They put a 2021 Chevy Express windshield up for sale. I needed it, so I ordered and paid. To pick it up, it took me more than three hours to drive each way. It turned out they wanted to sell me an old, damaged, scratched, with stone chips and a non-original windshield ( China Frosted Glass ) I had one like that, and I wanted to replace it because the visibility was so bad it hurt my eyes. It's suitable for the bathroom because you can barely see through it. I lost a whole day and $90 in gas. They cheat; I do not recommend it—a waste of time and money.
I ordered a part for my ford explorer and Travis at Baird's auto parts emailed me to let me know that I might need to look for my part elsewhere because the part he had ended up being broken. He was very honest with me and it is appreciated. Would recommend!

Great service. They have just about any part you'll need for just about ANY year vehicle you have. They're efficient, friendly, and do what needs to be done to find your car part(s). Call ahead and they'll give you an honest answer and a fair price. Highly recommended.
This is one of the worst junk auto parts! I have twice ordered car parts on 2 separate occasions from them. They said they have the parts, but I need to pay first which I did. They said it will take one day for them to pull the parts. On both those two separate occasions, they called me back and said the parts are broken and that they will refund me! The people who work there are either very incompetent they don’t know how to work Because it would literally take me five minutes to pull one of the parts five minutes!! People stay away from this place. It will take them one week to refund your money.
Travis, the e-commerce manager over there is a saint nonetheless… He helped me out during my time of need in lieu of an online ordering error, and then quickly turned around a new, workable solution. The used 4WD transmission took to my trusty remodeled ‘06 Honda Pilot named Frankenstein. I appreciate your help, and am thankful the transplant replacement you sent for Franke’ worked out.
Drove out 7 hours to pick up parts called a day before and spoke to Brandon, he said the parts were available and would be pulled off the following day, also requested a deposit. Arriving the following day after making the trip he told us he doesn’t have any of the parts. Extremely unprofessional knowing i would be coming out making a trip not double checking if he had them also called 3 hours before arriving and was not told a single thing.
Came in for an ignition coil for my old Honda and decided to grab a spare because the price was good. After a short wait they ended up giving me two whole distributors for the same price to save everyone time, and now I have a bunch of spare parts if I need them in the future these guys rock

Over the years I have bought parts from Baird's, they have lots of parts and the staff were so great, I enjoyed being there and I would highly recommend Baird's.
Bought a door for my car and got it in a timely manner. But whenever I went to go pick it up I was very disappointed to find an inappropriate magazine sitting on the front desk, and tge same type of inappropriate calendar hanging on the wall next to the front entrance right in every in everyones face, including my young kids that were with me. Very disappointed in how unprofessional that is, won't be recommending you all to anyone anymore.
This was my go to place. I would pay for my parts and get a decent warranty. This last time I went. They pulled the wrong part after I paid. Then tell me they don’t have my part. So I paid with a card. I have been wait over 75 days for a refund. Every time the says Brandon gonna call me. He never call me back. It is 89 and some change but I trusted this establishment. With all the wasted time and effort I put in this. I feel more comfortable with going to auto zone or Napa with a life time warranty. I been here three times for one purchase and lost hard earned money. Feel real disappointed……
This was our go-to spot for parts we have ordered from here for years. We ordered a part almost 3 months ago and it was the wrong part. They said we would get a refund, but we haven’t got one yet. We don’t have the money back, we don’t have the correct part and our truck is still broke down for this one part we need.
We have Called and I keep getting told they will call me back but it’s been months.

Oh where do I begin.
Located a motor on car-part that showed to be in stock at Bairds. Called them last Thursday to verify. Was told they have it, so I took off work today to pick it up. Called them this morning and was told they do have it still and it'll be on reserve for me. Drive ALL the way up there from Nashville over 2.5 hours away, took off work, rented a trailer. I get there and pay for the motor then drive around the back to pick up. After about 20 minutes the sales guy comes out with my cash and tells me they can't find the motor. LOL. Was told he's sorry and here's my money back. This company is a complete waste of time and obviously had no idea how to keep track of inventory. This motor was to get my daughter's car running and this place straight to lied and wasted my gas and my time. What a joke.
Just ordered for the first time a DVD player for my Honda cross tour and it got delivered next day to Tennessee highly recommend I will use them more often yank you Bairds
I can't say enough good things about this place. I needed help with a part I was looking for. Aaron was not only able to help me he and his team got the part to me in a very timely manner. If i ever need anything in the future they will absolutely be my first call.
They did a great job of pulling the part I needed in short order an Aaron was very informative on some other part I asked him about. I highly recommend them if you can't find a part that has become obsolete if you have an older vehicle. Thanks again for the great customer srevice.
Donald answered my phone call. I was looking for a very specific steering wheel for a project. He took the time to go review the condition of the wheel and call me back. The wheel was no longer in useable condition but I was thankful for Donald's time and effort, it saved me a lot of effort. I will definitely be recommending Baird to my friends local to Louisville!

the part i went to pick up looked like it had been through hell. thoroughly rusted and parts of it were bent. i asked if they had any more specimens to choose from and was shown one more part that was in slightly better but still unacceptable condition for me. the manager on duty at the time told me that any part like that would look the same way without realizing i had been face to face with 4 similar parts of equal age and they were not rusted and bent up.
Great customer service found the part I needed. Great prices. Honest about the condition. Order on Tuesday and receive on Wednesday. If I need any other used parts I will check with them first.
It's my go-to place when I need a part. They don't know me there but that doesn't make a difference. They are efficient and courteous. I'm surprised at what they have in stock. This time they were too. I needed a black 2006 trunk lid and bumper for an Acura TL. They had it. It had just arrived a few days before. Good luck for both if us. One disappointing thing. I ordered it the day before and drove there (2 hours) and it wasn't off the vehicle yet. I had to make a second trip. So there goes the efficient part.
The part was ready and waiting when promised, it was in better condition than expected and the price was extremely fair. The staff was friendly, even showed me the car which my desired part came from so I could evaluate other parts I am interested in. A very good experience, a good place to do business. No, they aren't open Saturday or Sunday, get over it!

Called yesterday inquiring about an engine block: online they were showing two and the guy who answered the phone confirmed that, noting he didn't know anything about the condition of them. I asked if I could stop by and take a look after work the next day and he said that is fine.
Today when I showed up, another older guy, who apparently didn't want to do anything the last 45 minutes of the day just gave me a run around about it being complete, good engines, and how it was an inventory guy's mistake and those weren't for sale, then something about it being too late in the day, then he kept babbling something about not being able to tell anything about the engine if it's still in the car, at which point I decided to just leave.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. If you can't trust them to follow through on a promise to show you a part, would you trust them to actually sell you something and possibly honor their "warranty".
