My car was broken down near the airport. I called Smith's my call answered on first ring. Our driver had my car on the truck and delivered within 45 minutes. I wish I could remember his name as he was professional, prompt and great at his job. Highly recommend for your towing needs.
I had to get my car towed for repair when it wouldn’t start. I was out of town at the time and it took less than 5 minutes on the phone with Wayne to get this accomplished. I was sent a link via text message to pay- so convenient! Friendly, fast service.
Was merging on to traffic on 275 west and truck #24 decided running us up into the emergency lane so we couldn't merge would be a great idea. Might be good towing company but might want to vet their drivers better!

We have a vehicle that we found out was filled with water instead of gas. After 8 days of trying to fix the broken down car, the mystery was solved. After having my car in the shop twice recently it died again. The driver, CJ, was there quickly and jumped the battery. He then followed me to the nearest auto parts store to get a new battery, stayed past the end of his shift to make sure all issues with the old battery were corrected and new one was installed. My Audi RS7 had the right rear tire blowout on I 75. I managed to pull off. I called discount tire they recommended Smith’s towing. I called them and the driver showed up in 15 minutes. His name was Brandon very well qualified did a great job and got me to the tire store.
My car broke down on the side of the highway, and CJ was very professional and timely. He was very personable and nice, making an annoying/ scary situation a little bit better. Also very affordable, only costing $100. Definitely recommend!
My mom wrecked her car this past weekend. Smith towing towed the car as she was being sent to UC in an ambulance. Now they won’t even let her get her personal items out of the vehicle (it was totaled) unless she pays $280. She doesn’t want the vehicle just her personal items. I would understand if the car was impounded due to something illegal but because it was in a wreck and holiday weekend. Do not recommend them for anything. Highway robbery of personal items from an elderly lady ???

Ryan was amazing the professional service I got was second to none !!!!!! Joe handled everything for me made the calls while I relaxed.
