After today’s snowfall, I skidded on slushy ice while exiting I-275 west at the north Dixie highway ramp in Crestview Hills. Sliding out of control, I ended up trapped on the embankment between the guardrails of both roads, 200 feet past the roadway. AAA towing responded but were not able to tow me out since their tow line was not long enough. Airport towing responded and were successful not only towing my car out of the position in which it was wedged, but they did it with precision and skillful experience resulting in no damage to my car. They were professional, reassuring and helped get me safely back on the road. I would highly recommend Airport Towing and the great crew that works for them!

I love air port towing the came and had to change my tire at 9:30 in the crazy fox saloon when a guy at the bar stabbed my driver front tire after I rejected him and air port towing came so fast to fix my problem they did a great job and cheap as well and the driver was looking fine I would take him to town in that tow tuck?
If you are able completely, ignore this place. Screaming at an older lady, just trying to get her car back and not understanding why they are trying to charge her two service fees and then lying saying they never got the first one. They are scammers and disgusting human beings. Honestly, this place should be shut down and the owner should all be in prison for how disgusting and inhumane they are. They are nasty people who have nothing better to do but to scam hard-working people.
Racist company. Said I was the only black guy here. Also said he couldn’t knock on truck to warn you but I seen him warning other drivers to leave. He left the white drivers alone. I hate to make it a race issue but its clear and obvious especially after what he said.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, my husband was in a wreck and they will not let us come see the vehicle. We had to get the police involved to just what we need to show to see the vehicle. The man we spoke to was super rude, and just didn’t want to talk to us. Also our price went from 315 to 800 in a day… this place is a scam
Tow driver was very nice and extremely helpful. I broke down on I-75 southbound in norther Kentucky. Driver successfully loaded my car to his tow truck and transported me and my car to repair shop. I would absolutely call Airport towing again if I had a need for their services in the future.
Complete scam. They came and picked up our truck when we stopped to get gas. 2 drivers were sitting inside yet still the guy demanded $400 for the release. The are running there scam near amazon wearhouse on speedway gas station.
We called on march 17 to tow out our vehicle which was stuck in the grass. They told us to wait 20 minutes and we ended up waiting 50 minutes they even did not apologize for this. They charged me 600$ even the price they told us was only 249$ BEWARE they will add fees as soon as they will start putting your car back
Last Sunday 3/10/25 We were barely out of Cincinnati when we blew out a tire. Jon was called and there very timely! He took care of our situation and gave great advice on when, where, and how to get a new tire since it was Sunday. I highly recommend this service, especially Jon!!
John was awesome and professional. Got there quick and was super helpful. I was stuck in the emergency lane on the fast side of the interstate. He made sure I got into the tow truck safely and loaded the car with no trouble.
It is a total scam. They have been targeting truck drivers for a long time. A senseless tow truck driver comes and locks the trucks while driver is sleeping. They do this overnight while all drivers are tired and asleep and then ask for 400 dollars to release them. It is not fair at all.
This company is a complete scam! They came without the property owner's permission, lifted the back of my truck, and woke me up at 6 AM demanding $400 via Zelle or cash. No official receipt, no legitimate process—completely unauthorized and illegal! Who knows how many people $400 they've done this to and how much money they've extorted? It's shocking that in the middle of America, no one is stopping this company from exploiting people. Avoid them at all costs and report them immediately!
it was pricey, but worth it w/ the amount of care towards the vehicle and the fast service. i was freaked out due to the whole ordeal, but john gave easy-to-follow directions to help him tow the car out of its position without harming it. cost less than the repairs would’ve been if i had attempted to get the vehicle out myself, and the people doing the job are standup folks. ?
Terrible! My husband got into a wreck, police called for towing and not even 24 hours they’re charging $615 to get out ! It’s definitely a scam. Charge such a high price just to try to keep the car.
Please please no service avoid if you can. I was at Speedway gas station and I was in my truck, they come and ask me to pay $400 just because I parked at the gas station.And I called police and police told me pay and go. Please if someone knows media I can speak to them about this issue.please let me know. As public we have go after them guys.
There driver picked up a box truck with a person inside the truck. The driver was at the truck stop for less then 1 hour. Predatory towing at its finest.$400 to pick up a truck and risk hurting someone he refused to put it down until paid. FYI you damaged the truck.
Has got to be one of the worst towing company’s out there. Done significant damage to my truck while in tow and now have found out they took some parts (caps) with them after dropping truck at truck center, costing even more $ having to replace parts that were taken. For a simple tow I am now spending upwards of 5k in parts and labor due to their negligence on top of what it was being towed for in the first place. When addressed about the damage we were told “I don’t know what happened” I asked if he thought that was a professional response to my asking how this was going to get taken care of. He pause and says not sure what you want me to say. Unbelievable!! ? DO NOT CALL THEM!!!!

Paid due balance at 2:45PM and was told the vehicle was going to be delivered by 4:00PM. They were 20-30 min late and still charged us the full amount. We had called for an update at 4:10 and they said they were on the way. Called again at 4:25 and said they were just now loading it. THEN WHY TELL US 4:00! They didn’t give us a reason, they didn’t give us a call to let us know, and they didn’t bother to apologize for mistake. I’ve now waisted majority of my time sitting and waiting on a business, that’s 5 minutes away, to deliver a vehicle promised by 4:00.
If I could go lower I would! I was involved in a wreck and tried paying them out of my pocket to go five miles. I was told after I told them I had full coverage that the owner wanted $320 dollars to go five miles next to there. Shop I told them that I didn’t have that Brandon the driver came over to tell me and the officer that that owner/ dispatch wanted $235 dollars the officer looked at me and told me and him that was unfair offer that he would put them at top of the list if they get an impound. The whole time Brandon keeps telling me that they have a body shop that they could fix my car and that the insurance company would give me $320 dollars back. I would avoid them at all cost they are terrible company I would avoid by all cost!
my husband crashed on the highway and flipped his car. they towed for ONE mile and tried to charge over $400 for one mile. when shown the Erlanger tow rates and a few simple questions about the charges, they got defensive and highly unprofessional. after the car was towed to their yard a wallet went missing from the scene or car. the cards in the wallet are now being used as stolen cards. we called the office and they laughed at us and told us they had no idea. this is a very unprofessional place that scams people from their hard earned money. this place needs shut down and run out of business. the way customers are treated is disgusting. do not recommend ever dealing with this company.

Driver had late pick up. Delayed paking at the same warehouses for a night at 6;30 am tow truck bump the truck asking $400 drop fee.
Avoid at all costs, big scam. Had issue 2 times with them. They will charge you crazy amount of money hoping that you can’t pay so they can keep the truck. Seems like local law enforcement doesn’t really care about this scam, even though a lot of people been ripped off. I will report them to Better Business Bureau, if anyone wants to join feel free to contact me.

The reviews that are here are real, these guys are real thieves, avoid hiring this pseudo towing company at all costs. If I could put less than 5 stars, it is what it deserves and even less.

I was inside of my semi truck, the tow driver blocked me and hook the bobtail. When I came out, I asked that I want to leave, and he told me to pay 425$. Called sheriff department, the sherif came and told there is nothing he can do. I guess it’s normal to tow trucks if there are people inside in KY And police gets the money from them, the same racketeering, just legal. Shame on this company and shame on law enforcement of city of Hebron, KY. Hope karma will come back to you ?
