie, was fantastic! He got to us, and got us to the repair shop quickly and even helped us find a spot to get food and a hotel for the night. Absolutely professional and would recommend to anyone.

I put up a good review and it went away. These people have always been fair, nice helpful and professional. Appreciate them! Glad you all work with AAA and even when I had to pay out of pocket, they were very fair to me, price wise AND patient.

My van broke down in Corbin at Baptist Health Outpatient Hospital. I called my Triple A service and they contacted one of the best towing service I have ever had. I am an old lady with little experience in vehichles. My husband normally handles this type of situation. He was out of town at this time. Bolton Towing handle my situation with kid gloves. Glen the driver was very polite and professional. He always had a smile from ear to ear. He took very good care of me and my van. Thank you Bolton Towing for taking great care of me. Glen is a great asset to your company.

My parents were in a collision and their car was taken here. The employees were very nice and even though our car couldn't be locked due to damage none of our belongings went missing, they had the car behind a locked gate. So glad that nothing went missing. I even came back on a second day to get something I had missed on the previous clean out day and on both trips there employees had good attitudes. So hard to find responsible people with good attitudes these days.

Carter did a great job repairing the DD15 but also took the time to explain what was being done and why. Great people here and it's right off I-75 at exit 29 right behind the Pilot Travel Center.
