Had my car for 5 weeks - 3 weeks longer than they told us it would take. When we finally got the car back, All of the lights were still on in the car and they refused to do the factory reset to shut them off. They were extremely rude on the phone and would not offer any kind of customer service. We have been sending our cars there for years, will never send them Business again. We prepaid thousands of dollars for this service.
Came in to have my brakes checked. Staff was great and Jackson took extra time to address another concern with my tires. Will highly recommend to friends and family.

My car has been running perfectly since, and I left feeling confident that I wasn’t taken advantage of. i spoke with Jackson on the phone giving me a quote on a alignment and he was very helpful and very respectful when i was speaking on the phone with him, i will definitely be coming to this Midas for my alignment and any other car troubles i have because of him!
I would give no stars if I could. Came in about 4 months ago to get a small exhaust leak fixed. Instead they said I needed both front rotors, brake pads, and calibers replaced. So I went ahead and did just that. About a couple weeks later the “BRAKE” light on the dashboard comes on and off while driving. I drove it on the highway a couple weeks ago and the left front tire started smoking. I take the car back today and was told they do not know why it’s smoking. Weird because their mechanics they should be able to figure it out right? I told them about the friction marks on the rotor hat and back of rim and they said it was normal which is not normal especially since there brand new. I feel completely robbed out of money and now I can’t drive it on the highway which is unfortunate. I will be calling corporate over this.
Incredible experience here today. Came in for a brake pad and rotor replacement, cost was 493 which I found pretty reasonable for my type of vehicle. I arrived at 10am with an appointment I had made earlier that morning on the phone with them, and was out the door by 12pm! Great customer service and I was able to bring my laptop to work from the lobby too. 10/10 definitely recommend these guys for any help you need. Dave was awesome on the phone, and helping with payment options and questions when I got there!
Super professional while dealing with my car, and explained everything with great detail. It's good to know I have a place I can trust to take my car whenever anything comes up.
Very good place to get your car checked out and fixed. I would recommend it to anybody. Jackson, Dave and their staff are very friendly and professional, they always go above and beyond. I recently purchased a used car, and the dealer couldn't figure out the issue with the brake system after going back and forth several times into their service department. But these guys after a first test drive, they were able to locate the issue and after two hours they fixed it and gave me the car back and it runs like a brand new one since then. Keep up the great work guys.

I came up today to get my control arms looked at Jackson did a really good job on my car recommended an alignment tire rotation and my control arms were perfectly fine. There is nothing wrong with them. my car is driving great. i recommend midas in erlanger ask for jackson. i recommend them for anyone.
I had a great experience at this location. Woke up and had a bolt in my tire on a Saturday morning before a road trip. As soon as I called, they told me to come right in and they would take care of it for me after I called many other places and was quoted four plus hour wait time because of it being the weekend. They were so lovely and didn't price gouge, knowing that I was not in a position of negotiation. Would recommend them to anyone and will earn my long-term business based on this small kindness.
We had such a great experience at Midas! We were literally on our way out of town for a girls trip when we found a bolt stuck in our tire—talk about stressful timing. Everywhere else we called was quoting hours, but Midas got us in right away and had us back on the road so quickly.
Not only were they efficient, but the team was incredibly professional and kind throughout the whole process. They completely turned a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. We’re so grateful and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable service!

Excellent, prompt, super polite, helpful; I came in over a mistake I had made with my tires and John the Manager helped me right away, made feel like it was ok, and fixed my problem. Overall an exceedingly pleasant experience.

Jackson and Jordan did a fantastic job on my car! Went in to get my axel and sway bar links fixed and they did not disappoint! The office was very clean, they offered me a cup of coffee while I waited! The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of any maintenance work. 10/10 experience.
Heat went out in my jeep, Midas was able to get me in very quickly, the pricing was actually more affordable than I thought it was going to be, sent me updates via text about with pictures of diagnostics, even found out there was a recall on a certain part of my jeep for me. Highly recommend!
Completely took advantage of us being from out of town. Awful customer service, dishonest, no communication. Told me I needed a new motor (not true). Told me it wouldn’t be done for a few days but it was mysteriously done as soon as they opened the next business day. Almost $900 in labor that ended up being around 3 hours. Did not even fix what was wrong and it misfired the 300 miles back home. They told me I would get a detailed list of what they found, I did not. Overall $1400 for new spark plugs and gaskets. Outrageous!
I did wait to post this review because I just found the receipt again (from August) and it made me so mad all over again.
Me and my boyfriend had a flat tire, we went to the closest place to see if it could be fixed and turns out there was a nail in the tire. They put a plug in it and we went home thinking it was fine. The next day, the light comes back on and my tire is going flat again. His dad looks at it and says that the hole was too big for the plug they put in it and they should’ve told us that. Also, they told us the wait would be 30 minutes and we were sitting there for 2 1/2 hours before the car was even pulled in. There was no AC inside and it was just overall a terrible experience.
