As soon as I arrived they quickly started my oil change and helped figure out everything that i needed for my car. they were very efficient and extremely nice about the entire exchange. I definitely recommend them for anything you need for your car!
It was late in the winter I've been needing jumper cables. The dept stores and the other stores in general it was almost closing. They were a life saver. They had the cheapest set that I could afford. The others stored were just way to high. I mean really high for that time if yr. Jacked up prices on blue collar workers. It minus 10 before morning.
The employee there was very helpful in finding what was wrong with my car. He came outside, checked it out, told me what was wrong and gave me a discount on the part I needed. He also let me leave my car in the lot because I couldn't drive it home. He was very polite and helpful.
Guy who was working knew nothing about cars. Which is no big deal really, but when I ask for something, I like less input on something he knew nothing about. Multiple times I asked for a 3/16 Brake line connector he kept saying I needed a 1/4 inch to fit a 3/16 brake line. I asked him over and over, finally had to ask where the brake lines was, then he showed me. I said ok, 3/16 brake line, so where is the connectors and other parts to fit this size brake line.... Finally showed me. He still insisted that I buy the 1/4 inch one also because thats the one I would end up needing. I said no thx I'll just take the 3/16 one. Well I now have brake's just by cutting the part that had a hole in it, then used the connector to connect it back together. Terrible service here, always use to like this store, but alot has changed. I order most my parts online fir 3 or 4 prices cheaper. Advance Auto and other parts stores order most the parts U buy off ebay or something they found on Google..
They are very friendly and helpful. They will install things like new wiper blades for you for free. If they think the best solution to your issue is from someone other than them they will tell you that up front instead of trying to sell you something suboptimal.
Had what we needed but like so many other places the smallest of items have tripled in price and now you have to purchase a warranty for items that used to come with a warranty from the company.
Staff was extremely helpful, they tested my battery, found me a good price on a used one, installed it for me and tested my alternator, all out in the cold. I forgot her name but it was Friday morning, 2/17/23 around 1130 am and she drives a jeep. Super awesome. Great customer service
Wasted my time going to auto zone and o’Reillys, third time is a charm- Advance auto parts had my oil and I never had to wait in line for A crazy amount of time.
Didn't have the oil or the zddp additive I needed. Walked off to help the person in line behind me and checked them out at another register. I won't be going back.
I feel as though we were taken advantage of. My aunt had bought a battery for her car. The car sat for a couple years, we went to start the vehicle and it wouldnt start nor jump so i took it there to pay for a new battery. When i took it they tried to jump it for me and put it on a machine over night. The battery had no date on it so there was no way to tell how old it was. When i went back they also couldnt get it to work. Well because we had no date on battery we had to pay full price. Im not convinced the battery wouldnt charge as the guy didnt seem to know what he was doing. I felt very taken advantage of and left there and didnt purchase another battery. I was told by Napa that they should have put a date on the battery and because of that i had to pay full price for battery. Hope this review made sense. If i were a woman and i was shopping alone..i wouldn't go there. I feel as though they took advantage of my aunt and tried to take advantage of my mom but i made her go elsewhere. Napa auto parts. They were very nice and helped us thoroughly and didnt make me feel stupid.
Great staff. They have great knowledge of parts and equipment, and a great sense of humor that makes you feel welcome and not stupid because you don't know what part is messed up on your car or if you don't know a gas cap from a torque converter. They offer great warranty on their parts as well.
