Had these guy stack a trailer for us at framklin ky . Could have got it done cheaper but nit as professionally as they did it . Great hob easy to work with
I would negative stars if capable. Upon waiting for the towing to arrive I was able to get my vehicle out of the stuck predicament I was in. Once out I was told I was going to be charged full price for them doing absolutely nothing but arriving on scene. They argued to the point where I had to call police due to their threats of impounding my vehicle for a service they never rendered! Once police were contacted they lied stating their driver moved the truck in attempts to collect the entire $800 they wanted for the service! After realizing I wasn’t paying they brought it down to $300 which I paid just to get them out of my face! This company is dishonest disingenuous and most than anything liars! Beware of using them!
Shout out from tug it trucking. Really nice down-to-earth people not out to rip you off. They do a really good service. They treat you like they're one of your brothers. Polite. Little snafu getting to the place but just a fair warning. Anybody that that goes to this place. Always use the second drive especially in the winter because it's a hill to get in there do not go down that first road to get to it. Go to the second road. Great shot into the drive but always have the dispatcher connect you to the place so you can talk to them to make sure the driveway is not icy. It was icy for the last 3 weeks and they haven't been able to get many trucks up that hill without getting stuck. So always talk to somebody on site before you go up there that place. Other than that, they're very close to the London truck stop and they're happy to come down there. Change the tire Kentucky down this way. Doesn't ever get this much snow and ice they haven't for a while so always a good idea in the winter ti
me when it's this bad historically speaking. Check with them first. Decent prices. Reasonable they're not out to get over on anybody. They're just trying to run a business. It's like everybody else. I would recommend these guys any day of the week over Love's TA pilot and the boss shop thanks y'all. God bless
Fast and Friendly!! Blew a tire and gave them a call. Was rolling again in about an hour. Very happy with the service. Definitely recommend these guys.
Payton was truly the best person we have ever met, a real angel. He went above and beyond in every possible way and honestly deserves a raise and more, the moon and the stars. He stayed calm, kind, and incredibly professional during the entire ordeal, even when we were lost in the mountains coming from Chicago and I was an absolute emotional mess. At no point did he make us feel rushed, judged, or stressed. Instead, he reassured us, kept things organized, and made sure we felt safe and taken care of.
His patience, communication, and positive attitude completely changed what could have been a nightmare experience into something manageable and even comforting. You can tell he truly cares about people and takes pride in his work. That kind of energy is rare, and it makes all the difference when you’re in a high-stress situation.
If I were ever in this situation again, I would recommend this company ten times over, without hesitation, especially because of Payton. He is the kind of employee every company dreams of having and the kind of person you’re grateful to meet when things feel overwhelming.
He got up out of bed, came and got me pretty quickly, and got the truck running once we got to the terminal. 10 out of 10 service, would definitely recommend
Brought in a trailer with bent landing gear, hoping for a straightforward experience. Instead, I got a surprise phone call 30 minutes later — not to approve any work, but to let me know I apparently owed $212 in labor… for repairs nobody ever got approval to start.
I guess asking the customer before charging them is optional here? Good to know for next time — if there is a next time.

Unexpectedly ball joint busted so there my jeep was in the middle of the road. Josh was there within 5 minutes of me calling. Prices were very reasonable. He was extremely helpful and definitely a lifesaver today. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Broke down while traveling out of state and they gave us a ride to a motel to stay at then towed my car back home. Very good experience overall. Driver was really nice and went above and beyond.
Very good service. Towed my truck and trailer to a nearby truck stop. Made sure the road was safe for me to exit my truck. Got me unhooked quickly. Hopefully I never need to call them again lol but if you have a breakdown they are a good towing/recovery company. Would 100% call them if I had an issue in the area again
I couldn't recommend Candido's more! Our driver came out and pulled our truck and trailer out of a ditch in the pouring rain when all the other towing companies I called said they wouldn't. Our driver stayed out there for hours with us in the rain and had a great attitude the entire time. I couldn't be more grateful for their services!!
Called during a breakdown common cumins problem. Was able to get the part fast and they sent out Kyle and in no time at all I was back on the Road. Thanks again for quality service Candido's
Amazing company. And an amazing tow driver by the name of DUSTIN. He pulled my car out of the ditch on a rainy morning. My car might’ve been totaled but meeting an amazing human being like him makes life worth living.

CJ saved us from a most horrible day of RVing. The perfect storm led to us getting our Class A RV stuck in the mud. We were SO happy to see him pull up in that GIANT truck. It had all the right stuff and in no time he got us out of the mud. He was efficient, caring and even got our stairs to work properly. He stuck around to make sure we ended up in a safe spot in the park. Thanks a milllion!
Super shady business practices. I placed the road service call at 9:55am. The service was completed at 11:30am. They sent me an invoice charging me for 3 hours of labor plus the road service call, a total of 4 hours when it hadn’t even been 2. I was quoted $661 when they called to tell me what the issue was with the truck and I agreed to it. Then they sent me an invoice for $790. When I called to ask why I was being charged for 3 hours of labor they said they had a 2 hour minimum which I said was fine but it hadn’t even been the 2 hours yet. And then they went on to say that the road service charge was port to port. Which no one mentioned earlier. Then they threatened to legally impound my truck if I didn’t pay, I wasn’t refusing to pay, I was inquiring as to why they were charging me for 3 hours of labor when it hadn’t even been 2 hours yet. Then the girl said she had spoken with the owner and they could knock it down to 2.5. Again, makes no sense. Even on the bottom of the invoice on the signature line it was signed at 10:49. So yeah, beware of super shady business practices. And very snarky phone staff…

My Corvette broke down on me and not many places can haul a Corvette due to them being super low and not having any hook points. This wasn’t a problem for Candito’s, they were on the scene in 20 minutes and had me loaded up in about 15 minutes after arrival without damaging the car! Driver was very friendly and professional. It was a very smooth and quick process in a frustrating to me situation. Unloading went very smooth as well, and the price for the service provided was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!
I was rescued at Pilot in Walton KY. This guy was a tall, bearded-beast! Beast!….because this kat knew his ISH! Foolish of me to not ask his name, Great conversations the entire drive. He was cautious, careful, and very professional. I don’t want to break down again but I pray I get to see him again. Love that tow truck! KoolKat! Endless Kudos!
When I was stuck in the mud and someone tried to save my car and then they got stuck candidos saved the day and got both vehicles recovered. Really good and honest prices too. I was really not expecting to get out that day but they really did the impossible with great efficiency.
