Bar none, this is the worst Copart location when it comes to picking up vehicles. They never have timely appointment slots available, yet they still charge you storage fees. I’m beginning to think they’re intentionally limiting appointment availability to push customers into using their transportation service.
I mean, how can you charge people storage fees when you don’t even provide enough appointment slots to ensure vehicles can be picked up on time? This just cannot be legal!
Honestly the worst copart location to man kind. Wait times are about 3h.. the new manager doesnt do squat except walk around like a little boss and give everyone her un-needed opinion. 0 organization from her, or anyone working the forklifts. Copart needs to step up their game
Had 2 visits over 2 days.
First was near closing and find out that in order to pick up you have to have an appointment. Fine, no biggie. They had appointments open around noon the next day.
Second day, my suggestion would be to pick an earlier time to pick up, have someone else do it, or buy from somewhere else. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment. 2 and a half hours after my appointment time I still didn't have my vehicle.
One loader for most of the day, they had 2 loaders for about an hour. And there doesn't seem to be any logistics to who gets their order first. There were people that were only there for a few minutes before they got their load, and there were some that sat forever waiting, like me.
Had dealings with copart a while back and never waited this long to be loaded.
The office staff is so nice and the yard staff are very nice and sufficient at loading. Love coming to this yard. Summer Vincent the yard manager keeps the yard running so smooth , easy in and easy out.
This copart is wasting your time for a couple hours to pick up only 1 car I am not recommended any transportation company to pick up a car from this location.
The worst Copart location ever deal with. Impossible to get appointment for pick up. Be ready to waste a lot of money for storage fees. Stuff are horrible.
Would rate a zero if possible. My fiancés car got sent here and while he waited for them to deliver it back to him they thought it would be a great idea to try to auction it off. When he tried to call them they didn’t pick up until he threatened to take legal action and all the sudden it was a misunderstanding. If that’s the case why was the after market gage cluster nearly taken off like someone was going to take it for themselves? Why did they avoid several calls? This place is a joke and if your car gets sent here be careful.
DRIVERS BEWARE. I sat there 3 hours and watched them load only 20 cars. No organization, no management, and no one under 300lbs in the front office. They have 4 windows and dont use any of them. I knew when I saw the size of the people in the office and that they acted like it was a problem to do their jobs, that I was gonna be waiting forever. I will never be back here. Worste experience ever. After setting there 3 hours I left unloaded and mad.
I have never felt as unsafe anywhere, as I did at this copart the loader was instructed not to use the loaders on the car I was supposed to pick up. They came around the corner with the car on the loader. The owner of the vehicle and the loader, got into an argument. I was only there to inspect the vehicle and transport it to the shop. After about the fifth time of the loader buzzing me as I was trying to load the vehicle I stopped him and informed him that OSHA required him to sound a horn as it is very hard to hear the new loaders when you have other engine noises around.. he proceeded to flip me the bird and drive off
Bought a car off copart, supposed to deliver to my shop, paid to have it shipped, after calling to confirm they ship to my location, they decided not too and waste and cause me more time and money avoid
I been going to Louisville Copart for five years at was horrible I mean everybody there treating driver like Slave. NOW WITH NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW DRIVERS AND THE LADY ON FLOOR HER NAME SUMMER SHES SUPER NICE TO CAR HAULING DRIVER I GAVE THEM FUVE STARE KEEP IT THE WAY SUMMER
Went to pick my car up. When I got it. Someone went through my trunk took my fishing pole and left my trunk a wreck. So if your car is ever took there get all your belongings out of it. There are thieves at this place.
The worst place to purchase a vehicle and get an appointment for pick up. The employees are so rude and unprofessional.
It should be illegal the way they make sure you can’t get an appointment so your storage fees accrue daily. There is no way all the appointment slots are full all week. DAMN I HATE THAT PLACE!!!
Absolutely pathetic “system” they explained to my brother. “Expected 30 Minute wait” JUST TO GET THE CAR BROUGHT TO US. We were here before 2 other people, and they both got their vehicle brought to them first. I have been here for an hour now and still waiting on the car. These people are so unprofessional, and have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. WHAT A JOKE.
This copart location is the most unprofessional place to do business. You sit for hours after your appointment times. When you try to speak with someone they want to argue with you. They have appointment times for 745am but won't let you in till 8am. Why have a slot for 745 if you can't be there till 8am? When I called about the weather on Monday to see if they would be open Tuesday for our appointment the lady say we may we may not. I asked if they would post on their website if they were closed she said no you can call at 730 am I said our appointment is 745 we can't miss it. So we just have to ride over and possibly be turned away? She said "Yes and you will have to reschedule." This place is a joke!
Bought a car was supposed to run and drive without mechanical issues, was a total lie. Copart was supposed to set up transport and after waiting 3 weeks for the car to get picked up we canceled their supposed delivery and had to hire our own. Then they tried to charge our private driver for storage on their failure to follow through with delivery, still waiting 2 months later for a refund of the prepaid delivery we never received. The worst experience we have ever had.
One of the worst Copart locations out there! I bought a car and in the pictures it had the front bumper assembly on it. A week later I get the car transported to me and well, car came with the whole front bumper assembly missing! After weeks of trying to get a hold of the manager, he finally tells me that there is nothing he can do! This was literally false advertisement and it goes against Copart policy. Stay away from this yard! Very bad and unprofessional people!
I was at the Louisville lot and got great help from the ladies inside the office. They got me in touch with Sommer a lot worker and she was fantastic. She was quick to get our cars for inspection and had a wonderful attitude. Every time I’ve bought from Copart it’s been great. I’ll continue to buy cars from them. Thanks Sommer !
Worst experience Iv had with a company in a long time. They kept my vehicle to collect on the storage fee all while giving the transport company’s and myself the run around. Constantly changing pick up days and not allowing the drivers to pick up the car. I would avoid this place completely.
My car was towed here to get an estimate from my insurance, after hitting a deer. I had never gone through this kind of process before. The staff, particularly the assistant general manager, Adam, were more helpful and kind than I ever would have expected. A much better experience than I would have anticipated.
We came here optimistically hoping the one star reviews were wrong. We left realistically understanding they were exactly right. The corruption (bribe the loader operators for quicker service) and the inefficiency (10 loaders sitting unused & the ones in use often driving around with no load) was truly frustrating. Glad we were happy with our vehicle when we finally got it.
Damaged our vehicle and covered it up before giving it to our transport driver. Caused thousands in additional worth of damage to our vehicle. Rude terrible mannered managers and customer service. One of the attached photos is the vehicle we purchased, the other is the vehicle copart gave to us while still on their forklift. Absolute worst business.
Customer service was completely rude every time I called. No one called to tell me they were coming to pick up the car so no one was home when they arrived. Took over a week to arrange pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunately I had no say in choosing this company as my car was totaled and insurance uses them. But if I could choose, I'd steer clear of this one.
Please avoid this junk, the worst experience ever, 3 times in a row wasting a full day for one car! Loaders ignore you and even if you in line trucks come and go while waiting! They get paid to skip the line
Hello everybody. I made a preliminary appointment at 11:00 am, got in line, and since then I have been waiting for someone to load me up. Very bad and not responsible employees, especially tractor drivers . I approach the drivers: they say don’t come, I go into the office they say: wait Why do such people work, in my opinion and the director, they don’t care about them and their clients. So ... save your nerves and time, do not come here, Assalom alaikum everyone
