I used Flips Recovery and Towing for a long-distance haul of my luxury vehicle from KY to VA (600 miles) - and they were fantastic! Marion was a real pleasure to work with - he provided great communication throughout the process, was incredibly patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions) and gave me regular and frequent updates throughout the trip so I knew where he was at all times and when he was planning to deliver my vehicle. Marion provided door-to-door delivery. In addition, when he picked up the vehicle, he conducted a thorough inspection and even looked into a few things on the vehicle as a favor to me. I would highly recommend Flips Recovery and Towing for any long distance hauling needs (anywhere across the country) and I plan to use them again in the future.
Today my husband and I broke a drive shaft on our 69 Mustang. We were 3 hours from home. These guys answered our call, picked our car up immediately with a flatbed. They were very careful and stored our car until we returned with a truck to bring it home. The owner even helped my husband load it onto our trailer. Thanks for great service!!
They done a great job getting my car back home they was quick to get to me after I called and they was very professional, polite and even reassured me that my car would be easy to fix. thank you to the two young guys that helped me out today!! ?
16yr old son snapped an axel today learning how to drive his 5 speed. Husband's a mechanic thankfully but we didn't have a way to tow it home. Someone on FB recommended Flips and I called them right away. I can't thank Flips enough for coming to the rescue! In about 20 mins there was a guy there to pick up my son's car and bring it home. Thanks again Flips if we ever need towed again they'll be the first ones I call.
This isn't a service or anything they done for me but I remember a time when I was homeless and sleeping in a parking lot across the street from this tow company. A couple of the guys that worked here stopped beside my car when I was sitting there late at night and checked to see if I was okay. I definitely remember them. Just some good ol' boys! It might have been something so small as someone checking to see if I was alright but it made an impact on me when I was at my absolute worst. ?
Be very careful they put over 100 miles on my vehicle put dents and Dean scratches on the back bumper and still charge me for a
tow bill when it was 41 mile from my home and they never hauld it they drove it after they got through running around they was seen in Walmart and hour after getting my car and was still driving g my car
Hooked it to the wrecker while I was in it that's illegal
The two young fellas that coming told my van for me and my wife were absolutely awesome I'm in a wheelchair and they help put me in the truck took my wheelchair back and put it back in my van I couldn't have asked for a better better service thanks flips for taking so well care of us Price was awesome The service was awesome and I for one really appreciate the service that we did get when everyone else was too busy flips made time to take care of me and my wife thanks again guys you are awesome!!!

The 1st time I needed his service was about 6 yrs ago. My alternator went out in my car and I wasn’t at home. Flip sent someone to come and tow my car. I have locked my eyes in my car a few times and he sent someone to the rescue even at night. I have since called for other vehicle needs. Recommend 10/10
