I was referred here from a nearby shop. I’m local. I called and spoke to a gentleman to discuss the referral and what I needed done. The gentleman was nice and asked me to come in. He let me know upfront that it would take time to get the parts. I took it upon myself to get the parts in hand and then went in to the shop. I walked inside and spoke to a lady and explained my conversation with the gentleman and let her know that I got the parts already. She said she was unsure if they could replace those parts so I showed her a picture of them. She said they could “try” to do it and would take a look next week. It was Monday. Next week could had been anywhere from 7 days away to 13 days away. I seen another review earlier and I agree that this location just doesn’t want to work. Commercial truck repair shops are not plentiful In Somerset. I took the truck to London where there’s a lot of shops and everyone is nicer and more eager to work and help out their neighbor.

These people do not want to work. Culture of laziness.

Will not buy any equipment from these people again.

These people are horrible, they lie and they are highly unprofessional. I would never bring a truck here. Do NOT do business with this company. They will give you the runaround and then LIE about it.

Great place, they are a little short staffed on mechanics but that’s not really their fault.

We've bought 3 trucks there and have had issues with each the last was freightliner when it began having problems literally days after it was purchased we were told they don't work on freightliner it's strange to sell a model your company can't work on.

Good Service, but there is a thief at this location I do not know if it was management or mechanics. Or who knew what, I just don’t know. I do know that I had just a little under a 1/2 a tank when I got there and almost an 1/8 when I left. Glad I left nothing of value in the truck for the 17 hours I was at my hotel.

My salesman Jeff Taylor not only gave me a great deal on my kenworth, but even after I had a problem month's later he greatly helped me out with the fight on a warranty issue. I'm giving a 5 star rating for the simple fact that it's truly hard to find trustworthy and honorable business these day's. Jeff and this company has proved to me that good ol country boy's with honor are still out here. They have a life time customer. Thanks again. I will recommend you to everyone I know!!!

People seemed really friendly at first and offered me a ride to my hotel. I returned to my truck to gather my belongings 3 days later and my Ray Bans that I use when I'm driving were gone. Goes to show you really can't judge a book by its cover! Not even about how much these sunglasses cost, but more so that they were a sentimental gift to me. It's a wonder they didn't help their selves to my microwave, and cb radio as well. I was on a super tight schedule, so I didn't have time to come in and talk to them about it. We all know how much good that would've done anyways. So yeah, thieves work here don't leave your sentimental belongings in your truck. I should've know better anyways.

I had problems with what I thought was my def sensor but Dana quickly ran a diagnostic and it was an easy fix. Dana was pleasant, friendly and professional. Thank you for helping me.

1 month ago I took a bus to them to get them to see what parts would be needed to fix a couple small issues. They said they would contact the bus manufacturer and get back with me. 1 month has went by and I have never received a call. I use to take company vehicles there for inspection , and was fire chief, for a local department and use to take trucks there for service, figured they would take care of me. Instead I got a brush off, service Mgr just walked off and never came back. Just a total waste of my time. I am in the customer service business, and this place needs some lessons on taking care of customers. I won’t return nor will I recommend this establishment.

First was told would get rite in when I get to shop got towed in was told they’re booked up it would be first thing in the morning I was here for a week for something that was under warranty from Volvo if your one of their good ol boys they get you rite and will stay late to get you fixed they do the bare minimum daily if you value your time and want a quality repair I suggest you don’t waste your time on this place piss poor service piss poor attitudes from the staff

Friendly and helpful folks. Last week I needed a grease cap for a trailer but wasn't gonna make it there by closing time so the fella left it at the gate for me. I woulda lost a day of work over that being as I woulda had to wait for another parts store to open to get one the next morning and that woulda put me behind schedule. Whomever you are thank you

Blew a coolant line while hauling a live load thru TN. My employer had truck and trailer towed all the way to Somerset. They knew of the situation when the tow began. Yet were not prepared to fix it when we arrived. There was a lot of talking going on and not too much working. Majority of the staff were rude. Especially the manager! Who didn't introduce himself by name but I believe it was David. Between the 100 mile tow trip, the ridiculous wait at World Wide, and the fact that World Wide didn't replace proper amount of coolant, what should have been an easy fix turned into a 12 hour nightmare! The two stars are for the 2 guys that were actually cordial, polite and helpful.

Trying to get my business by lying. Told me any time after 10am "today or tomorrow"... tomorrow is now today and the guy tells me he can't get to me today. Called a few hours ago to confirm it was still ok. Don't know how they got so booked up in the 3 hours it took me to get here but to any real driver on the move probably shouldn't waste thier time with this place.

Work quickly and efficiently. It took more time to pay them then what it did to make the repairs.

Best group of individuals I've ever done business with!

The fix an electrical wire malfunction. The staff was very friendly and very helpful . They fix my truck in no time. They were quick and professional. It's hard to find places where they know what they are doing. But this place is 100% plus.

Never able to get a person on the phone to the parts counter. Sorry, I'll take my business elsewhere. I don't have time to waste a day calling multiple times to order parts and driving in just to order a part is ridiculous. I actually had to call the part manufacturer and talk to their sales manager. In less than 5 minutes after I ended my call with them, Jordan from Worldwide calls me, says they can order the parts, but it would take 2 weeks AND they will not arrange drop ship. Really inconvenient.

Bought a new truck from this Volvo stop. Can't ever get in for repair. When they did get me in for an exhaust leak they kept my truck over a month and still didn't fix it. Been breathing FEF and exaust for over 2 years. Took truck back to Volvo in Columbus who charged me 500$ to not fix the leak ! Have been plagued with engine warning lights! This list goes on and on! Volvo should be ashamed to even have Worldwide Equipment work on their truck.. They are more qualified for Briggs and Stratton! Or maybe not.

Fast service

Stopped to get a airbag on trailer fixed. They didn't have a bag but located one across town. It has been almost three hours and they still haven't even went to get the bag yet. Highly suggest anyone to go anywhere except here.
