7 hours to get loaded for a flatbed! Guy at the office said there are two truck ahead of you, in reality more than ten got loaded and unloaded before they started working on me and I feel bad for another flatbed that is behind me or guy was waiting same time in daycab. Good job Hendrickson ? ? ?
Showed up around 530pm and the check in number on the sign worked for me. Loaded at bldg 1, they work FCFS, and there were 3 other trucks here in the dock so i was in the dock for a little over an hour before they started loading me but after they started it was less than 30 minutes until green light. Overall was here less than 2 hours. Easy place to get to as well and there's some good grass area if you need to walk the dog.
Don’t bother calling the number on the sign on building 1 nobody answers just drive down in and check in at shipping more than likely you’ll have to load/unload at building 2
Friendly staff but very long waiting on building 2 they only have 2 docks available and you have to wait your turn
If you get sent to building 2 get into any available dock if there is an empty space don't wait
Then look for a forklift driver to give them your paper work there is no office at building 2
Beside the waiting time it's easy going in and out
Shipping/Receiving is open from 7am to 10pm, That's what the guy in office said. The plant is open 24 hours
There is overnight parking in front of the building, unless it's all blocked by empty trailers/containers.

This place has changed. Not near as cluttered and tense. Shipping and receiving actually seem to be real people. Quick load out. Hope it wasn't a one in a lifetime deal.
Friendly staff but long wait time. It’s a busy location don’t be surprised if they send u to other building after waiting for couple of hours. They should atleast provide proper restrooms for drivers since the waiting is long.Their shipping hours r from 7:00 am to 10 pm. No overnight parking
Arrived at 7:30pm. The guy in the shipping office at building 1 was really nice. He told me exactly what to do and where to go. Backed into dock at 8:42pm and was done at 9:00pm. The guy that was talking scrap out stopped and talked to me and was also very nice and friendly. So I would say I had a good experience there.
You register in one building, you are sent to another building. There you wait in line for loading, after that you are sent to the first building, you wait for another line and they still load there. Approximate time is 5-6 hours if there are not many trucks. Loss of your time. worst company.
All given reviews r correct.it depends how early u come . fcfs.mine took 3 1/2 hr. They load half trailer here and send me next door building for more load. Same thing there lineup ….fcfs

Delivered here at 10:30pm and was put into a dock right away. I did call twice before someone answered. Unloaded a full trailer of drums in 20 minutes. Overnight parking is allowed. Follow the sign that says overflow truck parking. Don’t be pigs and make a mess.
Building 2 is in front makes no sense have to drive past Building 2 to get to Building 1 for shipping and receiving so beware of that other than that it was pretty fast getting loaded
This place is a FCFS facility so if you get here early it isn't a problem. Today I arrived with at least 5 trucks already waiting so I know I will be late for my next pickup.
Once you read the reviews and set your expectations low you'll be fine. My experience was like this. Once you get there follow the one way road to the right and call the number on the sign. They will open the gate and get in line. I arrived at 9 am and there were 2 trucks ahead of me and one in the dock. They will tell you you can back in any open docks 3 to 7. There was only one open for trucks when I arrived but after 1 hour they opened 2 more. I waited about 2 hours before one was available and then about 1.15 hours to get loaded. I had a load of trailer axles and that takes time because sometime will get them from outside the factory with the fork lift. Left about 12.15 pm and when i left thare were 2 docks empty so i guess it depends on how many trucks they have for the day. All in all not the most terrible experience i had but be prepared to wait if they are busy.
When I read the reviews, I thought to call the dispatcher and cancel this cargo. But then I decided to pray and ask Jesus Christ to guide me and help me load quickly. I drove up to Building 1 to check in, all the doors were occupied and there were three trucks in line. At the office, I was told to load in Building 2. Arriving at Building 2, one door was free. They immediately gave me the door and started loading it. It took more than two hours. While I was being loaded, there was a queue of three trucks at my door.

Arrived, 1237. First attempt to call the office 1239. No answer. Maybe they're out to lunch. 1322 left message. 1344, 1403, finally at 1415 someone finally answered. Told me to just pull up behind the truck in front of me, there weren't any doors available. There were no other trucks in front of me because nobody else seemed to read the sign, they just drove on back. 1654, they finally called, told me to check in at that shipping office. Got back there, and there are 2 doors open. Shipping office tells me that my load is gonna load over at plant 2, and there should be a door opening for me at plant 2 soon. Go over to plant 2. No doors open. Wait for a door to open up. Take my paperwork to the forklift driver. Yup, back into that open door, I'll get you as soon as I'm done with the other truck. He got done with the other truck, and that's when he realized he needed 4 axles brought over from plant 1. But I was just at plant 1, why didn't they load them when I was over there? So it's now 1839. And I'm waiting for their shuttle truck to bring me axles from the plant I sat at for 4 hours. But don't be late for delivery, right?
Pulled up...called in went straight to a door ...within minutes of checking in at shipping was getting loaded...guess depends on whether loading or unloading and what product one is picking up and if all product ready to ship
Very fast unload. All trucks we checked in together were out within first hour. Long driveway to park overnight. Make sure you read the board and call the number before proceeding to the back.
Bit tight to get into docks, worse if truck next to you, not too bad if only a dropped trailer. Got here pretty early, called number and got sent to door. Had to wait a few for another truck to get in door, but not bad. Shipping/Receiving guy friendly enough. Sign in book. Take note of below picture. You have to do this once you come in.
One star only because I have to. Takes 3-4 hours to unload a flat that only took 30 minutes or less to load. Nice people but slower than anyone I’ve delivered to this year. BTW I missed my reload an I will go after detention at 75 an hour.
There is so many bad reviews about this company, but here is my experience....
Appointment was from 8am-10am
Got here 8 hours earlier, plan was to park close to facility, make a 10h sleep, but it seems like they are opened 24/7, so i check in, they gave me a door, i was out 35 min later( i had a 11 skids BTW)...it was really easy, smooth....but again I repeat, it was my experience first time here.....
