I was on a rode trip from Nashville, TN to Detriot, MI. Started getting sporadic cooling issues so I stopped at the nearest part store to me, which just so happened to be in Erlanger. Brandon, the absolute legend, went above and beyond. He was checking the tip top shelfs in the very back to find the thermostat I needed, the 2003 factory Honda one was sticking closed under light load . He went above and beyond and even found a brass brush I could use to clean up the housing. I changed it out in the parking, cleaned up my mess and returned everything, that wasn't mine. Then the manager on duty said I wasn't allowed to wash my hands there, Brandon and Paten know who.
10/10 would break down there again!
Update (2025): Needed a battery for a different vehicle, and Peyton was very helpful. She was able to get me exactly what I needed, and even installed it for me. Thank you again!
Original (2023): Came in looking for a battery and the kind lady at the counter was very helpful. They ended up not having what I was looking for, and she gave me what I needed to search for the right replacement. I may not have bought a battery today, but I will buy all the auto parts I can from there for as long as I live in the area.
Matt was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. My family and I were traveling from Georgia to Ohio. Our alternator died on us and left us stranded on the side of the road. A different o'reilly's sold me the wrong alternator, said they were all the same for our car. We did not know it was the wrong one until 9:45 at night while we're trying to switch it out. I called and spoke with Matt, I explained what happened to our car, that we were stranded and really needed the right alternator. We were 20mins away from his store. He said, I got you and stayed open until we got there. He got us the right alternator, which was half the price of the first one we were sold. Because Matt was an amazing person and stayed open an extra 20mins we were able to install the correct alternator and get back on the road. I can not thank you enough Matt for the excellent service.
Great place! The guys are super helpful! Reasonable prices. Friendly, knowledgeable, and if they can't help, or don't have something they will point you in the right direction or get it ordered for you. Highly recommended!!!!!
Tried to return something today they didnt ask me how I wanted my return just put it back on an old debit card to an account i no longer possess and said there was nothing they could do, I'm pissed about it honestly. Won't be back here.
Can't get a person on the phone by far the rudest and worst place I've ever done business with you would have better luck going absolutely anywhere else then here. I would give absolutely zero stars
Don’t trust the website or the employees to be accurate about what’s in stock. Looked to see if they had a ratchet end wrench, website says they do so I go up there and can’t find any so I ask someone and they say they don’t exist. Sorry bud just because I’m a girl doesn’t mean I don’t know what I’m talking about, I grew up in a family of mechanics, my boyfriend and I work on our own vehicles and I know for a fact that ratchet end wrenches do exist. Went down the road to Autozone and got a ratchet end wrench and went back to working on the Jeep.
I work nights so when I have car trouble I appreciate that O’Reillys opens up at 7am. The staff are always pleasant and helpful, but one individual stands out amongst them all, the manager Drew. He is consistently extremely helpful, honest and polite. He always spends time explaining and listening and because of that I will always go out of my way to shop here. Thank you for great customer service
Helped me and my grandpa with everything we needed. Gave us a hell of a deal on some opened salt. Plus when I called them today they didn't have what I needed but helped me find it somewhere else.
Looking for an obscure automotive part, and my online search led me to this store. I get there and they couldn't find it, even though their system said it was in stock. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the associate called another location and had them verify the part was actually in stock and hold it for me.

I was in desperate need of a windshield wiper. I stopped in holding my old one, and Christian found the one I needed, rang me up and offered to install it. I felt bad because it was raining. but he was more than happy to oblige. I was in and out in less than five minutes!
Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Absolutely worthless staff. Two no cap kids. Asked for a battery test, threw it on the test machine for 2 seconds. Said yes it’s properly bad. Just plain out lazy. Never even addressed me as a customer. Maintained their side conversations. Talking on the cell phone, I get it it’s Saturday and the boss is away, but y'all suck.
This spot has the best supply of parts compared to almost any other local parts house. I think they're a local hub store, which is probably why that is. They frequently have stuff in stock that autozone or koi needs to order in over multiple days. Even if they need to order something in, it usually comes in quicker. The only downside of this location is that the staff turnover seems pretty high, so the quality of service goes up and down pretty dramatically throughout the year.
We had an amazing experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts. We asked the store manager, I believe his name was Dustin, a simple question about the A/C in our Mustang. He came out, got his hands dirty and did more than he needed to do to help us out. Fantastic service and very kind staff. This experience has led me to exclusively shop at O’Reilly. Thanks Dustin!!
Couldn’t have had a better experience. Went in for a battery and my car was listed as “difficult to install” and Sean went out to take a look and was able to change it no problem. Saved me a ton of money not having to bring my car into a shop or dealership. The lady at the counter was super friendly as well. Highly recommend this place and staff.
One of my wipers on my car broke and I had to replace them so I went to O'Reilly's. The Man behind the counter could not have been nicer extremely friendly and very helpful he not only measured them to make sure they fit he put them on for me so I would give this place 10 Stars if I could
My go-to place for anything I use. Parts selection is good. They have a few options of quality when you get the part. When they have to order your parts, it's always on time and they have a better reputation for giving you the correct parts for the vehicle. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful if you don't know exactly what you need.
Chose them bc cheapest price on parts I needed. Was told on phone they had parts in store. Got there and they didn't have them so I had to drive to another store to get them. Was annoyed by that. Plus girl took like 20mins to look it up in the computer and search for it in the back then came out to ask a coworker for help which took another like 20mins. So I basically stood there for for almost an hour just to be told to go to another store.
First time in there, I try to buy an NPT fitting and they're trying to sell me a metric screw. Now co-worker tells me they're turning brake rotors. I go there, there's Jesse, knowledgeable guy. My rotors have the wheel bearings in 'em, he understands the problem, tells me to remove the seals and grease and bring 'em in. I'm back, no Jesse, guy at the counter clueless at 7am and doesn't even care. Call three days later, no Jesse, store manager reluctantly tells me he'll look at them at 1p. No call of course, I stop by after work only to learn the store manager said, they couldn't do it. I ask for Jesse, the dude behind the counter gets pretty upset, tells me 'Jesse's way down here' as he points towards the floor, 'the general manager said we can't do it so that's it'. These stooges didn't even understand what it took to take these rotors off for nothing. Just hope Jesse finds a better place. Don't go there, they hate you for coming in!
I highly recommend this particular store I had a screw missing on top of my engine that the dealership missed. Gentleman named Tayler came out took out a matching screw took it in figured it out the thread count the screw size and exactly what I needed and then put the screw in for me and I didn't have to do it thing he didn't know that I was disabled and I have a spine disease and that I really appreciate it I just want to give it a shout out to Taylor when
I walked away from there with my car fixed.
Went looking for some special wiper blades my car took & a low beam bulb. Spoke to a man named Jerry in the parking lot as he was on break with food in hand. He still helped me and was so respectful. This is best service I ever received at a auto part store. Definitely going back!
I bought a battery here after Auto Zone couldn’t install one for me. Daniel was knowledgeable & his customer service excellent. He installed my new battery efficiently. I am a happy camper & will only shop here from now on for my auto needs.
The staff was awesome! I walked in needing a battery, and needing it installed. They took care of both. The battery was fairly priced and a two year warranty at any O'Reilly's. The staff was fast and friendly. Thank you for everything. This is one of the reasons I always shop O'Reilly's.
