Highly recommend this business. By far top notch service. I needed some locking lug nuts removed because I didn’t have the key for it and they were able to remove them. They will always get my business.
I went to Johnny Wheels nearby to get a valve stem replaced but their equipment couldn't handle my 38" truck tires. They referred me to Owens who got me in immediately to replace it and charged me a very reasonable price.
I will never take or buy another thing from Owen’s Auto Corbin Kentucky had a water pump put on when got the car back it was blowing oil onto the manifold I took it back service manager said they would fix it at their expense I wouldn’t have to pay to have the problem solved it was the mechanics issue. Then the owner would not do it wanted to charge me to fix their mistakes and the owner would never contact or call me at anytime my car set there for a week without a response I kept calling back and the service manager said he is in and out. I would not recommend or advise you to use them
We have used them several times for repairs. When I was stranded on the side of the road I called them and they came with a truck, loaded up my vehicle, and even dropped me off at home.A day later we were up and running again! Would recommend them!
My drive belt broke on the interstate and I had it towed to this location. They were already closed, but had a dropbox for the key. Was ready with a new belt by noon the next day. Went to drive it and the new belt came off. They took it right back in and put it back up on the rack. Turns out my belt tensioner was bad. They gave me the option of a a cheaper part, but it would be the next day or a slightly more expensive part and it fixed in a few hour. I drove off a couple hours later and haven't had an issues with it.
They were honest with me, didn't give me the run around and are a family business.
Great service, very friendly and quick turn around. Good communication and the service department person is very upfront about costs and great with questions. I've been here a few times and not had a bad experience that was controlable.
They said they would fix my ride,even called a few days later to verify timing chain to be fixed..2 weeks later they called and said they weren't comfortable with doing the repair. It was for timing chain replacement. Ok no problem I took it to another shop. I understand it's a 17 hour job and duel cam..it was explained up front to them and they said yes they could do it..then 2 weeks later decided they couldn't..you lucky to have 1 star and that's because they answered the phone.
We were directed to Owens Tire by another local tire shop after a blow out while traveling from Gatlinburg to Lake County Indiana. Owens Tire staff were all very helpful and friendly! The cost was also affordable and they had us in and out in an hour! Thank you Owens! If we weren’t 6 hours away we’d definitely be back!!!
Was not done in a timely manner. 367 for all four tires; however, had an appointment and still took 3 hours to change four tires. Will never come back.
Never coming back Not happy with price got a recap for 310 plus 130 for labor I got in there they made me wait for 40 minutes after the shop closed they started to work on my semi truck I guess to charge me overtime because to charge me 130 for tire change is too much at least some guy up front was nice but still dont recommend
Very honest. I came in for an exhaust job, they didn't have the part but they called someone who did and sent me their way instead of having me come in on monday. Even asked to make sure they took American Express for me.
