Please avoid this junk, the worst experience ever, 3 times in a row wasting a full day for one car! Loaders ignore you and even if you in line trucks come and go while waiting! They get paid to skip the line 😡😡
I don’t know what all these ppl are complaining about. This is my first time here. everyone here has been nothing but helpful and super nice. I didn’t know you had to have a appointment and the office lady helped me. She also helped me with getting the app I didn’t know that I needed. The guy on the tractor seemed like a nice guy didn’t have no attitude like all these other comments said. I think if you go in somewhere with a me first Attitude your going to get one back. Then come on here all mad cause someone treats you like you treated them.
It is truly a corrupt place. If you do not pay the operators, they will not deliver the car. I was there from 12 in the afternoon and they delivered the car to me at 5:45 pm. I think they have to take measures with the operators because the cars carrier that pays you and parks in the back. and they leave aside all the others who have appointments for a car... it's shameless
